I needed reliable help, fast! - and Hersh Stern delivered just that
I wouldn't normally have gone to an online source for making a big financial commitment, but the annuities broker I was referred to locally wanted extra payment as a financial adviser, too.
So I checked out what WebAnnuities offered, and was impressed by the clarity of the options presented - and by the complete information offered. Also by the speed of his helpful response to my questions. Now I'm very satisfied with the annuity that I chose, and have been delighted with the efficiency & speed of the process. I have full confidence in the integrity of Hersh Stern and his staff after this happy experience. Highly recommended.

Excellent Customer Service
After an early retirement and out of state move, I contacted WebAnnuities.com for their expertise on immediate annuities. Upon completion of the easy step by step process on line, I spoke with Kyle who was professional, knowledgable and courteous. I started watching WebAnnuities online about two years ago. I was comparing other investments to see what would be best for us. When it was time to make a decision, I contacted ImmediateAnnuities and spoke with Kyle. He sent me all the information I needed to pick what would be best for us. He helped us pick what was needed. Kyle was very Professional. I know it is his job, but you can tell he went the extra mile for us. I would definitely recommend WebAnnuities.

Outstanding service with absolutely no issues
We have used Web Annuities several times over the last 8 years for immediate annuities. Each time the service has been extremely professional and very satisfactory. Great service, very professional and attentive to my needs
My experience on opening an annuity for my 90 year old mother was quite easy. Hersh was able to address the specific needs of my mother and the process was quite smooth. The intricacies of annuities were explained in layman terms that even my 90 year old mother could understand. My mother and I were extremely pleased and would do business with Hersh Stern again.

The easiest financial investment ever
I had been reviewing annuities on the Immediate Annuities website for more than a year. I was very wary of dealing with a company by email and mail only when investing a substantial amount of capital. Through several telephone conversations with reps of Immediate Annuities, I was impressed with there knowledge and very helpful advice. All documentation was easy to read and simple to understand. The free return mailer was convenient to use and sped up the purchase process.
I would recommend Immediate Annuities to anyone looking to invest in an annuity. There is absolutely no pressure to purchase and the representatives I talked to were very concerned that I understood everything offered and felt comfortable with my final choice.

At this point, I have only received the first scheduled annuity payment. But, it occurred on schedule, and for the expected amount.

Easy efficient and completely satisfactory.
There were three steps involved. I found the preliminary research conducted online to be easy to do without help. When I asked for the quotes I got a simple to read package which was of great help. When I returned the package and Ariel Hersh took actual charge of my project, everything worked like clockwork from beginning to receipt of the first payment.

I LOVED DEALING WITH HERSH STERN AND ARIEL. EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED TO ME SO NICELY. I DID NOT FEEL PRESSURED, AND THEY WERE VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH. If I were in the market for another annuity, I would definitely use WebAnnuities again!!
I was provided all the necessary information to evaluate the various offerings in a timely manner. After choosing the appropriate annuity for my circumstances, I asked Mr Hersh to delay the application for a few days to allow me to be within 6 months of my next birthday. Mr Hersh had to redo several pages of the agreement and get it to me before the time elapsed. He cheerfully made all the changes and provided prepaid overnight envelopes for me to submit my application to the insurance company and to send a copy to his office. He made the process as painless as possible.
If I were in the market for another annuity, I would definitely use WebAnnuities again!!

Best Service Anyone Could Expect
I have to say that WebAnnuities was a real godsend for me and my wife. I unexpectedly received an early retirement offer from my company and had to make some quick decisions about how to make it all work out.
