Very good

Amazing customer service! I have bought 5 shirts from Indochino so far. I've had a remake done without hesitation. Look at their quarantees and see that you will end up happy no matter what!

A good idea would be to buy the sample pack before you buy shirts/suits, so you can see the colors of the fabric before you buy.

Quality is decent, shipping is generally fast. And they pay for import taxes, which is the best! (Well, they used to do....)

Just Horrible

Poor quality fabrics and workmanship ..... very poor customer service ..... borderline questionable marketing practices advertising as custome and bespoke and made to measure
