just one niggle
The thing I would like you to change is the giving out of my contact details. I often get the text & email from you at the same time as a call from the enquirer. It's often at an inconvenient time and I would like at least an hour before giving them my number to give me a chance to call them when its convenient for me.
Other than that, the whole process is pretty straight forward.

Your details are given out straight away to keep the process moving the same way as if tenants where to find your details on a website next to your property advert.
When anyone places an advert they don't have the luxury of determining when a tenant is going to call.
May we suggest that you leave a more personalised voice recording for when the calls go through to your voice mail, the tenant will then have clarification that you will call them back.

Best value way for private landlords to get enquiries
Having been a private landlord for a number of years who has used both letting agents and managed the whole rental process myself, I am so glad that I have found this service.
In my experience, letting agents charge far too much for the service that they offer and also often create another barrier to finding tenants in that they charge the tenants a fee too.
However, generating enquiries online using various websites is tedious and time consuming. The iigloo service, at this price, is just right. Removing the dull chore of multiple online listings and replacing it with a single form to complete that within days has led to a stream of good quality enquiries and people saying they want to rent both properties.
The team at iigloo have been fantastic, responding promptly at all times and delivering a service that I'm happy with.
The only suggestion for improvement is the website that is a bit difficult to navigate but I understand that this is something that will be resolved very soon.
In summary, I highly recommend iigloo and, at this price, would use the service again.

Why use an agent when this is five star
Excellent Service - iigloo
I wish to take this opportunity to thank everyone at iigloo for the excellent service provided. I tried other companies then I signed up with iigloo.... the fee is reasonable and I have now let my property after lots of enquiries all within a few days I carried out 3 viewings and have tenants I will use this service again for my entire portfolio of properties,

I think you are doing a great job for private landlors. The think I like about it that you remind us via email as well as text which is a great service. The tenant said that you also keep reminding them as well, how nice for us landlord. Only thing I would say that there are other agencies providing similar service at slightly low price, so review your rate!

Excellent Service - iigloo don't leave you out in the cold
I wish to take this opportunity to thank everyone at iigloo for the excellent service provided. I tried local advertsing and posting my own ads on Gumtree and other sites but then I signed up with iigloo........ I have now let my property after dozens of enquiries and I carried out about 15 viewings all within a few weeks. I will certainly use this service again for my entire portfolio of properties.

what a great team to have on your side!
IIgloo's team did an amazing job! Lots of support when setting up the brief description of the flat to make it more attractive, they uploaded the pictures for me and the text messages of potential tenants did not stop coming! They managed to always put the flat on top of the lists on several websites and it was let in no time. Many thanks Andrea

Great Service!
I have to echo many of the points made by the other reviews - the most frustrating being that despite many responses when I offered to let them view they never replied. Also had a couple that made appointments and never turned up!! It's not iigloo's fault in any way though - just bad manners on the part of others.
I had loads of enquiries which was encouraging and was delighted after only a few weeks that the flat was let. I loved the text notification as well as it alerted me immediately that someone was interested and saved logging in to my email all the time. The service from iigloo was second to none and the only think like Jenny from Glasgow was that I couldn't find how to say the flat was let but I emailed and it was done immediately for me. Great customer service and a reasonable cost and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others!

Fast Re-Let Thanks
My ad was on for only three weeks & over the Christmas & New Year period, but I got plenty of enquiries & the flat is now let to one of them.
The only part of the service that lets it down from five stars is that I didn't find the web site very easy to negotiate. I'm still not sure that I have informed them that the flat is now let & the ads can come down....

Quick, efficient, cheaper than the rest
I have used other online letting agents but iigloo offer the cheapest but also the best customer service.
They email you links when your property is up on the big portals, they also send you weekly statistics so you know how your advert is performing.
No high fees for the tenants to pay and a low fee of £40 for the landlord to pay, a lot cheaper than the local rag
