Great service and good value

I imagined getting my phone fixed would cost a fortune, but got a good price and fantastic service from Get It Repaired. They kept in touch as promised by email and dealt with any additional queries I had. Definitely one to recommend and I would use again, although I hope I don't have to!

Excellent fast service and good communication

I had got my iPhone wet and followed friends advice to put it in rice? It was nearly a week with no luck that I sent it to "get it repaired" luckily they could fix it saving me hundreds of pounds on a replacement, thanks a lot :)

Just Outstanding Service!

My daughter was devastated when she dropped her HTC One x shattering the screen. Amazingly it still worked but obviously wasn’t going to last long. I found Get It Repaired online and with a certain amount of trepidation sent off her phone. It arrived back 2 days later! Fantastic service! I will recommend Get It Repaired to anyone damaging their phones.

My Nexus 7 had a broken screen; they repaired it and returned it to me exactly when they said they would. The price was reasonable and I can highly recommend them to anyone with a problem of this nature.

Perfect service! Was abit wary of sending my phone off at first! Sent a couple of emails in which I had super quick replys! Sent phone off on a Tuesday and got it back before 1pm on Thursday! Incredible job on repair I couldn't be more pleased!

profesionalism, turnaround time, cost etc all good, but unfortunately the screen replacement on my iPhone 4 has not turned out too well. The display now has a blue ting, and looks washed out. This is particularly apparant at an angle, but is present even completely face on. This was immediately obvious, and is quite clear when compared side-by-side with the replacement iPhone 4 I also have.

GIR contacted me directly about this, and I have to say the Customer Service was faultless, and we have now sorted it out. I have updated to 5 stars now as I am really pleased with the personal attention I got.

This issue has been resolved directly with the customer.

The problem was found to be from a bad batch of screens from our supplier. Steps have now been put in place to ensure this will not happen again.

I chose this company based on the reviews. I posted an iphone off monday morning to replace a cracked screen, and received it back wednesday lunch time. I got an email at every stage of the repair, from phone being received through repair, testing and dispatch. The phone is good as new. Could not ask for more. Perfect, well done Get It Repaired Ltd. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Faultless service !!
I read all reviews before sending off my phone, too good to be true I thought, but not so. The same day they received my phone I had an e mail update with fault explained, closely followed by a phone call with the cheapest quote I had had. Repair done that day and phone dispatched all backed up with e mails, 4 days from posting to receiving back, brilliant !. Don't hesitate an excellent company.

Absolutely superb, fast and trustworthy service

We sent my daughters Iphone 3GS in as none of the external buttons / headphone socket worked. We were in the hands of the honesty of Get it Repaired, they could have said it was anything. Within one day we had a reply back to say it was just a cable loose inside and there would be no charge other than the minimum diagnostic charge. Fantastic !!!!!

Quick and better then I expected

Item was sent off and immediately sent back after repair within the space of a couple of days . Even sent back in more packaging then I expected couldn't believe it awesome service !

Fantastic friendly service

When I phoned the company the guy who answered the phone was very helpful and friendly, explained the process and what the costs covered. When I sent my phone off to them for repair I got an email at every stage updating me with what was going on. I received my phone completely fixed within 24 hours of the company receiving it. Very happy bunny! Beautiful job!

I sent my iphone on monday. It arrived Tuesday and was repaired the same day and put back in the post. Emails from the company updated me. I got it back on Wednesday. Brilliant service - oh and the repair was done properly!!

I was a bit dubious at sending my iPhone off in the post for repair, but these reviews seemed ok so I thought I'd be fine, and I was absolutely delighted at the result. I sent my phone off in the post on Monday morning, and it was back on my desk at 8am on the Wednesday. The smashed screen had been replaced as I requested, and the rest of the phone had also been cleaned, and was looking like a brand new phone again. I've recommended these guys to everyone I know. A brilliant service and a great job done very quickly.

iPod touch had busted power button from a bad repair somewhere else. Sent off Wednesday afternoon they received Thursday, contacted me to confirm what the fault was and if I wanted it fixed, paid and they fixed and sent back and had it back by Friday morning fully fixed. Really happy and was a really good price as well.

An iPod touch needed a new headphone jack and was posted to them on Thursday. It was returned, in full working order, on Saturday. Each stage of the repair process was advised by email and, from the descriptions given, I'm confident that work was carried out thoroughly.

Super Speedy service!!

My Iphone decided to go for a dip in the sink. Screen, battery, microphone and home button were damaged as a result. After browsing various sites wondering were to send it for repair, i came across the blogs on this site, which were very informative on the processes they used for repairing water damaged iphones. I decided to send it to them on Monday, and i received the phone back Wednesday lunch time on a special delivery service by Royal Mail! IPhone works perfectly now and i even received a 'multiple job discount' on the overall price. I have recommended this company to everyone!!!!

Phone Looks as good as New

I sent my iPhone 4 off for repair after it got run over by a car. It was a mess with a smashed front and back screen and would not turn on. To be honest I thought it would not be repairable but after sending it off to these guys within 2 days I had it back in my had looking like brand new. To say I was over the moon would be an understatement. Excellent company with excellent service. Well done!
