Poor / although excellent at false advertising!
We reviewed many suppliers on the internet in our search for a printer and came accross Huntoffice and ordered from them specifically as they were competitive on price but had the added incentive of £80 cashback which upon speaking with an advisor over the phone was assured this was still the case.
As such we happily placed our order and even signed up for a credit account. We were then informed a few hours later that the cash back offer had actually been withdrawn some 24 days earlier and as such we wouldnt be getting it! We tried to seek some compensation but were told this wasnt an option.
Following this, we will never ever purchase anything from the business again and have reported Huntoffice to the ASA.

Paper at great rates
I ordered a box of A4 paper and it was delivered within three days. I was very pleased with the service although the ordering process was not easy and my bank card was not accepted so i had to go through the whole process again

First order first class service
I was receommended Hunt by a collegue after having used another web based stationers without much luck. Everything was easy to find at good prices and arrived next day. A follow up call just to check everyting was OK showed a supplier who wants to retain their customers. They are very much recommended.

Prompt service and a good price
I had tried other suppliers or office sundries and when you look closely, some of the prices for things we use regularly were noticeably higher than Hunt. This was why we tried them.
The delivery was quick (next day as requested) and all items were received. We'll definitely use again.

first time I used the company for Printer Cartridges , they were the cheapest and the items turned up on time. the website is good and easy to use and if needed the staff on the phone were very helpful.

Wasteful packaging which we pay for
I only ordered 1 roll of book protection film, 500ml long. I wondered why the postage was so expensive & when the item came, admittedly within 48 hours, I saw why. The box containing the roll was enormous, about 50 times the size necessary. Then, when I used the film, it was much thinner than I thought, certainly doesn't ''change paperbacks into hardbacks'' !

Best price arrived next day
Searched the internet for lowest cost, but decent quality, C4 manilla envelopes and yet again Huntoffice came out top ! Also next day delivery which was a bonus.

First experience - disappointing
The order arrived fairly quickly but was not complete - 2 items were missing. I phoned Hunt Office who explained it was the fault of the courier. Two phone calls from Hunt Office later, it emerged that 1 mssing item was actually out of stock and had never been dispatched (why was it available to order on the website?) and would be another week or so, and the other missing item would be delivered next day, which it was. This is the first time our company has ordered from Hunt Office and I am not sure if we will order again - we need a reliable office supplies provider and this first experience was disappointing.

Good speedy service, but no instructions!
I ordered storage boxes for old papers.there were some instructions on the bottom of the boxes, but no instructions at all about how the lid worked. There seemed to be various options! Apart from that the service was speedy & efficient.

The most rapid delivery of anything I have bought online
This wasn't the easiest of purchases. First one of the items was not available. But they rang and explained, offered an alternative and accepted my decision to wait for the alternative. They inisited on deliverying the rest of the order and it arrived the following day around 10.00am. When I opened the box I found one of the main items was not what I thought I had ordered. I thought it was my fault but realised later that I ordered correctly. I sent messages over the weekend and early on Monday I had both an e-mail and a phone call apologising and assuring that the correct items would be delivered on the following morning and the wrong ones corrected. Which they were.
Mistakes happen but apart from that this is the kind of service that you rarely get. Well done.

Rapid delivery but check quality

damaged (and NOT in transit).

Prompt delivery
When I saw the weather was going to be bad I saw an advert for a kit to keep in the car for such emergencies. It comprised of a high vis jacket, torch, foil blanket and mini snow shovel. It was a reasonable price and as I travel quiet long distances alone I thought why not. It has arrived in a convenient compact case which will stay in the car just in case.

What a bargain !!
I was a bit dubious about ordering such a large quantity of printing paper as not sure I woul be using so much, however the price convinced me ! The only drawback is the price of postage but that not the fault of Huntoffice.co.uk ,delivery came next day , I was out !!! however the card through the door gave me a contact telephone number, I rang & the lady replying was most friendly & efficient & we arranged another delivery date to suit me, Package arrived on time & I am delighted with the quality of the printing paper thank you.

THE RIGHT FILES FOR OUR DEPARTMENT AT LAST!
It was easy to find the Transfer Spring files we needed from the instructions on your website, by entering the type of file wanted and then being able to view a picture of them. The price was very reasonable and the lowest one we've found for that particular file with the separate pocket on the opposite side to the correspondence clip. Once I knew what I was doing, it was easy to order them over the Internet and the delivery of them all the next morning was fantastic service. Thank you.
