Excellent service, highly recommended!

I ordered a watch from Iconic Watches this week. It was dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 48 hours. The watch arrived as advertised and in excellent condition, with all if the relevant guarantee, instruction booklet and box. I could not be happier with the service that I have received and the watch itself.

Fantastic Jeweller, Great Service and Value for Money from Long Established Family Business

I have used this jeweller many times now. Iconic Watches are a long established family business. They have a super selection of watches, jewellery and diamonds. The service is second to none and the staff and owners Gayle and Zack Coles are very friendly and most helpful. I have bought lots of jewellery from iconic watches, I have also had several pieces custom designed and engraved. They offer great value for money and nothing is too much trouble for them. I would always go to them first when in the market for a new piece of jewellery.

1st Class Service, Bargain Prices.

I ordered the new IWC Pilots watch from Iconic watches two weeks ago and It arrived today as promised. The correspondence I had with everyone at Iconic watches was 1st class and the price I paid was definitely the cheapest I had seen both in shops and on the internet.

The next watch I buy will 100% be from Iconic watches.

I have recently bought a new rolex explorer 2 from iconic watches for my dad. I must say that they are my jewellers for every watch I bought in the past and will also be in the near future. The sales and customer service team is awesome and so helpful. Once again thanks team iconic watches.

Iconic Experience

I recently bought a Tag Heuer Formula 1 watch from Iconic Watches. I was a little suspicious of making this online purchase, especially with the great price that was being quoted. However, the whole experience was first class....and the great price was just another benefit of dealing with Iconic. First class

I called Iconic Watches today with a few watches in mind. I had the pleasure to speak with James for probably at least half an hour and was most impressed with his knowledge, impartial views and his investment in building time with a potential new customer.
As I write I am still undecided but have no doubt that I will be a customer in the future and would thoroughly recommend that if you are considering a new watch that you pick up the phone and let Iconic see what they can do!

Great Company - Highly Recommended

Very nice and helpful staff indeed. Chris was very friendly and was responding e-mails very quickly answering all my questions, even the silly ones:)
As well he managed to get and update a watch for me in a short period and according to our agreement. The shipment went smoothly and in general I'm very happy with choosing this company. I will surely use their services again.

EXCELLENT SERVICE – HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I’ve always been dubious of buying a watch when I haven’t actually seen it. Having read the reviews on Trustpilot, there was no doubt in my mind that this company was reputable.

Flawless and friendly

I was initially worried about buying a watch via a web company but the reviews of iconic watches convinced me to go ahead.
The service is great. Genuinely nice people work at the company.
The watch was delivered in 2 weeks, all payments were secure.
I sent my wrist size and their jeweller adjusted the strap. I expected to have to adjust it again by one link but they did a perfect job.
Oh, and the discount was the best.
I will definitely be back.

No hesitation in recommending them.

The watch I initially wanted was not available as it was a limited edition from a previous year. Chris suggested some alternatives and initially I was not that keen on them. I found some different pictures of one of the models online. I found that one of the suggestions I now preferred to my original choice.

The whole ordering process was totally hassle free and I was initially a bit dubious about spending that much without going to a physical shop. I was promptly kept informed of what the status of my order was. All queries I had were answered very quickly, usually within minutes. The delivery was quick, it was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

I would have no hesitation recommending Iconic Watches to any one and they certainly will be my first choice in the future.

Simply, Easy, Honest and reliable. IWC Portuguese Chrono Purchase

Very easy to deal with, mainly having dealt with Chris Wood. Was able to secure to watch and deliver within 10 days of placing the deposit. Answered all of my questions and allayed fears given that we were spending a significant amount of money online.

Professional, honest, courteous. Fantastic company to deal with.

I've been dealing with Iconic Watches/ Ancient and Modern for 6 years now, and have never had any issues with them. They are fair, offer a courteous service, are attentive to every detail, and can wholeheartedly recommend them for all of your watch needs. I never go anywhere else these days, there is no need.

Super service, super price

The team at Iconic Watches/Ancient & Modern Jewellers are terrific. I was after a Tag Heuer watch for my wife that was unavailable in stores; James said they could find it within three weeks, the watch is with us in two weeks. The team up in Blackburn were very helpful friendly and efficient arranging delivery. I would recommend them to all my friends.

Excellent customer service at the best price I could find on the Internet, trustworthy and highly recommended!

My son wanted a good quality mechanical watch for his 18th birthday. He did a fair amount of research, both on the technical differences between different makes and prices. We finally decided that a Zenith Captain Central Second was the watch for him. Iconic Watches offers this watch-and others- at a very significant discount to all the other Highstreet- or Online shops. The large price difference made me concerned at first, because if you go for deals that sound too good to be true, you might get conned. I talked with Chris from Iconic by phone, and he explained their system to me. Based on the conversation I ordered the watch from him, and was glad I did. The whole purchase experience was very positive, from beginning to end: excellent communication on the progress of the order and a quick, satisfactory resolution of a minor problem that was outside their control. If you want to save hundreds of £ and can wait 2-3 weeks for your watch, Iconic is your shop!

Iconic Watches's website is easy to navigate; their prices are very competitive and the service is exemplary. I was also able to telephone and speak to a very helpful member of staff who knew about the business and was able to fully answer all my queries. Iconic Watches, top drawer watches and service !!!

Purchased a Rolex Submariner Ceramic No Date from Iconic Watches and despite being sceptical initially, Chris put all concerns to rest and was excellent throughout, no question was too much and was always there with quick replies to reassure us that they were working to get the watch to me as soon as possible.

When the watch arrived it was spot on, all complete and I was over the moon.

Iconic Watches will get all my watch enquiries in the future and I suspect the Rolex will be the first of many purchases from them.
