I had my bad feedback removed and was emailed to revise it. Even though it just said stuff like "took 2 hours to arrive, chips cold and soggy, donut was dry and had a chunk out of it, brought me cola instead of 7up" and things like that. I tried to revise my feedback (even though I don't think there was anything wrong with it in the first place) and it said I could not leave a review as my order had been cancelled. I received food and I want to share my opinion with other customers so they can make an informed decision on whether to buy from that restaurant. Just because I received a refund for the dreadful food it doesn't mean I shouldn't be allowed to leave feedback. Their ways are misleading their customers and duping them into buying bad food from bad restaurants.
