I ordrered the wrong item,they picked it up and brought the correct one the next day, without any fuss.

We bought a Dyson fan heater and it was cheaper here than anywhere else we saw. The order went through smoothly. I asked for a specific delivery date and that was no problem. The person I spoke to on the telephone was friendly and everything went without a hitch. Would definitely order from here again.
I bought a Dyson Fan AM04 Heater for a Christmas present. I only found Hurst IW after first ordering from "every little helps" who delivered the wrong colour twice, and kept us waiting for a replacement on a Saturday with a delivery slot of 07:00 to 19:00 (it arrived 20:30 and was still the wrong colour).
We also tried "never knowingly undersold" who initially had the heater for only £10 MORE than Hurst's, but, by the time we had ditched "every little helps" they had re-priced to £50 MORE than Hurst's. It is such an irritating policy that JL prices track competitors, but do not really compete.
Hurst IW we had the colour we wanted, Blue/Grey, (cited as "exculsive" by some) and the delivery was very quick with email updates telling us exactly when it would arrive and asking if an alternative destination would be available if we were out.
There was no charge for this excellent deliver service and the price for the Dyson AM04 heater was the lowest on the Internet.
What can I say - item arrived very quickly, exactly when they said it would, with lots of opportunity to change the time slot if it wasn't going to be convenient. Can't recommend the service highly enough.

You go online and take a chance who you chose to purchase from, I do anyway. I found the Dyson 'hot' AM04 Fan heater online and W Hurst &Son (IW) Ltd to be the cheapest. I read most of the reviews and found them to be very positive. I must say as soon as I ordered my Item, I was sent an email confirming my order, the next email followed detailing my delivery slot, the next email confirming my time slot, and the item was delivered as promised. I will use this sight again with confidence for my next electrical item purchase. Trust me use with confidence, as for the Dyson 'hot' fan heater I am well pleased with the purchase, but not sure how much the next electricity bill will be, we'll see.
I tried to buy this toaster locally; after all, we're supposed to be trying to save our retail areas aren't we? Guess what, not available! When I went on line, I saw that this was from the IofW and wondered how the despatch and delivery would be. Fear not! A great company to do business with!

It was a pleasure doing business with Hurst, from start to finish. Their pricing on the Moulinex mixer was incredibly competitive, and once ordered, they kept me up-to-date with the whole purchase and delivery process.
The goods were delivered within three days and I was informed at what time, to the hour, the Moulinex would be delivered, and it was correct.
What better service can you ask for.
I would wholeheartedly recommend the seller. They were excellent.
Unfortunately, the delivery company used were not as organised as the vendor themselves, requiring a couple of attempts to deliver one package. Hopefully this was a one-off.
Hurst IW sent out our coffee machine promptly, it has arrived safely and intact. This is great. However, they use DPD to deliver, as do several other companies. DPD's coverage is poor. Their 'local' depot is too far from us for us to enable us to pick up packages conveniently. They were unable to hold our package until a convenient time for us to pick it up. On top of this, they charge £12 + VAT for re-delivering on a Saturday, which is crazy. They're a delivery company, isn't it their job to get the package to where it needs to be? I work 6 days a week and cannot pick anything up on a Saturday morning. This is not abnormal, it's just modern life. The whole idea of internet shopping is meant to be that it is more convenient. DPD makes things more inconvenient; I might as well just go to the shops instead of ordering on the internet. I won't be buying from a company again if they deliver through DPD.
I placed my order online late one evening, early next morning they rang to say my item was unfortunately out of stock and wouldn't be back in stock for a while, would I like to cancel my order. I said as long as it came in when they said it would that was fine by me , and to continue with the order. We agreed they would ring me again if the item was delayed , but there was no need as the order and delivery went totally as planned.
I did appreciate the call and the option to cancel . Very good customer relations in my opinion .
Having placed my order Thursday morning I was immediately notified that it would be delivered the following day with options to change my delivery date. That morning I was notified of an hour time slot in which to expect my delivery and was not disappointed!
Milk frother came quickly, must of been bashed about in transit as the box was battered, was a little disappointed about this as it is a Christmas present so I would of liked it to be in a decent state, but that isn't Hurst fault they aren't the delivery drivers.
I wanted a Dyson fan heater and found on the internet that W Hurst & son had the best price for the finish I wanted and free of carraige charges. I received an Email to say the order had been received and I was kept up to date with texts and Emails about dispatch and delivery date. DPD the carriers they use also kept me well informed including the time of day they were calling and the heater arrived within 3 days as promised. I would reccomend them to anyone, they were brilliant.
I NEVER leave reviews as time is too precious and life is so hectic. However, I cannot fault the service from Hurst and therefore felt compelled to leave this review. We ordered our Nespresso Citiz & Milk on the Sunday afternoon (on-line) and it arrived on Tuesday at the time stated. Brilliant!
They were the cheapest price I found and the coffee machine arrived as stated in 2 days and I was given a 1 hour time slit. Very impressed and pleased with the service given and I would definitely buy from Hurst again.

I ordered a Dyson AM04 hot fan from Hurst IW on the evening of 28th November, it arrived on the 30th November! They were 20% cheaper than anywhere else and kept me up to date with the progress of the order, even providing a text & email saying which hour it would arrive!

I hadn't heard of Hurst before but they came up with the best price for what I wanted, with free delivery included. Ordering was simple. Was expecting to wait up to 5 working days, but after ordering on a sunday my delivery was dispatched the following day & ready for delivery on tuesday. Was VERY helpful to get a text from the courier the day of dispatch to check delivery was convenient. It wasn't convenient so i texted my preferred day, & first thing that morning was texted my 1hr delivery slot. My delivery arrived promptly 3 minutes after the start of the stated hour!

Brilliant service. Not heard of the company before but they delivered with speed at a good price. We live in a very remote place but the service was still prompt.
