Luckliy for me I used PayPal and they refunded me within 10 working days. I was 4 weeks without a washing machine for me & my family becuase of this scam company "Imperial Price".
The cabbages growing in my garden have a higher IQ than these clowns! Placed an order and guess what nothing materialised. Luckily I paid with Amazon so got a full refund. Issued a County Court Summons though as a matter of course. They were writing their own positive reviews on here, which is so obvious!
I intend to make recommendation to Companies House that they be stuck off as directors.

I placed an order and the money was taken. The website then shut down with an email to contact for info regarding orders made. Nearly 3 weeks later, I am still waiting for my product and for a reply. Very disappointed : (
I simply cannot accurately describe the experience I've had with this disreputable firm.
Purchase never delivered despite enormous patience on my part (enough patience to exceed the paypal refund process time limit), so I've lost my payment. I considered initiating a claim in the county court, but on learning of the apparent financial situation of the firm, realised that it would only be pouring good money after bad. Many emails promised many things & then complete silence.
Horsewhipping or perhaps summary execution might be the solution to this companies antics with other peoples money..
Same experience as a lot of others on here. I chose to ignore the warnings as the cost was so good. It still cost me nearly £400 but I have lost that now.
This company has closed down and moved from their base in Fenchurch House, Minories, London.
I obtained another address for them only to be told that they had also moved from there.

I have passed all of my details onto the police and trading standards. Hopefully he, along with the other members of this scam will be arrested and imprisoned for a very long time.
Companies like this should not be allowed to just shut shop and start all over again, riping people off and living a life of luxury at our expense.
I first placed an order on 24 July as was led to believe that the wait of two weeks would be justified by the costs saved rather than purchasing the same items on Ebay and receiving them within 3-5 working days - this was not to be.
Received no further updates until I sent an e-mail on 15 August to query progress on Order 18768, Mike replied to 'confirm' that the order was being processed and would be dispatched the next week via next day delivery - this did not happen.
Have not been able to track the order on the website and, conveniently, the customer services number doesn't work; sent another query by e-mail on 27 August and have not yet received a response (contrary to the automated replay that this would 'usually' happen within 48 hours).
So guess that I have no option but to try and claim a charge back via PayPal and advise anyone reading this to look elsewhere, the so called cost saving is honestly not worth the hassle.
This comes up as 'David Fava' but is presumably affiliated/the same organisation, fraudulent either way?

The latter of which me and three others managed to have removed from Facebook and subsequently the website was shut down too.
Do yourself a favour and steer well clear of this company and any others he is involved with. It's free to do a company and director search!
My above order was for two Kingston Hyper X SSD drives. I received no contact from the company, no products and no refund. Thank Christ I paid by credit card. Somebody else I was chatting to was not so fortunate and paid a very large amount of money by Debit Card. This money he will not see again.
I ordered a Bosch oven on 7th July and was assured it was in stock. Since then I have had 2 further "assured" delivery dates, but as of 27th August I still have not had my item. As you are probably already aware, the telephone number no longer works and they do not reply to any emails. The only reason a company would not reply to emails in my opinion is if there is something suspicious happening. This company cannot be trusted and I believe needs to be investigated by the police or fraud office. I have logged a complaint with Skrill, the online money clearing facility to have my money refunded but I have no real hope that they will offer any worthwhile help or accept any liability will they?
Do not order from this company. I ordered a printer on the 22nd July and subsequently transferred my money to this company. Ever since then I have had excuse after excuse as to why they could not fulfill this order. You are never able to speak to anyone on the phone about why they could not fulfill the order. I am now in the process of trying to recover my money. Their prices are cheap but so is their service. DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS COMPANY.
Ordered a Canon printer from them. They took money via paypal instantly. Delivery date was yesterday but their website states order as 'paypay pending'. They won't answer phones / emails / forms filled in on contact us web form.
I am reporting them for fraud and to the office of fair trading. No-one should be able to run a Company like this.

Having been ripped off by another company we checked this company's review site before purchasing a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine,which we purchase using Amazon who confirmed my order no and that the item had been dispatched from B&F solutions ltd, Okay we thought great, when we finally received the coffee machine we unwrapped it to find that it had a European plug on it which is illegal to sell items with this plugged in this country. Having contacted Bosch to find if we could change the plug, they said we could it would not invalidate guarantee as it should have not been sold like that, change plug,cleaned machine as per instructions, did not work, kept showing had no water even though the tank was full,Bosch sent us another cleaning disc as they thought that it was faulty, put new disc in and it still says same thing, can't get hold of imperial price.com, Bocsh cannot help, Tassimo will send a label for us to return it to them for investigation, Amazon cannot find any record of us paying through them dispite confirmation e.mail .

Buying from this company has been the most horrific experience I have ever endured when buying on the net. Which I do a lot of. I placed an order and paid immediately with Paypal for a Delonghi steam iron satation . My old one had just packed up after years and when searching the web for the same make and model of the iron ,Imperialprice.com came up as selling it.
They take your order and your money, and then the excuses and lies begin, if you are able to get hold of them. There are short (joke) delays after delays, after delays on the delivery. All I can think from mine, and others experiences is that they do not have any stock. I checked the status of my order after two weeks, it said it "could not be found", I phoned and was told there was a short delay and I had been advised of this by email, which I had not .Then I received an email stating there was a short delay. When the product had still not arrived and with the status still the same , I inquired again, being told there was yet another short delay. I was finally given a delivery date of between the 6 th - 13 th Aug although this did not show when I checked my order, which was still saying "can not be found". These dates came and went, no change on my order, and no delivery of the iron. When I managed to get to speak to someone , I explained that with a large family and after weeks of not having an iron I was now more than desperate for it. How much longer would I have to wait, as I may have to cancel order and buy one else where. He promised to look into it and get back to me by 12 oclock the next day.,But he did not. As soon as I had not received the call or email I started the process of trying to get hold of them all over again. The telephone number rings , you can be told a representative will be with you, music plays then after anything up to 15 mins later , it says that it is temporarily out of service and cuts off, or you may get to talk to someone, if you are lucky, and you have been trying for best part of the day. On my last call I got a women who said she did not know who the company was , that they were not and had not been in the offices,or anything about my order. I thought I must had dialled incorrectly. Although the routine of call had been the same as every other time and I had been using redial from the call log. She went on to say she had no idea how they were using this telephone number and she had received calls from other customers, to contact the police. I emailed the company saying I did not want the product and requested a full refund, also asking for a full explanation. I am confused by their reply, ( maybe English is not their 1st language) but what I can fathom out. The delay ,is now for the first time due to moving office,and that it would now be with me next week. That I should have called the number on the website, which is their only number! ( that was the number i had called every time?). They are no longer in that office . Also that their telephone number would now be out of service until Monday, but I could still contact them by email .After my email to them, the telephone number on the top of their website was removed? Confused and stressed by all of this, and worried they are selling stock they do not have. I also like others have contacted Trading Standards and Paypal ( both of which have been very helpful ) I have emailed BBC watch dog also.In the hope that this may stop other people having to endure a bad experience when dealing with this company . My mistake was being so elated to have been able to find the make of iron I was looking for, I did not look at the reviews before ordering. Thank god I payed with Paypal, who have given me a full refund.
Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered an electric BBQ grill which their website claimed was "in stock". I was given an estimated delivery of 4 weeks time and it was finally delivered 6 weeks later after I sent a chasing email. When it arrived it had a 2 pin European plug, something that was not flagged on the item description. We tried it with 3 plug adapters but it blew the fuse on each one. When I asked to return the item I was told that the terms and conditions of Imperialprice state that an item having a European plug is not an acceptable reason for a return.
Having contacted Trading Standards, I have learned that it is a criminal offence for a company to sell electrical items in the UK with a European plug. I have written to Imperialprice informing them of this, but have had no response.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IR RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND NEVER SENT PRODUCT. WOULD NOT GIVE ME A REFUND EITHER. I HAVE PROOF ASWEL, SO IF ANYONE WANTS TO SEE THE PROOF THEN I WILL GLADLY SHOW THEM. I PLAN TO GO DOWN THERE NEXT WEEK AS I AM WORKING IN LONDON. WATCH WHAT HAPPEN WHEN I GRAB THE PERSON IN CHARGE. I didn't follow the "if it's too good to be true" rule. After placing an order, the delivery date kept getting pushed back. Although initially, they responded to emails, they have now stopped responding. I have raised a dispute in PayPal and they have yet to respond to that. I have asked them to refund me, and still waiting. Do not use this company.
Won't be ordering from this company again.ordered a skylander from this company on 26th July i still haven't received it so I phoned them this morning to be told I won't get untill 26th August what a joke when I could have place my order on amazon and had it within a couple of days.

Rubbish customer service. Email replies take over 48 hours. Telephone number sometimes does not work, or you are on hold for 20 minutes and still no answer - no matter what time of day you call.
No idea if I will ever get the delivery or lose my money because nobody is talking.
Next time to will buy through another company and have better peace-of-mind.

I placed an order on the 18th of July and was told it would be despatched 19/24 july,nothing turned up.I phoned and e-mailed them and was told they were waiting for stock to arrive and I would receive my order 24/31 July,guess what,nothing.I phoned again on the 2nd of August and was told it had been sent to the courier for next day delivery.I know the courier driver and he told me no delivery are made on saturday.I received tracking text Friday evening and it was not with the courier they told me it was.SHOULD receive it on 5th august.WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN.
I ordered a computer motherboard and it took till day 30 into the order to actually tell me that they did not have the item in stock, after being told there was no delay and promised it would arrive by the end of the week multiple times. The process of requesting the refund was straight forward but very drawn out the refund eventually arriving 5 days late.
Customer services were hit and miss being told one thing by one person and another thing by another. When the contractual time for the refund eventually expired customer services became very helpful if still contradictory, but there was no action from the finance department in contacting me till I had chased them for over a week. I would avoid this company if you are ordering anything specialist, if the item is hard for them to get hold of you may have to chace the company until something gets done.
Use them a lot, only ever had one problem and Imperialprice responded quickly to sort out. Their communications are excellent, choice good and considering they handle so many merchants problems are in my experience quite rare.
Imperialprice really had made the life very easy and relaxing. There's no need of going out and walk in the rushing place to buy things and stuff, electronics etc. There should be some more online department stores like Imperialprice!!!!
I found a very nice BBQ for my garden and cheap on this web site, i ordered immediately and received on time.
I was worried because needed for this week-end to make party whit my friends,
but it does't matter...... now i got it, and i will do feast.

I ordered a Garmin Phone holder on 26th April and received it on 11th June.
I believe that if I hadn't raised a dispute with PayPal that I would still not have the item now.
This seller in my opinion should be removed from pay pal, my reasons being that I had a phone call when I opened this dispute to say that the item is being dispatched straight away and that once I receive a tracking number to close the dispute.
I did receive a tracking number which turned out to be incorrect with a delivery of the following day.
I contacted the company again by email and received a phone call the following day to say that the courier had changed the tracking number and I would receive the item the following day.
Why would they do this?
I believe that if I had cancelled the dispute I would have not received the item and would still be chasing them now.
It has taken a ridiculous amount of time from date of order to date of delivery.

I bought an iPhone5 on the 21st of May.
I` ve been updated every time from the payment till the delivery time. I contacted customer service before to buy my good for ask them if will be delivered on time, because i saw reviews about long delay. They said to me that now everything is improved, so i trusted them and I purchased it.
On the 3th of June i received an email with a tracking number and I received it on 4th of June with a good packaging. From my experience I had just a great first impression and I surely buy from them again.
Before to buy on this website I was doubtful because a lot of reviews are so bad. Anyway I tried to risk. My good was a Mac Book Pro 13.3" model A1278.
I paid on 19 of April and the estimated delivery date was between the 29th April and the 2nd May. Every time I tried to contact them by email or by phone I always had a reply and updating about my purchase. I RECEIVED IT ON THE 27TH OF APRIL.
Now I`m buying some more goods from them and I`m just expecting what I had on the first time:
- very good and helpful customer service
- very good prices
- delivery on time
I’m afraid I’ve got to agree with some reviewers here.
I’ve ordered an item and waited for the suggested delivery dates (5-7 working days from the purchase). The item never arrived and so went on to their website. Contacted them and initially they were courteous, apologised for the delay and promised new later delivery date. Item was not delivered on the second time around either and they stopped replying to my e-mails and that got me worried more. Luckily I paid with PayPal and following dispute I got my money back.
