The latest alteration to the website makes me despair and seriously to question whether I shall renew my subscription after 12 years. Why change what was a user-friendly website to an ultra-sophisticated one which looks and is confusing. Why on earth is Facebook involved unless possibly money is changing hands? Does HomeAway read these reviews and, if so, does it act on them? And I am writing not only as a renter but as someone who tried today to find a holiday let for my family in other countries and locations.
