Reliable Immigration Service, highly recommended.
Imperial Visas provided an excellent service during my Tier 1 General Visa Extension case. The most outstanding feature was their advise to me when I was not even in the UK. Mr. Agron Bicaku, Mr. Ayaz Ali and Mr. Arran Abraham were very responsive and whenever I got stuck or was in doubt about anything they were very forthcoming. Later when I reached London, just 10 days before my appointment date Mr. Bicaku and Mr. Ali gave the application and documents the final touch. The result was a successful visa extension without a question asked at the UK Border Agency.
I would recommend Imperial Visas to all visa applicants and visa related advice seekers, as they handle cases with complete dexterity and professional acumen. In particular, our case worker Mr, Ayaz Ali has a good experience and professional rapport with the UKBA Staff which gives you comfort that your case is in safe hands. In short, my experience with Imperial Visas has been very gratifying and would definitely be my preferable choice for future immigration needs.

Professional and yet personal
We were looking for solicitors to process our Tier 1 extension and came across Imperial Visas. Their overall ratings looked good and we decided to go ahead with their services. From the first call, they have always looked like a well knit unit who know what they are doing.
Once we submitted the letter of acceptance, Vaibhav called within a couple of hours and he just took it away from there. There were instances where I was curious about the paper work and whether I needed to complete any forms. As it turned out, the folks at imperial visas made everything easy for me. Every time I called, Vaibhav was patient to answer any questions, even if it was just assuring me that he had everything in control.
On the day of the appointment is when we met Ali. True to all the feedback about him, he was friendly, polite and explained every step in detail. We liked his demeanour.
At the end of the day we walked out of the embassy with satisfaction
If you are looking for a solictor and are on this website to read the reviews before making a decision, I would reiterate that you need not look further. You are in good hands.

Honest, professional and NOT a rip off!
They oversaw my Tier 1 extension yesterday and they made the whole process very easy for me. There are certain things that I recently found out which would help reach a decision if you are comparing Imperial Visas with other immigration solicitors-
ON THE UPSIDE:
1. Others would try to hook you in and take your money and THEN do what they can do. Imperial on the other hand will be honest with you in the first place and tell you your exact situation. They'll tell you what could be done and if there are "ways" to do certain things. Once you are happy then they'll go ahead with the process.
2. They have people who have good experience in dealing with immigration. When I went to the Home Office with their rep (Ali) he seemed to know people there like the back of his hand. Not to take any undue advantage of his relationship but its just good to know that your application is in safe hands.
3. They are very professional and committed to seeing positive results out of your application.
4. The guy who runs the company, Vaibhav Tanwar, himself sees through the final documents and approves before sending them through to the Home Office. Unlike other agencies in which maybe a manager meets you initially but the rest of the work is done by someone who you don't know how good he/she is.
ON THE DOWN SIDE:
They are not always good at replying to the emails. I asked Vaibhav Tanwar about this and he just said that its better to give them a call and they would help you with your query. Writing emails waste time and they are very busy most of the time. I don't necessarily agree with this bit of customer services but what he said makes complete sense.
Finally, I would strongly recommend anyone who is looking for a genuine evaluation, reflection, suggestions and application on their immigration matters.

Impeccable service and response
I had recently approached Imperial Visa for PBS Dependent extension of my family. Excellent service and excellent staff.
I have only good things to say about Imperial Visas. They always take phone calls during business hours and answer emails promptly. I worked mainly with Vaibhav Tanwar, who is absolutely great. In my experience, the entire staff is nice, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone needing immigration help. If you need to submit a visa application, there is nothing more important than knowing your immigration case is in good hands. My advice is, don't do the application yourself or try a different firm. Professional and efficient

They are Professionals.. Excellent work
I have applied ILR(same day Service) through imperial visa, I would like to mention the only 2 things about their professionalism(apart from documentation work) what I observed, experience.
1) In very short time(10 mins) they got my appointments and also they gave me a different option of date according to my convenience to select(with in the same week).
2) I honestly share my experience with everyone - when I appeared for ILR my appointment was at 2:40 PM and one of my friend( also accompanied with representative from a different agency ) had an appointment on the same day service at 2:00PM. On that day In home office who ever had an appointment after 12:30PM. They have been informed to give Biometric but they were told that they can't make decision on the same day so they told to leave the document & informed everyone to collect by next day with decision (My friend was also told the same who had an appointment before me as i was watching this with most other people(most of them were accompanied with representative from a different agency ).I was totally disappointed by hearing this because i spent lots of money to make decision on the same day where in i did not want to wait for one more day. But Imperial visa guy(Ali) told me your decision will be made by today don't worry "I was thinking whether he is crazy as they informed everyone to come next day for decision but was wondering why this guy is telling otherwise". Later on that day my representative made me watch in awe as i saw him have strong discussions with home office officers saying 'that we can't make my client wait until tomorrow as my client had paid for the same decision' finally after long argument with the officer , the officer agreed that they will make a decision by that day itself. 'It took me and my friend by real surprise :) In the end I got my ILR in 1:30 hrs.
To be honest it really made my day
Really impressed with their work when i was watching with others that day,they did their job very boldly by keeping up their words

Great Service!
We had a great experience with Imperial Visas. We had applied for Tier I Visa General Extension (for me and my wife) and I can honestly say that it was an absolutely painless process. Thanks to the great work by our case manager Agron - we were provided with exact information on what is required and any help on our numerous queries. We had used the same-day service and were accompanied FULL TIME by Ali inside the home office center. We literally gave our finger prints and just sat there while Ali did all the work and also explained to us clearly each step of the process that day.
Even though we got our visas approved due to some reason our BioMetric Cards did not arrive in time - but again it is all credit to to the professionalism of Ali and his team that they followed up with the Home Office and got the cards delivered. So we are really impressed with the service we got from Imperial Visas both before , during the appointment day and after the approval. All in all a pleasant experience - so I can recommend them strongly to everyone looking for a reliable service provider.

Excellent and Very Professional

Dedicated and good knowledge of immigration law

Excellent Service - Truly Imperial
We came across Imperial Visas when we had given up on the UKBA website to try booking an appointment after staying up until midnight for almost a month. We guessed going through a solicitor might actually help us getting an appointment and luckily for us - Imperial Visas had the perfect appointment (main applicant + 3 dependants) and at the perfect time, for us (2 weeks before our visa expiry). Our business with Imperial Visas was great, particularly with Ayaz Ali. Our main person for document checking and form filling wa Agron. Agron was pretty prompt, informative and thorough with all the emails and on the day of the appointment Ali was absolutely fantastic. He was very proactive and explained the whole process to us in detail at every step. He is very experienced plus polite and knows the process inside out. We didn't have to fill a single form - just sign them. Inspite of their office being based in Croydon and we from St. Johns Wood (we didn't have to visit the office even once before our actual appointment - everything was done over email). Our visa was approved on the spot and the whole process was stress free other than UKBA who make you wait for ages even if you're with an infant. We were there for 4.5 hours with 2 small kids but this has nothing to do with Imperial - Ayaz was patient enough to be with us for the entire time. We highly recommend Imperial Visas and in particular Ali, so if you can, request him when you go for your appointment. Many thanks Ali!!!

A professional service delivered in a kind, considerate and friendly manner
My dealings with Imperial Visas and in particular Mr Agron Bicaku have been conducted in a very professional ,but compassionate manner. Any person starting off on any 'immigration trail' needs a friend to talk to, when the process seems to have 'stopped in its tracks'.
I consider the fee I paid to be well worth the cost, as I have spoken with a few other sponsors who have attempted the visa application process themselves, but have fallen on 'stony ground'.

Imperial visas provided excellent service with my Tier 1 visa extension. I dealt with Agron and Ali during my visa extension. Agron shown great knowledge procedures, was very friendly and competent. They kept all their promises and at a very fair price
I was very nervous about applying for Indefinite Leave to Remain as my original entry into the UK was delayed by a month and I had lot lot of travel ( for work) out of the country. I also needed my passport back immediately.
Ali, whom I spoke to first and accompanied me on the day was very helpful, knowledgeable and calm. Because he spends a lot of time at the offices of the Border Agency, he knew how everything works (and everyone it seemed), all the short cuts and was the first to congratulate me! I felt like I had a friend in this very scary world of residence applications.
Tanwar, who was my senior case worker gave me all kinds of tips on how to make sure that I comply to the rules, gave me all the advice and templates I needed as well as the re-assurance when that was needed. They organised the appointment on a day suitable to me and kept all their promises. I highly recommend them

My application got processed without any queries from Home office case worker.. Credit goes to Mr.Agron Bicaku who verified all my documents before submitting the application. I called up imperial visa in the last minute (end of November) when I did not had any hopes of getting appointment before my expiry date which was in December. They got my family appointment booked for ILR within 2 weeks, they accompanied to UKBA office did all formalities and ILR was processed without any queries. I would definitely recommend Imperial Visas to anyone to any immigration matter..

FANTASTIC..........
I had an excellent experience with Imperial visas. I tried to get an appointment for premium service through UKBA online and several solicitors but finally found imperial visas who are friendly, straightforward and professionals. They assisted my family with our daughter who is over 18 years through the ILR, was able to get the approval in 30 minutes and it was Fantastic. Imperial visas is simply excellent
Imperial Visa is superb. They are knowledgeable about what they are doing and they put you right. They are excellent and they don't deceive people. Mr Vaibhav and Ali are friendly and straightforward. They assisted my family through the ILR. Most people do not have the clue on how to fill the form for my daughter that is above 18yrs. Imperial Visas packaged the document with good covering letter and we were all given the ILR. Am very happy and I thank every staff of the imperial visa.
