fantastic way to spend a day with clients and friends

Ordered my tickets , as last year was so good , tickets came in good time , place , as last year was fantastic , food was good , beer was plentyful , few to many guiness drunk ,Paul came in and introduced himself , nice touch , won plenty and had a brilliant day .Have already nodded on for next year

Cracking Day!

We had a great day, everything was first class, the service, the venue and the staff that looked after us, you really should grab the opportunity to attend next year idf you get the chance, I would thoroughly recomend it!

Amazing Top Notch Service, Tom Evernden is the Boom!

This company is amazing, great communication, great prices, great tickets. It can be a little worrying when you have to organise an event for your boss and their top clients as there is zero space from any mistakes or things to go wrong, you need to source the best tickets, best seats and ensure that the tickets are in their hands in time for the event.......................all I had to do was dial the digits of Tom Evernden this guy is on the ball for sure and he moves mega quick on things, nothing went wrong I got the best prices, the best tickets and the tickets were in their hands no problem and very happy clients which makes our company look great! Soooo if you need to sort tickets for an event - Tom Evernden is your man and Hospitality Finder is most definitely the company to go with!

Excellent hospitality but very disappointing seats for the match.

Excellent hospitality but we (a party of 8) found ourselves split up into very distant groups (in different stands) and way up in The Gods.

Easy to book, well organised, great tickets

I sourced the event from Tom E and it was all organised within a day or two. The event was well run and staff we're excellent.

Very good overall service indeed

I used Hospitality Finder recently to organise two events both for the six nations over in Dublin and Twickenham. I was very please from the outset with the service, everything from the first phone call with Tom Evernden to the meal and tickets we were supplied. Overall we were extremely happy with the experience.

Excellent service, fair price and I don't get hassled on the phone every day!

Tom Evernden is my contact and always keeps me up to date with the latest events. His prices are competitive and the service I get is excellent. What I do like about Hospitality Finder is that I don't get bombarded with nuisance calls or junk mail every day. The day that starts is the day I stop using them. The England versus France game was excellent. Great food, drinks and the service was fantastic. Overall an excellent company to deal with and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I hope I get a discount for writing this!

ENG Vs IRELAND Good day was had by all (if you supported the right team)

The event staff were friendly, however, not as attentive as perhaps could have been, less tables per person would have been better as I had attended with customers who got there own drinks as it was quicker. Seating at the sports venue, although close to the action were very wet , with rain allday meant that one delegate needed to totally change once back at the hotel - think about seating location, even if higher, the view is good and dry.

Speakers were good.

Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the occasion and the organisation was second to none.

NZ v England - What a win! 5 Star Rugby along with 5 star Hospitality

With my 50th fast approaching, the occasion had to be special and memorable. It just had to be Rugby - England v NZ and Twickenham Hospitality . But who to choose? Well I`m glad to say that one of my calls was to Gareth Burch at Hospitality Finder who not only came up with the best package price right from the `off` but was also extremely helpful and flexible throughout the whole booking process. There were no pressure tactics and when attendee numbers came in less than initally anticipated, the final cost was excellent value. The day itself was superb. Our Hospitality Suite was well located to the stadium, very well appointed and the staff very attentive throughout. The four course menu was also excellent quality and with no shortage of drink to `help it` down.
I would finally like to say that the day would not have been quite the success that it was had it not been for the efforts made by Gareth towards making room for an additional `unscheduled` attendee. I extend my sincere thanks.
I will certainly use Hospitality finder again in the future and as the star rating suggests, would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else.

Good facilities and no problems with anything on the day.

Facilities were good, waiters very helpful and the food was good. Got good view of the game from allocated seats.

5 Star Service!

Trying to get quality hospitality for premium sporting events is not easy and of course you want to impress your guests. The service I have received from Gareth and Tom at Hospitality Finder is second to non with a warm welcome on arrival to gentle reminders of events coming up that may suit my clientele. Never over the top sell just top quality professional service. I have no hesitation in recommending this service to anyone, that's of course unless you take my table!

Fantastic Birthday Gift

I arranged for my boyfriends 50th birthday tickets throrgh Hospitality Finder to see the comeback Ricky Hatton fight. everything was taken care of once i made the purchase. The venue was super, staff very warm and friendly. Made my boyfriend feel very special. Drinks flowed nothing was to much trouble. Food was lovely. We got a picture with John Conteah the after dinner speaker so another great experience. Tickets for the venue were great good view. thank you so much a memorable experience. Shame he lost.

Excellent day!

Hospitality day at Twickenham for Eng V NZ was excellent - very good food and well organised.
Only complaints were the ex-Eng speaker (used to play for them 35 years ago) so someone more current would have been appreciated and no ice buckets for the white wine!
The rest was very good.....

Good food service and hosting... muddy field to walk across to get to the venue.... but thats the only negative...

Great Service!

Booking tickets for our client function was quick, easy and seamless. Our account manager was helpful, gave us a great deal and ensured the package was suitable for our needs. Management advised me after the game that it was a perfect day and exactly what they wanted.

Brilliant day - lovely food, great staff. Couldn't be more helpful.

We arrived very late due to traffic delays. Paul could not have been more helpful - he russled up a meal for us very quickly and thus we were still in time for the game. All staff at the event were brilliant and the food was really very good. After match hospitality, food and service were really top class - a great day out and would recommend this company to anyone!

ENGLAND LOST BUT WHAT A WINNER OF A DAY OUT

From start to finish the day was a winner great food,drink and entertainment,expensive I know but definately one of the things to do beforeyou die.

True Blood? Play Rugby.

We had a bit of a nightmare getting there after spending two and a half hours in a taxi to get us 48 miles, deep joy. Panicking we had missed out on our hospitality due to our lateness, well there was no need our fears were allayed very quickly after arrival. By the time we finished our second pint of Guinness everything was looking good.
What started as a bit of a worry ended in us really enjoyed the day, shame about the result.
I would like to say a big thank you to the very personable Mr Gareth.

I found Hospitality Finder a well organised company with quick feedback on options/ prices and managed to accomodate a very late request for additional spaces. Pity they could not manage the result as well!

We have a good experience from the moment we picked the phone up to book the ticket till our guests departed the event. Good venue, good food and drink. We would suggest more detailed location instructions but apart from that no complaints

We would like to thank Tom and the team for helping us to hold a truly fantastic and memorable client event. Our clients really enjoyed the day and commented that the hospitality and food was amazing. From our enquiries about the various options and packages available to the actual day itself, the service was smooth and faultless... just a shame you couldn't make England win! The stand out way to watch sport

Great food, great company, great tickets, great guest speaker and the drinks kept flowing. Worth every penny and after doing quite a few corporate events I can honestly say this one stood out as head and shoulders above the rest

Smooth operation -all round.

I'd never heard of Hospitality Finder before the England Australia game at Twickenham. I got a link through a website I follow and bought 4 tickets.
The entire process was hassle free and Paul was most helpful and reassuring on the phone.
Catering and facilities were excellent.
The day was a big success and I will certainly use their service again.
