A NETWORK YOU CAN TRUST!
Housenetwork provided a highly professional service from start to finish. To say they 'kept me sane' at times is a complete understatement, we had a very difficult time with our buyer but Housenetwork used their effective communication/negotiation skills to keep things on track. Cost Effective, no flannel on-line Estate agents
Housenetwork got my house sold. No estate agent flannel and it was really cost effective saving me thousands of pounds compared to a traditional high street estate agent. All I had to do was write my own blurb and show people round my home both things I think I do better anyway than an estate agent.

Great value for money
By using Housenetwork to sell our home we saved £1000's. The staff were friendly and helpful, and you can chat to them through their website when you can't use a phone. A brilliant service that I will happily recommend to friends and family.

Excellent Service for Excellent Value for Money
I was recommended House Network by a friend of mine, if it wasn't for the fact that they had successfully sold her property I would not have had the guts to use an internet Estate Agency. Despite my initial wariness I soon overcame any fears as they exceeded my expectations in every single area, from arranging viewings, the helpful negotiation and the full after-sale care. I would most certainly use House Network services again and will recommend them, as my friend did, to anyone I know who is thinking of selling their property.

House sold for £500!
We were delighted with the service from housenetwork. We found all the staff we dealt with very helpful and the whole process was much more effective that 'traditional' estate agents we used previously. We calculate that using housenetwork instead of a local agent saved us £11,920!

Effective and cheap way to sell your property
Sold my house to the first person who viewed, the subsequent sales progression was handled efficiently and effectively. The only drawback you will need to be good at showing prospective purchasers around your property as you will be handling all the viewings, who better to sell your property though than you the owner ?!

Amazing service & price!
This was the first time we have used an online estate agents and after our experience with House Network, we will never go back to the high street again! Every member of staff were friendly and helpful, even during the stressful times in moving home.
The difference in cost helped us out massively!
They do say you get what you pay for, however in House Network case we got a lot more for our money than we expected!!

Best thing we ever did!
I can honestly say that using House Network has been fantastic, we are very Internet orientated and loved the way we could interact with our own properties details and pricing at any time. I truly believe this is the future of house sales and hope House Network go on to be market leaders. I have already got friends signed up and what makes it better is you get money back from the already incredibly low price for each one that does! I can't believe how easy it was!
The sales team staff were also excellent at booking viewings of our property and Ashley (our account manager) was very efficient. The use of the email/ticket system was very useful during busy times.

You're mad to sell your house any other way.
We had great photos taken on the saturday, our house was on all the major marketing websites by Monday morning, we had three viewings booked by midday. The first two people offered the full asking price. Had we payed a conventional agent thousands of pounds for this service we would have been totally gutted. As it was we payed £700 including the discounted solicitors fees. You are far better qualified to sell your house than anyone else. As we got to meet our buyers face to face we were able to keep in touch with them directly throughout the process which improved communication and resulted in an incredibly easy and stress free sale. I would definitely recommend housenetwork to friends and family. There were a few technical hitches with the site at the beginning but this was a minor inconvenience when you think of how much money we've saved.

Brilliant service, Excellent value for money
I used House network. They were easy to use, efficient and always answered my queries swiftly. I could not fault them.
I had used other agents previously and they were always more interested in selling me other properties they had on their books rather than selling mine. They also tried to push me into accepting stupid offers, just so they had a sale. House network do not do that..
They sold my house in three months.
I found the online account really convenient as I could check my feedback when the kids had gone to bed!
I have recomended them to several people already.

A VERY WELL PRICED, EFFICIENT SERVICE
VERY HAPPY WITH MY HOUSENETWORK SERVICE. I WAS A BIT NERVOUS USING A NON LOCAL AGENT TO START WITH BUT AS ALL THE LOCAL ONES TOLD ME THAT ITS AN INTERNET GAME THESE DAYS I WENT WITH IT. THEY REPLY INCREDIBLY FAST TO YOUR QUERIES, THEY ALLOW YOU TO DECIDE ON PHOTOS AND WRITE UPS SO YOU CAN ADD IN USEFUL LOCAL INFO OR INCLUDE A PHOTO THAT YOU THINK IS A FEATURE. IT WAS A CHEAP SERVICE DOING EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS IT DOES. THEY PROCESSED VIEWINGS QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY AND ALWAYS, ALWAYS CHASE FOR FEEDBACK AFTER VIEWINGS. WE SOLD WITHIN THE TIMESCALE WE EXPECTED AND FOR A LITTLE MORE THAN LOCAL AGENTS HAD SUGGESTED. MY ADVICE IS T GET VALUATIONS FROM THE LOCAL GUYS, FIX YOUR PRICE AND THEN USE HOUSE NETWORK.

Ths standard of service you'd expect from a good agent at a fraction of the cost!
When looking for a new house we don't bother looking in estate agent windows any more as Rightmove has everything you need so when we came to sell our own house we wanted a glossy Rightmove entry without paying over 1% commission so was drawn to HouseNetwork as one of the larger and more established internet agents.
Although a little nervous using an internet agent for the first time, we weren't disappointed. The pictures and Rightmove entry we got done were fantastic - easily some of the best I've seen and they attracted in a good number of viewings very quickly. You can change your Rightmove entry online any time you like and also get stats on how many page hits you are getting which can be useful to judge level of interest. The agents set up all the viewings via phone and e-mail and everything worked very smoothly. The only downside with an internet agent is that you have to show viewers round yourself but we didn't mind this too much. Throughout, service was really good and although it was sometimes tricky to get hold of our own agent, all the other agents had ready access to our notes so could update quickly on the phone. Overall, with a level of service which was really good and which cost us around £4000 less than a high street agent on 1% commission, you have to wonder where high street agents will go from here. We completed a few weeks ago and would definitely use HouseNetwork again.

Ditch the High Street!
We were recommended House Network by friends of ours that had used them successfully a couple of years ago.
Though a little hesitant at first, our initial worries were completely in vain. House Network have been the most proactive estate agents that I have ever experienced. They kept us up to date constantly via phone calls, text, email and on my home page on their website.
No nonsense, extremely good value for money and highly professional - a refreshing change to the estate agency business! Saved us in excess of £10,000 and in the current climate that is not to be dismissed. Would DEFINITELY use again ++++

Why Pay More?

Easy, efficient and cost effective!
I found the service easy, straight forward and very professional and at the fraction of the cost of a high street agent. Everything was up and running online quite quickly and within a couple of days I had my first viewings through the door. Having the control to make amendments to your listing online rather than having them dictated to you was a plus. I will be honest in saying that I was a bit nervous about using an online estate agent at first and it may not suit everyone, but for me it did the job and I would not hesitate using House network again.

Delighted
Making full use of modern technology and communication, HouseNetwork provide no less of a service than that of a traditional estate agent. In fact it's faster, and more consistant, but at a fraction of the cost. I've probably saved about 5 grand on my sale costs.

Fantastic - highly recommended!!

Amazing service - you will never use a high street agent again!
One word...Fantastic!! We cant recommend House Network enough. Our personal agents were very efficient and courteous at all times and dealt with our viewing requests with upmost professionalism. Not once did we have to 'chase' the agents like you find yourself having to with local high street agents. We would never use a high street estate agent again, plus we saved an absolute fortune on fees! use them now, you won't regret it
The reason I chose to use House Network to sell my house was simple, it was the quality of their marketing. I looked at all of the high street agents and I found their marketing very, very poor. Many would have too few photos, often poorly lit and out of focus and were often accompanied by just a couple of sentences in the description. You can tell that no effort or thought had gone into the marketing and these well established high street brands charge 1000's of pounds for this pathetic service. House Network on the other hand provided me with plenty of high quality photos, virtual tours and floor plans. Alongside these were detailed descriptions of each room and information about the local area. All of this meant that my house was advertised to it's highest possible potential. You also get your own web page so that you can view all of the relevant information concerning your property and you can make amendments or contact your personal agent. A feature that I really found helpful was the inclusion of the viewing figures from Rightmove. I also used their conveyancing service and I had no negative issues. I have nothing but praise for the service that I received from House Network and I believe that it was far superior to that of any other estate agent. The final thing to say is that I saved myself a lot of money by using this company and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

Better and cheaper than high street agents
We have used house network to sell our previous 2 homes. The first time around we were nervous about paying up front. "Will house network perform once they have taken our cash?" so we also employed local estate agents too.
The difference was astounding. Local agents tended to lie to us, not show up, send people round who were not interest in a house like ours, use staff that would make it up as they went along, and the getting feedbacks after viewings took forever and often never happened.
House Network however were absolutely first class. They would call us to make an appointment whilst the potential customer was on the phone so no time wastes. They always chase for feedback immediately after the viewing. The feedback we get via the web portal is real undiluted feedback straight from the customer. They always get back to you. Always polite. And so far a 100% success rate in selling our previous homes.
I have recommended them to family and friends and without exception they are all amazed at the level of service that is available.
The photos they take are done by a professional photographer. Very very good quality. Very quick. And very well organised. Plus you can update them yourself with your own pics too very easily.
And the cherry on top is the price. We have saved 10's of thousands by using house network and we will certainly keep on using them.

An excellent service all round
I was recommended HouseNetwork by a work colleague. They are incredibly efficient. Their representative attended my flat in good time and took around 16 photos. The flat was live on the market within 48hours even though I hadn't paid for their Express service. There were two other flats in the same road for sale on my road and the listing for my flat stood out a mile! Arranging viewings was very easy. I would receive a call and/or an e-mail to confirm and then follow up e-mails with feedback. The representatives were also very good in helping me achieve a great selling price. I had a dedicated Account Manager, but even when he wasn't around, the other members of the team were always willing to help.I would highly recommend using HouseNetwork - provided you are happy to do your own viewings, you will find you save a lot of money and get a great service!

Housenetwork sold our House in 3 weeks
The service was excellent and efficient from start to finish. The standard of photos and floor plans were very good and we really liked having access to these details and confirmations of viewings via email. We had 8 viewings, 2 offers and an offer accepted within 3 weeks of being on the market. We would highly recommend Housenetwork! House Network sold our house
We first put our house on with House Network in 2008. The market was not good but House Network remained professional and helpful, arranging viewings consistently quickly and efficiently. After a while we decided to put our house on with an estate agent to see if it made a difference - and this turned out to be a complete waste of time. Once we had been on the market with the estate agent for about 6 months, we realised that the service we had been getting from House Network was clearly in a different league. The estate agents (who were a reputable and long established company) managed to lose us viewings, arranged viewings without our permission and had viewings going to the wrong property. The contact was dreadful and support non-existent. We went back on with House Network and this time sold our house within 6 months. Our conveyancing took about 5 months, and throughout this time we were supported by our House Network manager, Dean Fisher, who never wavered in his assistance in communicating with the buyer, the buyer's solicitors and our solicitors. I cannot recommend House Network enough. They saved us considerable amounts of money but more importantly we sold our house through them and the support we were given during the process was outstanding. We remain very grateful to them.

FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
I was totally happy with their level of service, and extremely happy with the professional and helpful staff. The photos were taken really well and looked really professional on the internet, there is a good range of packages to suit peoples budgets all at superb value for money.
There is great internet coverage. the good thing about having a internet agent was it gave me complete control, allowing me to choose what pictures to show and information about my house and area etc. All in all a great way to save money and sell your house the modern way !!!!!!!!

Easily the best Estate Agent there is!
Fantastic service from start to finish, I saved over £5000 against traditional agent fees and got a far better service and my property was advertised on all of the major property web sites.
You have to do the viewings yourself but to be honest, this, in my opinion this is what got me my sale as I developed a personal 1 on 1 relationship with my buyer. Having used a traditional agent before, I have ended up doing the viewings myself and still had to pay their crazy high prices!
I cannot recommend www.housenetwork.co.uk highly enough.

VERY EFFICIENT ESTATE AGENTS
I chose House Network for the marketing of my property because of the good feedback I saw on property forums. I have not been disappointed. They provided me with an excellent service. On the first week of marketing I had many viewings and 2 offers. The house sold straight away.
The advertisement that appeared on the various property portals was very professional and much better than the ones from my local estate agents. The photographs of the property and the Virtual Tour were excellent. Every time I had a query it was dealt with the same day. I will definitely use them again in future and I thoroughly recommend them specially if people want to save themselves lots of money.

Great service - great value!
House Network provides a highly efficient, cost-effective method of marketing a property. Although it took a while to sell our property, I think this was a reflection of the current market; I doubt that it would have been any different had we chosen a local estate agent. We were especially impressed that we were kept up to date with the process at all times and that viewers were prompted to provide feedback - not always the case with local agents. All in all, an effective and great value service that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
