The way it should be.
I live close to both of Insure Golf's pro shops and I really gain the benefit of what they offer. Not only do I have the opportunity to get my hands on the latest gear and bug the pro's (who are always more than willing to help) about the newest equipment, I also take advantage by having lessons with Lee regularly. Thanks to not only his wealth of knowledge about the game of Golf but of my game aswell He was able to arrange and fit me for a new Ping G20 Driver and Fairway Wood and an i20 Hybrid club. Awesome. And they were cheaper than anywhere else. (I checked online.) I definitely think the future of Golf is customisation and a service that is based on what we (the customer) want and more importantly need. That's why these guys have got it right and their 'Ask the Pro' feature is second to none. Go Insure Golf or go home.

Excellent service both on the phone and online.
I bought a Ping G20 driver from Insure firstly because it was the best price I could find anywhere on the web. Then, just to check I was buying the right driver for me and with the right specifications, I phoned them. The service and advice I got was first rate and very friendly. Can't fault them, would certainly use them again.

Very impressed.....great customer services, great product and great delivery!
From the start of the phone call, I knew that I was going to receive a good service from InsureGolf. The sales person had to check a query for me and promised to call me back within 10 minutes (where have you heard that before....), amazingly they did!
The order was placed and the item was received within three working days.

These guys are top notch
I tried to find the Ping bag i was looking for all over the internet, with no success. I then dropped an Email to Lee at Insure Golf. Lee, to my surprise managed to source the bag in question, and personally telephoned me at 6.30 on a Saturday evening to complete the purchase. Hows that for service with the personal touch? The bag was sent out on the following Monday, and arrived in the Scottish Highlands 2 days later.
I will most definitely be using Insure Golf again.

Fantastic service!
My husband had been mentioning that he wanted a new putter and as it was his birthday, I took the hint! After reading lots of reviews and doing lots of price comparisons I came across InsureGolf. The advisor was really helpful - especially as I know very little about golf. I ordered at 3pm and the Ping putter arrived the next day - couldn't ask for more really and would definately recommend/use again!

Excellent customer service
Even though the product i ordered was not available, they rang me the very next day to offer an alternative. Then they upgraded the delivery at no extra cost. Unfortunately the alternative was not suitable and on return they gave me a full refund straight away.
