Great customer service - no quibbles, dealt with damaged product and replaced straight away
You only really know the quality of a company when you see how they deal with things when they go wrong. My Magimix had a tiny scratch on it but considering the cost, I wanted it perfect - they agreed and replaced it at no cost to me the next day. I would definitely buy from Hurst again.

Really great website, bought the nespresso magimix coffee machine. It was cheaper than anywhere else and it was delivered within two days and was free delivery. I would recommend this website to anyone and I will defiantly order again from here.

I ordered a Toni and Guy hairdryer which appeared to be sold out everywhere. When I came across it on the Hurst IW website the item was cheaper by £22.00. I had never heard of Hurst IW before so was dubious about ordering from their website, however I read the reviews which appeared to be really good so I decided to order. I ordered on a Sunday and was amazed when the item turned up 2 days later. I paid £4.99 for delivery so still made a great saving. I would definitely use this website again, excellent service and the product was fantastic and exactly like the one my friend had bought from boots full price. Money and time well spent.

Best price & service on the Net.
I needed 10 of these Astonish Magic Dusters and a Long Handle. Checked Ebay and Amazon, then I found Hurst Iw. Half the price of anywhere else and service second to none with lightning delivery. I will be back!!!

incredible service, price, delivery
Was very happy with hurst, not only was the price great the delivery was next day and free of charge, and I received emails and text messages regarding the delivery. I was even given a one hour delivery slot, and options to reschedule, deliver to neighbour or give extra instructions without the need to call the courier which was very handy. That's incredible and convenient service!

Would definitely shop with Hurst again
I found the Hurst website after doing a Google search for a particular item. Hurst had the best price for the item (and I checked a lot of stores) so I went ahead and ordered. I was kept informed from the moment I placed the order till the day it arrived at my home. They used a very good delivery service that advised of time of delivery down to not only the day but a very impressive 1 hour window. All in all, the perfect order!!

Excellent rapid service
I ordered a food processor from this company's website. The standard communication by email and text message was to the point and completely appropriate, i.e. not too little or not too much. The delivery company they used was also excellent. The item was well packaged and as advertised.

Great customer service!
Ordered a mini steamer (cheap n cheerful) , arrived in quick and well communicated fashion. Sadly the product did not work properly :( I emailed them and they sent me a new one out straight away no questions asked.
So overall apart from the faulty product they sent me first, I would recommend them to anyone.

Saucepan fixed quickly and cheaply, I'm so pleased!
I ordered the replacement knob for our Judge saucepan on Monday and it arrived on Tuesday. I was so pleased after clumsily breaking the old one. The pan is now fully usable again. Only cost £4.49!

Very fast very smooth transaction.
I was kept informed with every movement of my parcel by either email or text or both It arrived exactly on time. The driver was polite and cheerful and put the parcel inside for me. I can't thank Hursts enough. The parcel arrived just as it set of in immaculate condition nothing damaged not even the packaging.

Excellent delivery time and service
Ordered a Magimix Nespresso machine and received it 2 days later. Had to ring them because the coffee samples were missing (not Hurst's fault) and received them the next day. If only all retailers were this good on customer service. And a great price ! Would gladly recommend them and will use them in the future.

How fortunate can you get?
Brilliant service (‘sourced from the Isle of Wight’) who could ask for better? I doubt any mainland company could compete with supplying customers living on the island, as efficiently! The best price by some considerable margin. Excellent communications. All backed-up by an exemplary delivery service, courtesy of DPD. Couldn’t ask for more. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others or use again myself.

Excellent service
Hurst IW was recommended by my brother-in-law. I wanted to buy a Nespresso machine and he recommended them because the price was competitive; a quite check on google confirmed this was the case. The machine arrived promptly. There was a minor issue in that the included capsules were missing but this was resolved as soon as I reported it (they arrived the next day)

Terrific item at a great price, and truly outstanding service.
I bought a 'Judge' milk frother, as I'm a latte freak and the coffee shops are getting a little too expensive for my taste. Having tried various mechanical ones, which frothed cold milk, I decided to upgrade to heated and frothed. I looked at various review sites and this one consistently got high marks. After searching the internet to find one at a reasonable price - they were priced anywhere between £45 and £65 - I came across the I W Hurst website, where it was available for around £30. This is the cheapest around and as soon as I had ordered it, I got an email confirming the order, with a reference number in case of any query. It was ordered on Friday, and I got an email later that day to say it had been dispatched. There was a tracking number and a link to the courier website. It arrived first thing Monday morning and is excellent. It's very neat and only takes up a small space on the worktop, easy to use and clean, and it heats milk perfectly without boiling over, producing a lovely stable, creamy foam which lasts to the bottom of the cup. I now have coffee shop standard latte in my own kitchen and I absolutely would not hesitate to recommend the product and the retailer to all. The service and attention to detail was outstanding - the item was securely packaged, tracked to destination and delivered very quickly. Well done, I W Hurst - I will definitely be a returning customer.

Top Quality Products at a Great Price
I found Hurst's through Google and the had the best price on the item that I was looking for and free postage. They followed up my order with great communications and the item turned up 5 minutes in to the hour long delivery slot that they had agreed. Could not ask for better!
