Thank you so much Tom for the great job your did with helping me with my booking and organising our table at the Rugby this year, our team and their clients had a fantastic day and were very pleased with the quality of service provided, food and the drink!

Cheltenham Festival 2012
We took 6 clients down to Cheltenham and the 8 of us had a great time. We had booked through Paul who was great and everything was as expected. I would recommend and defiantly use them again.

Had a slight last minute panic with the parking....however, Polly sorted it out for us and the day went really well.

This is the 2nd time i have used Hospitality FInder and i will certainly continue to do so.

England v Wales Twickenham February 25th.
Twelve of us had a wonderful time. Food was great and the service was spot on. Gareth arranged the day , and it all went well. Thanks to Polly for arranging parking for one of our party - very useful!
Never been to a Rugby match before, atmosphere fantastic.

England v Wales, Twickenham Feb 2012
Hospitality Finder ensured that every detail of our hospitality package for the 6 Nations Rugby was taken care of with a real sense of occasion and style. Special thanks to Tom Evernden our account manager for the day. Everyone had a fantastic time and there was a great deal of positive feedback about the standard of catering and the facilities.
The match was just the cherry on the cake (if you’re Welsh of course!!)

Helpful staff, nice surroundings for the meal, and incredibly for an event like this all the food was still hot when we got it!

Excellent Service - England vs Wales Six Nations - 25/02/12
I contacted Paul at Hospitality Finder a few weeks ago enquiring about the England vs Wales rugby game at Twickenham. He was extremely helpful and was always available to speak too. Everyone who went had a great day. I would definately recommend Paul and use Hospitality Finder again.

Excellent Service
I recently organised an event for the Partners of our Firm to take a number of guests to the Six Nations, Scotland Vs England game at Murrayfield.
Hospitality Finder prices were competitive, staff were knowledgeable, and the whole booking process, from, my viewpoint, was effortless. Initially I dealt with Gareth, but did speak with several other staff members, all of whom demonstrated the same professionalism and enthusiasm. Post the event, feedback given by the Partners was ‘Everything was fab!’, which I think is testimony in itself to the success of the afternoon.
I would have no hesitation in using Hospitality Finder again.

Exceeded Expectations – Highly recommended
Our company took a table of guests to Cheltenham for the gold cup festival and we all enjoyed the superb hospitality for the entire day thanks to hospitality finder.
Our private box gave us great views of the last part of each race and we even managed to pick a few winners between us! Thanks again and see you in 2012!

Chelsea v Valencia Match @ Stamford Bridge
I was contacted by Tom Evernden, who assisted me in finding the perfect tickets for my clients that met our budget too. I received excellent service from start to finish. Everything was handled for me - one less thing to worry about! Thanks Tom. Would highly recommend!

Chelsea v Arsenal at Stamford Bridge
The event was a great success. The seats and the hospitality were both good. There was a huge amount of food and everything was readily supplied. The guests we took really enjoyed the day but the only thing I would suggest is for the organising company to have sent us some information further in advance so that we could arrange things earlier. Despite this it was a great success and would happily use them again.

Chelsea v Swansea PL Game 24/09/11
Had great day out at Stamford bridge with my colleague and some of our clients
We were looked after thoroughly by the staff who made it their mission to make sure our drinks were always topped up!
Lots of our guests have got back to us thanking us for taking them out and what a fantastic time they had
Couldn’t fault it (even the final score!) hopefully see you again this season

England v West Indies T20 - 23/9/11
The seats provided were excellent as we had an amazing view from behind the bowlers arm. On the whole the evening was a great success due to the atmosphere at the ground.
My one complaint was that the food was terrible which was explained as being "expected" by Sue at Hospitalityfinder due to the price of the tickets... unbelievable!
I certainly didn't "expect" terrible food for tickets costing £250 each.
I was then informed that if i wanted to provide clients with much better food in the future I would have to move away from the cheap packages and spend in the region of £450.
So they knowingly sold me a ticket that provided terrible catering and topped it off by implying it was my fault for being a cheapskate... Brilliant

Thank you for taking the time to get back to us Ed, it's always good to get feedback on our events. Apologies that you felt the catering was not up to the standard you have come to expect from us. This was the Official Kia Oval hospitality package for this particular Twenty20 match, which was a West Indian themed buffet as opposed to the usual formal dining experience that you have received from us in the past.
We have had lots of positive feedback from the match so it's good to hear that overall, the day was a great success and the seats and views were excellent.
We look forward to welcoming you back to Twickenham in the spring for the Six Nations.

Sue Pearce's professionalism and organisation when hosting the 6 Nations rugby event for my firm was exemplary. The venue, setting, food and drinks created exactly the right balance for a relaxing day with our clients. The feedback we've had from our clients has been universally positive. Cricket India Trent Bridge
An excellent day to relax in an environment free of pressure. The staff and food were excellent for an event of this type.

The Open at Royal St Georges 2011
Having been let down at the 11th hour by another company, I contacted Hospitality Finder on the Monday prior to the Open starting. Within 30 minutes I had received confirmation of tickets. A first class day out which my client thoroughly enjoyed. Great work.

I always use Hospitality Finder for events - I do not unfortunately get to attend but my company Directors and our clients always have a fantastic time.

British Grand Prix
This is the first time I have used Hospitality Finder, and certainly will not be the last!
I dealt with Gareth Burch, and from the first phone conversation to the follow up call after the event he could not have been any more friendly and helpful.
I did not attend the event myself, I booked it for my Director and he was extremely impressed with how the day went.
I would highly recommend Gareth and the Hospitality Finder - thanks again for your help!

Take That at Wembley Arena
Had a great evening at Wembley with my wife. I decided to use Hospitality Finder for the first time when I struggled to get the tickets I wanted. The VIP package was better than expected. It wasn't a bargain I guess but it did deliver. Great food and wine, excellent seats with easy access to the hispitality area. Overall very good service both from the team at Hospitality finder and from the staff at Wembley. I would use Hopitality Finder again.

British Grand Prix & Wimbledon
As per usual Hospitalityfinder did all they could for me. The Freight team had two amazing events in a matter of weeks. Firstly Wimbledon for the second year running, this time Centre Court. Secondly, for the first time we attended the British Grand Prix, fantastic day was had by all clients and staff. This is definately an event we will take part in again next year. I always find Sue a pleasure to deal with and nothing is ever too much trouble. I would highly recommend Sue and her team to anyone looking for the best hospitality experience.

British Grand Prix
Gareth & the Team at Hospitality Finder are an excellent bunch of people and very diligent service providers that I would happily recommend to anyone for any event. The staff are courteous, well organised and have a fab sense of humour and manage their account relationships really well, keeping in touch on a weekly basis & daily when you have an event to make sure you receive all your tickets & information. They also have the best deals around, I always compare prices and they always do the best deals for me and are pro-active about future events without using the hard sell tactics of other providers.

Wimbledon Ladies Final
A huge thank you to Hospitality Finder, especially Tom Evernden with whom I had the pleasure of working with. Although I did not get to attend myself, my MD's and several of our clients could not have been more pleased. The service, surroundings, food, drinks and overall presentation and organisation of the day have been reported to me as second to none!
Making my initial enquiries and having called several companies - I knew instantly that it was Tom wanted to work with. His attitude, efficiency and straight forward manner was reflected in the fantastic day that was had last week.
I cannot recommend Tom and Hospitality Finder highly enough, and can’t wait to work with him again in the very near future.

Henley Regatta, 1st July 2011
Tom pulled out all the stops to help me ensure we had everything we needed for our day at Henley. Kate Thompson was our host on the day and she was just fantastic! Always around when we needed something and was extremely helpful and informative. Nothing was an issue for Kate and we really appreciated it. It was a fantastic day out for us and our customers, there will definitely be a return visit next year. The boat trip was the highlight of the day with perfect views of the races and the surrounding area.

TAKE THAT............THEN KINGS OF LEON....SCOTLAND
With the assistance of Gareth and Polly organising our hospitality tickets for both Take That and Kings of Leon we have experienced a most amazing couple of nights. Wimbledon 2011
This was a brilliant day out and a great way to treat clients. Arrangements were sorted seamlessly by Gareth at Hospitalityfinder. The tickets arrived on time with full instructions about the day.
We were looked after from the minute we arrived at the venue (Lisa deserves a special mention). Food and drink were plentiful and delicious, and we enjoyed excellent seats on Centre Court. Would highly recommend. We'll certainly use Hospitalityfinder again.
