Very weak customer service
Am currently trying to buy a house through the housenetwork.co.uk. While the website is fine and up-to-date, once you proceed with putting in an offer and proceeding on the purchase, the quality of service provided is very poor. They do not return calls, they provide conflicting information (twice now they have told me a particular update only to call me back 20min later saying they gave me the wrong information) and I've been disconnected twice now while waiting in a hold queue for 5+ min. Like the concept of a low-cost online estate agent, but unfortunately the service/execution is poor.
