Was using Google to look for a product their site had it at the cheapest price. Ordered and paid for the product and then got an email stating that the product was no longer in stock and I would receive a refund of my money. I find this really frustrating when a company either doesn't keep their web site up to date or realises that their product has been listed at the wrong price so withdraw it and state that it isn't available. Now ordered from Toolsation and delivered the next day no dramas and free postage:)

You're quite right. We have to hold our hands up to this one. We hope that in our next incarnation we will actually have a website that is connected to our stock control system. Unfortunately at the moment the two are not compatible and we have to rely on the staff and buyers to let us know when we have run out. Which is why we have the message about checking stock before ordering so prominent on our t's & c's page. We are always embarrassed when a customer places an order for something which we are unable to supply. I know from personal experience how frustrating it can be. For that reason we try and keep our site as up to date as possible, but unfortunately sometimes we get caught out. This is also why refunds are issued immediately. Once again, many apologies. Trevor.
