Great delivery and product but seal was missing when opened.
Great quality and fitted well only problem was the seal was missing for the part that screws from the top through the tray so it was a good job I could use my existing seal.

VERY UNDERSTANDING
I Ordered a set of mobility shower doors and items for a customer, but unfortunately my customer cancelled due to ill health,they were take to a care home, Independent 4life refunded me immediately with no fuss, I will be using them again in the future.

Wide choice of goods, fast efficient service
I had previously found it difficult to find a particular type of kitchen baskets on runners as the space I had was quite small. However, Independent4life had a good selection of baskets and runners and I was able to find exactly what I needed. They were delivered in a couple of days, with no fuss, just what I like.

A firm that can get a parcel to me in 24hours ? yes you did it,without a promise too
The bath belt failed and it is stuck across the bath which means I can not shower either. The provider said it was the battery you sent me another immediately, not knowing it was an emergency, unfortunately it is not the Battery as it is still not working but that is not your fault. Thankyou so much for your prompt attention.

On Friday we arranged for new product to be dispatched, as City Link had lost your parcel. At our cost for a Saturday delivery. Unfortunately for reasons beyond our control City Link failed to deliver on Saturday as you reported by you to us at 5.30PM, again outside the our opening hours / suppliers and City Link.
The parcel was delivered parcel to you on the Monday.
As per your original instructions you were contacted on the Phone Number you provided so you could be at your property to take delivery.

A company that goes the extra mile !
I needed a Gerberit toilet part in a hurry. They managed to source it and to avoid delays, collected it in person and then sent it out for next day delivery, which arrived on time. The part itself was only £50, yet I still received such excellent service.
Fantastic, good old fashioned service, 10/10.

Very impressed by the professionalism of this Company
In the world of buying products for disabled people this is one of the best Companies I have dealt with. All of my questions were answered promptly if a return call was required Nick and his team always returned the call. The product was priced very competitivley many other Suppliers were £100's of pounds more expensive. The product arrived in good condition a day later than expected but we did receive a phone call to advise of this. I would be very happy to deal with this Company again. In the world of disabled products one should not be exploited.

Friendly guys, good service
I had some trouble with my credit card on line so rang the company the next day and had a nice chat with the guy there (sorry, can't remember his name right at this point) to fix it.
Friendly guy who actually speaks to you like you're a person and not just trying to get you off the phone so he can take the next call. Ordered my stuff and it arrived exactly on time (and well packaged). The delivery guy was friendly too so all in all a good experience. I would definitely recommend them.

Great product, great value and super fast delivery.
This was the first time I had used independent4life which I found by accident on an internet trawl for a sealant suitable for use on natural stone. I was surprised that they were offering a high quality product at a very reasonable price that included the postage and packing costs. The product arrived within 2 days by recorded delivery and was well packed. The product performed perfectly and I am very happy.
The only problem I had was that at the end of the payment process it came back to the same screen rather than going to a "Transaction complete" screen and so I was uncertain as to whether the process had completed. I didn't want to press the button again in case I ordered twice and so Ihad to wait until the confirmation email to ensure that everything had gone through.
