Same issue as others with the groupon offer. We were delivered a dented bin and a replacement was promised nearly 2 months ago. I've just sent them a 3rd email as the bin has now fallen to pieces and will be contacting trading standards if I've not heard back in a week, particularly as they're still selling the useless thing on their website!
I bought a product from them in Nov last year. I have had problems with the product and have tried emailing and calling to speak with some one. Nothing; the phone number diverts to a 'Tesco' mobile voice mail and nobody replies to emails.
In short 'Cowboys'.
If Mr Nichols Nicola (the listed director, which is also owned by a front company called NNGE) takes issue with my review, then please let me know as I would love to talk to you.
Awful! Ordered a bin through the Groupon deal which arrived after a delay of 2 weeks. Initially very happy with bin but after 2 weeks the batteries ran flat (although it says in the instructions that they will last 6 months!) replaced and the same thing happened. I have now given up putting batteries in as it is too expensive. i have emailed the company 3 times with no response and tried phoning the 0845 number numerous times but goes straight to a voicemail service but you can't leave a message as it is full. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
I purchased a bin off this company. The delivery took an age. when the bin finally arrived, it went faulty after just a week. I emailed them and they asked me to try a few things which i did and it made no difference. I emailed several times after asking for there returns policy and one email asking for a refund, No reply so i thought i'd ring them. No telephone number.
CLEARLY A DODGY COMPANY, AVOID
Zero stars for this company and products. We waited 9 weeks for the i-bin for it to arrive damaged and not fit for purpose. The lid does not fit on properly and opens when we're know where near it. The battery runs flat after a couple of days and on emptying the bin the inner plastic detaches from the bin. Utterly dreadful product i will not purchase from this company again as they have not replied to our messages/emails!!!
Worst business attitudes I ever came across. Agree with everything said so far. Orderd via groupon back in July. Still no delivery. Stopped counting the weeks by now.

I agree with Debbie and icky_sky.
7 weeks on and no sign of delivery. No reply to my emails and no Contact telephone number for Customer Service.
If I am ever lucky enough to receive the item I most certainly will not use them again.
The only reason they have one star is that this system won't let us rate it a MINUS!
