Money taken from card, not in account, no refund or reply email
Tried to pay by card, timed out and no money in hungry house account, so tried again a few mins later. Same thing happened, so opted to pay cash. Thought all ok till I checked my bank account few days later and found both amts had been deducted. Have contacted hungry house daily via email and their compliant link for last 8 days with no response and no refund. Don't touch them. They also charge more per item then if you order direct from the takeaway which I didn't notice until after my order. Order number 7114517. Co offered to refund half of money owed. This is totally unacceptable, they owe me all the money they have taken from my card and not credited to hungryhouse, I don't want this credited to hungryhouse account as I will never use again this needs to be refunded to my account. This money was taken on 27may, it is now 11june and I have emailed every day, they just ignore emails and updates in the compliant link on their web page, posting here appears to be the only way to get a response.
