I've used Hungryhouse a lot and usually have a decent experience. However, twice now my order has been cancelled because the affiliated restaurants don't respond. Cancellation takes 20 minutes to be done, then they only email you so if you don't happen to be sitting at your computer you are unaware. Therefore, by time you've ordered elsewhere, you've lost nearly an hour, which is pretty annoying when you're hungry.
I contacted Hungryhouse to complain and their response never came. I only ever use Justeat now, with whom I've never had any problems.
