House of baby has gone into administration
We have just found out that House of baby has gone into administration. If you are waiting for your purchase I would recommend to contact the manufacturer directly and let them know. We had ordered a silver cross cot. Silver cross has been contacted and hopefully will come up with a solution.

Closed for business
Unfortunately seem to be closed for business and maybe a problem for those who have ordered goods and not received them.
Phones and emails not answered, web site not accepting shopping baskets
Stars not a reflection on service before this happened.
Subsequent posting to this the manufacturer has confirmed they are owed a great deal of money and are NOT fulfilling orders. The shop has no notification of what to do. Credit card company now notified we are in dispute and a replacement order in progress with alternative supplier.
Credit check shows the company has huge debts and little in the way of assets

Excellent Friendly Service & Best Price Product
Cannot be more impressed by House of Baby!
The bloom Nano we ordered was delivered amazingly speedily (less than 48 hours after I ordered it online) & within the specified hour time slot. Anyone thinking of ordering a nano (or anything!), order from House of Baby, they are a) the cheapest and offer a FURTHER discount via facebook! b) the most reliable and c) actually have stock so you don't have to wait till nearly July to get it (unlike John Lewis & Kiddicare)!!! Also super friendly customer service +++++ Thanks Liz for checking the stock there and then over the phone to make absolutely sure they physically had the nano in stock! Brilliant stuff House of Baby! X

Great price and service
After deliberating for a long time on what double pushchair to go with, I finally decided on the Phil & Teds Promenade. After scouring the internet for the best deals I came across House of Baby. Not only was the price right (with the added benefit of a promotional discount code!) but the website was easy to use. Following my order the pushchair was delivered superquick and even came with a 1hr delivery slot which was fantastic!

A Pleasure to deal with!
Phoned the shop and spoke to Liz was really nice, enquiring about a pushchair that didnt have an image online as it new. Also to do with delivery charges for the highlands. They were cheaper to deliver rather than getting my pushchair direct from Mamas and Papas. Purchase the Luna blue, recieved very quickly and so easy to assemble, love it. Thank you so much. Will be coming back again!

Very professional from start to finish
My wife and have recently purchased a Stokke pushchair and car seat from House of Baby and having done quite a bit of research, found that not only were they the best price, they offered excellent service too. Some of the items we ordered weren't in stock, so I called a couple of times to track the progress and each time was met with a very friendly person (Liz, I think) who organised delivery based at a time that suited me.
5 our of 5 for for price and service. Couldn't ask for more. I've already recommended you to the other couples in our NCT class.

Very helpful
we are just after getting our next stage car seat and they couldn't of been any more helpful. They also said that as we dont need to use it yet that when we do to go back and they will refresh us on how to fit it!
Also got our iCandy peach from them. They kept it unroll closer tomthe time of the burthnof our baby!

great!!!
I bought a Quinny Buzz footmuff in Jan '12 as I couldn't find anywhere cheaper who had it in stock but I'm glad I bought it from House of Baby because orders over £40 (I think) delivery is free and it was next day delivery. It was a sat which I ordered my product and I received it the following tuesday and I was texted with a time slot in which I would receive my product and true to their promise, it came within the hour. Customer service is fab too as they always help with anything you need no matter how big or small your problem is. I will deffinately be shopping at House of Baby again!!

Excellent service
When I contacted House of Baby they were really helpful and answers any queries I had without the need for me to ask many questions. I placed an order and they dealt with it quickly and kept me informed of its progress. I will definitely use them again and have recommended them to family and friends

Excellent service
I ordered a mamas and papas high chair online and the service was great. Website was easy to navigate and payment was simple. I received an email giving me a one hour delivery slot which was great because I could plan my day and didn't have to wait in for the whole day. Product was delivered quickly. Very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.

Fab Customer Service
I shopped here in January and brought an iCandy Peach from them. They had it in stock and I took it on the day. I just wanted to say thank you to Charlotte who gave me fantastic advice and service....and a cup of coffee!!
When I first walked in I was amazed at how beautiful their showroom was and the vast range of brands they stock. I will definitely be returning for my furniture

Cheap prices but horribly slow delivery.
Ordered a Stokke pram from them on 28th December as they were the cheapest price I could find online.
Received the Pram + Carrycot on 20th January and was told they were out of stock on the Parasol + Cupholder, and that they are getting stock in next Tuesday (31st January) and that I should get my item the following working day.
They have taken payment back in December yet I will not receive all the items in my order until February - given the choice again I think I would have chose a different company instead. It might cost a bit more but at least I wouldn't be waiting so long if I used a different company.
