Better than Amazon!!
I bought the Magimix Nespresso & milk from Hurst after coming across them on Google shopping. Free delivery AND 25% cheaper than Amazon, I am more than impressed!! Item was sent out quickly, and received quickly, delighted with this service, will definitely be checking out with this site again!

Brilliant service and great price
I searched for a Kenwood Prospero and Hurst came up with the best prize - some way better than Amazon.
However not only was the price good so was the service as it was dispatched very promptly and I got an email to tell me that courier would deliver it the next day.
I can not recommend Hurst highly enough

I needed a new kettle and searched on the internet for the best price. The price was a good £10.00 cheaper than everyone else and even with delivery it was £5.00 cheaper. I ordered it on the Saturday and it was ready for delivery by Tuesday. The delivery company kept me informed all the way and it was delivered at exactly the time they said it would. Excellent service!

Once found, their website it was very easy to use and had the parts that I wanted for my egg poacher. A big plus was being able to pay with Paypal. My goods arrived quickly and were well packed. I'd use them again and recommend them.

Unbeatable value.
Hurst's price for the Bissell sweeper was around half that of other, more famous, online retailers and the delivery costs were comparable.
The sweeper was delivered within a couple of days of order placement and was exactly as advertised.
I would highly recommend Hurst on the basis of great price and very prompt delivery.

Hursts was the best price by a long way.
Delivered by DPD in the one hour slot as tracked and promised OK. Hope it lasts as long as the toaster it is lined up to replace (12-15 years).

Utterly brilliant
I am very glad to have the opportunity of expressing how I feel over my recent delivery. I needed six Addis bins to collect used spectacles on behalf of the Shakespeare Lions Club for onward shipment to deserving peopel in middle Africa. The bins arrived within three days, carriage paid, securely packaged and in good order.

Incomplete order, however quickly rectified
I purchased 7 items in total. There were 3 items of the same product from one line, and 3 items of another product from another line. Unfortunately only on item from each of these lines was sent, leaving a shortfall of 4 items. I emailed the company as soon as I opened the box, and the next day they replied, apologising and sending the outstanding items straight away. So despite an initially poor service due to the incomplete order being sent, the customer service on receiving my complaint was excellent and the correct order was received promptly. The products were as described on the website and of good quality.

I found W Hurst & Son Ltd. via Google Shopping, because I was looking for a Kenwood Major Titanium kitchen appliance. They offered the lowest price online - cheaper than Amazon or even eBay - and they offered free shipping to boot! Could not have asked for better!
I found the service fantastic. I ordered my item on a Saturday, and was a bit concerned that they said Three working days because I work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and I thought I would have to organise someone to be around to collect my item. As it was I had it delivered on the Tuesday. The company sent regular emails to keep me informed about my item. the best part was they were able to give me an hour time slot the morning of delivery so I was not kept hanging about and I could plan my day.

I have been shopping on line for quite a few years now but this has to be amongst my most satisfactory experiences.
Easy to follow web site, very competitive price, next working day delivery and a designated time. I was able to track my parcel and it arrived right on time. Waiting in for parcels can be a real drag, particularly if you are not certain of the day, let alone the time.
