Quick and Easy.
Bought a Dyson fan heater which was a good price from this company.
Received it quickly, but unfortunately it was no were near as good as we expected.
Arranged for a return and refund, which was done very quickly with no fuss.
Excellent people to communicate with and an excellent company policy.
Highly recommended even on pricing.

Amazing price, fast delivery, totally satisfied! A+++ service.
My wife and I decided to buy the Magimix M190 Citiz and Milk Nespresso machine so googled it for a cheap buy. Not only was W Hurst selling it far cheaper than quite a few other places, but their rating was coming up as 5 stars - quite impressive. So, we ordered from them. Delivery was faster than expected and the machine was well packaged. The checkout process was straightforward, there were no hidden costs, delivery was free and also very fast! Overall experience was fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend W Hurst to anyone for their cheap prices, fast delivery and great overall experience!

Brilliant communication and speedy service A*
I don't normally leave reviews but after this purchase I feel Hurst Iw need more feedback for their great service!
I bought a magimix 4200xl which I have been wanting for a while now. I received several emails updating me on the transaction, and a reminder text on the hour slot from the courier service. It arrived 2 days after purchase which must be quicker than most rivals. The price was cheaper than said rivals too. What more could I ask for.
I will definitely use Hurst Iw again, but for now I have a new processor to play with :)

Great service, quick delivery.
I recently ordered a Nespresso machine from Hurst's and was really impressed with the service that I received.
As I had never heard of Hurst's before I was initially a little unsure of whether to order from them, but having read the other reviews I decided to go ahead. I have to say that I am really glad I did.
Ordering was straight forward with progress updates emailed to you which is really helpful and reassuring. Delivery on the item was free (as it was over £49.99) and again updates on progress through the delivery chain were given - they even sent through an estimated time of delivery (which was met by the way!), again really helpful. Why can't all online retailers offer this level of service?
I would recommend Hurst and will deinitely consider them when I next look for small electricals.

Good Service
I have recently bought a coffee maker from Hurst & Son and was impressed with their quick response to my inquiries on the machine. I was also pleased with their delivery arrangement when, at the start of the day of delivery, they were able to give me the time of arrival.

Now that's what I call shopping!
I can't find any fault with my experience with Hurst. Firstly the heater I bought was very much cheaper than the nearest company. Ordering was simple. The delivery was brilliant. So quick and cost me nothing with great communication down to the hour delivery was going to be. 15 minutes into that hour and the delivery was made. I am so impressed that I will be coming back again soon. Thank you.

Excellent service - highly recommended!
We ordered two heaters from Hurst's. Firstly we were impressed by the price (less then half of the Argos price), then by the clear and easy to use website, to then find out that delivery was free! Communication was brilliant, keeping us updated at each step. This should be an example to many of the big online shops - the whole transaction was so easy and focused on the customer, conveying the fact that this is a very friendly and personal customer service. Would definitely buy again, and highly recommend.
PLUS: I read a few of the older reviews and love the fact that a member of staff does take the time to actually respond to any queries or problems which might have been encountered by other customers. That's great customer service!

Poor Information
Very poor details on a lot of the products - I was looking for an 8" baking tin but although there are some nice pictures there are no dimensions given, this is a glaring omission for an online seller and having looked quickly through the site, it happens on a large number of products so although Hurst may and probably do sell what i'm looking for, I have no way of knowing. Very poor effort on behalf of Hurst, obviously the compiler does not shop online. Needless to say I will not be bothering.

Very prompt and helpful service

I would have no hesitation purchasing from Hurst IW again. From start to finish the service I received was first class. Email confirmation of order, email and text notification of delivery of the eta of my goods within a 1hour time slot so I didn't have to stay in all day and goods arrived in good condition and working order. Best of British I would say!

Better service than from any other company I`ve EVER dealt with.
Wow, from start to delivery the service was brilliant. The company kept in touch through e-mails to let me know how my order was getting on and they were prompt at sending the e-mail. I received the delivery exactly when stated even after having to change the delivery date. The product, a Kenwood mixer, is very good and has more attachments than I thought it would have. Thank you HURST IW I shall certainly use your services again, not only was the product cheaper than high street shops the service was 2nd to none.

Free delivery, doesn't mean poor service.
I searched long and hard to find the lowest price for this item I wanted and could not beat the price I got @ Hurst.
Free delivery was included and I was kept constantly and fully updated on progress of the order and delivery by Text message and by e-mail updates. When I was advised when the "hourly window" on the day of delivery was to be made and I wasn't going to be here to recieve the delivery it was very easy to reshedule the delivery for another day and the delivery company (DPD) proved to be very reliable and have a great website which is easy to use and gives good information on delivery status.
Next time I'm looking to make another purchase Hurst will be top of online suppliers to check first, and I will be recommending them to all friends/family.
