Beware when placing an order through the app, you have to credit you account and only then do they tell you that the restaurant is closed therefor having your money sat in their account. Lets see if I get my refund.
We are sorry to hear that your order was declined. In the rare event that a restaurant cannot fill your order, you will receive an automated email from us entitled "Order declined". In this case, any online payment is immediately returned to your hungryhouse account and available to re-use on a second order.
Should you choose not to reorder, a full refund will be automatically issued at the end of the night. Please let us know if you still have not received your refund and we will sort this out for you immediately.
