The people on the phone were great and everything went to plan with the timings. What really frustrated me was when I came to unpack my belongings and found enough tissue paper to sink a ship. Every box had a wedge of tissue paper on the bottom even if there was no reason for it. A box full of clothes had tissue paper in the bottom and top. They wrapped cables, shoes, toy boxes. It was wasteful and simply done to make more money in shipping. I would make sure you watch them pack your belongings
The Irish end was handled superbly and the removal lads couldn't have been more helpful. We only shipped half a container so it took a little longer to reach Brisbane than we thought but no longer than we were advised. Wridgways in Btisbane were superb. Our account handler Ursula was super efficient and helpful. They also have helped us with moving goods to Cairns for a very reasonable cost. They handled all interaction with customs and we were not required to travel to Brisbane which we had expected to do.
During my request to 6 companies I had the results as below mentioned:
1. The most reliable company is GOSSELIN MOVING NV, because they response immediatelly, they also fix an appointment for pre-servey and they send their offer by e-mail on time.
2. Reliable company is also PUTTERS INTERNATIONL, because they response immediatelly, they also fix an appointment for pre-servey but they NEVER sent their offer even a negative answer so they delay my procedures.
3. The company Pearson Home Moving response after 2 days, but they refused to do a pre-servey requisting me to estimate the volume of my removal.
4. The companies:
a. Fast Forward Freight Belgium
b. Servaes Services
c. Compas International Movers
Didn't response to my request.
I was contacted by phone after my quote was emailed to me and the quote was explained to me and my specific needs were discussed. I appreciated the quick response and the follow-up call. As I asked to be sent the quote by email, I was not expecting a phone call, however, I now think it was important that I was contacted personally to discuss things. Of the 5 companies I contacted for a quote, only 2 called me to follow-up on their quotes. I would naturally choose these 2 companies to deal with over the other 3 even if the price was a little higher.
After a couple of hours the first moving company called me about my move from the Netherlands to Spain. Within two weeks I had an appointment with 3 moving companies who came over to my house to complete their quote. I think this service really saved me money on my move.
Should I recommend you? Hell no. I would rather go and have surgery. In a time that is stressful you dropped the ball. Customer service sucks in your place. No call back after MANY messages.
You should ship my two boxes for free. Oh. wait. Of course. My shipment is not big enough to bother.
Now, do I win the ipad?
Everytime I emailed, I either waited 5+ days for a response or never received one. In fact, Im on the latter now and its been over a week. Im astounded that I can reply to an email within minutes of receiving in order to get more information straight away but no one can return the same service or respect to me.
I understand I am not the only customer looking for quotes etc but I do feel I deserve more respect than what I received. In any case, most companies should do a follow up within 24-48hours. Im disappointed to say the least.
We had used the Intlmovers.com portal to find a suitable relocation company for our move from Bangalore, India to Zug, Switzerland. The response was excellent and most of the companies listed on the list thorugh Intlmovers.com contacted us.

I was hoping to get a full scope of quotes from different movers but have only been contacted by one mover through e-mail - the mode of communication I specified in my request. They may have tried calling me but I travel so frequently, the call may not always have gone through.
Intlmovers.com is a very usefull site. I just had to fill in a few boxes and then submit. I was amazed how quick it was really.
I got replies the very next day from all companies involved.
I highly reccommend this site to anyone moving anywhere, nationally or internationally.
the form was very easy to fill in and had no problems with this part of the process i recieved an email to say that the request had been reffered to your clients but so far i have not had an email from any of them

We prompt got a phone call from Gossilin and Putters to arrange a meeting at our residence, as well as an e-mail from Ziegler with a estimated quotation from the information we mailed and a promise of Ziegler to come and meet us when we have a departure date.
I received exactly the information I required in a timely fashion. I received a large number of quotes, all of which were delivered in a clear, concise, professional and friendly manner. I thought organising this move would be a real hassle but now I can see that it will be easy. Thank you.
We haven't required a removal company in 37 yrs. We have never shifted out of NZ. Where do I start ? One email provided a selection of comparative quotes and extremely helpful phone conversations. 4 days on and I'm feeling so much more confident in making a plan for the "Where-to-from-here"? question.
You advertise that you are 70% cheaper. But it is wrong. You show only dreams. You all aremost expensive.
Am in the midst of talking to movers, making decisions and being "wooed" by the movers that have contacted me, as they compete for my business. It is a wonderful concept to have them contact me, I am very impressed thus far.
Please provide me with an estimated quote from the initial consultation last week.
I like the idea of being able to contact multiple companies at once. Six companies were sent my information and three contacted me. It made getting quotes easier.
Although I listed everything that needed to be moved, two of the companies still wanted to come and see the items for themselves. I don't think that listing these items on the original request was useful. It may have been better to just give a checklist of a few common items so companies had an idea of the size of the move considering they would be coming to give a face to face quote.
Well I'm not computer friendly at all and I was too scared of pushing the wrong button and doing something terribly wrong, but I was amazed by how easy and efficient it was, I got one reply the very next day, then I received two calls on my mobile, then a call to my home. I only submitted three requests for quotes and all three had responded within two days. My family and I are nervous about the move to Perth and thought it would be foolish taking some of our belongings with us because of the cost, but now we feel hopeful that it's doable and affordable thanks to the replies we've had. I still have a lot to sort out but I don't feel overwhelmed about this part of things like I did before. We have a person coming over on the 9th of May to help us sort things out so I look forward to that. I'll continue to correspond with the different companies as our list of things is growing, but I'm really thankful for this service, I feel like we'll be able to manage now. Thank you!!!!
