I posted my iPhone on Thursday, mid-day Friday I received email notification that my iPhone had been repaired according to my instructions and was on it's way back. Saturday morning my repaired iPhone arrived in the post - safely (and anonymously) packaged. Excellent service - and equally excellent value for money. Many Thanks - G.S.
Very impressed - my phone was returned within 72 hours, securely padded and packaged, and repaired. I couldn't find a better value-for-money repair service anywhere locally or online, despite plenty of searching.
I was unsure about using this company as I seen a few bad reviews but a friend had recommended them to me so decided to make an order. I called the company to check about how to send my ipod to them and was given full details about sending my order number and pin code with the ipod. I had an email to say they had received my ipod and 2 days later I had a quote for repair. I paid for the repairs and got it back on the Saturday. Great service and great communication. will recommend to friends.
I sent my Iphone 4 in for repair as during my holiday I dived into the swimming pool with the device in my pocket. Stupid thing to do I know. After trying to dry it out with rice etc etc it would not work. This upset me because I had not backed it up since my Mothers funeral a few weeks previously and so there were photos and videos which I desparately wanted to recover. What to do? Well I researched and came across Free Fusion. What a great company. All through the process they have been absolutely brilliant in every respect. I cannot praise them highly enough as low and behold my phone has today been returned with all the data, photos and video intact. The service has been just fantastic. As I said you are truly repair Gods. Thank you so much!
My iPhone 4S have common problem with grayed out wifi, chip needs replacement. I've phoned before sending for repair to check if they do this kind of repair, I was told *YES* they do, just pick or wifi antena replacement or diagnostic on their website. So I did pick diagnostic. "Specialist" said they don't replace chip but can change my battery... There is nothing wrong with battery it is being drained by faulty chip mr "specialist"! Now to get my phone back I need to pay 10£? For what? For them saying they can fix it and wasting my time and money? Of course now I heard they never said they would fix wifi chip...
Needed to get a new screen, saw this company online and read the reviews. Decided to go for a colour change as well, glad I did, it looks brilliant now. Great communications from the team and very fast turnaround. Highly recommended.
I am so impressed with the quality of quick service, excellent customer updates and communication and quality repair. I was worried about the cost of fixing my iphone and was surprised at how cost effective (£26 for replacing a shattered glass face) and how rapid the service was (5 days in total) The excellent email communication when my phone was received, then fixed and then dispatched gave a real feeling of professional service. Highly recommend this company to all in serahc of professional, quick affordable iphone repairs.
Took my iphone 5 into there shop as its not to far from me. They replaced broken screen and rehoused it in a new blue back case. The phone works and looks like new again, My son was so pleased with it im glad I had it repaired.
My problem is so similar to Graham's below that I copied his words and changed them only slightly. Clearly these are repeat offenders.
I sent my Ipod to them because it wouldn't charge up or turn on. I was informed that the problem was with the battery and on/off switch. I received the ipod back after and it worked for about 30 mins but then the same fault occurred. I attempted to charge it overnight, but it would not charge up. In other words after around £50 of expenditure, the ipod was exactly as I had sent it to them!. I emailed a ton of times and got no response. I rang, and a lady (probably [name] from previous reviews) asked me to send it back for repair under guarantee. After about 3 days I got am email saying the ipod was unrepariable and was being sent back. It arrived a couple of days later and had not been repaired. Naturally I want my money back for a repair that didn't work. I have sent another 4 mails to date and have no response and I am about to call and engage with trading standards if I don't get a suitabel answer. I am writing this as they are obviously a very bad company to deal with, and clearly do not care about customer service or even the quality of their work. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid them at all costs.
I have now used iPhone Specialist twice for the same iPod Touch which had the front touch screen smashed on a tiled floor. They are so easy and straight-forward to deal with. The website is really easy to use, you get an immediate response and the turn-around for the iPod repair (both times) was about 3-4 days which is excellent. I would definitely use their service again (hope i don't have to!) and whole-heartedly recommend them.
Sent in iPhone 4 with smashed front screen on Tuesday afternoon. By wednesday lunchtime i had a confirmation receipt from Iphonespecialist and a few hours later an email saying it was fixed and on its way back. It arrived the next morning, so less than 48 hours from me sending it. Absolutely 5-Star service, value for money and communications from Iphonespecialist - would defintiely use again
I was distraught after dropping my iphione in water, I did the good old leaving it in rice and nothing. I found iphone specialists online and was dubious about sending off my phone. I emailed first and someone replied within an hour. They were very efficient, explained everything fully and the service was faultless. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.
DO NOT PAY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY. DO NOT SEND YOUR DEVICE TO THIS COMPANY. My daughter dropped her much cherished ipod (7th generation) and smashed the screen. After checking that it was still working (and therefore, worth repairing) I sent it to iphonespecialist for a replacement screen. I got no acknowledgement that they had received the ipod so I chased the repair after a week… and again after 2 weeks… and finally got the ipod back after 3 weeks. When I attempted to use the ‘repaired’ ipod the replacement touch screen did not work. It fast-forwarded through songs and chose menu options of its own volition without anyone touching the screen. It was not possible to choose other menu options. It was completely un-usable and my daughter was in tears. The ipod also looked distinctly worse for wear with dents in it that were not there previously. WHY WAS AN IPOD THAT CLEARLY DID NOT WORK RETURNED TO ME IN THIS STATE? It suggests that they made no attempt to test it prior to returning it to me. I restored the ipod software from itunes and re-synchronised the content back onto it just in case this would solve the problem. It did not. Clearly the problem was with the hardware. Therefore, I returned it under warranty to iphonespecialist with a description of the fault. Their response was to try and charge me £10 to restore the software. I told them that I had already done this myself and that it had made no difference. At this point they said that they would restore the software for free and get back to me. They did not. After two to three weeks with no update from them I emailed to check on progress. They said they would check with their engineers and get back to me. They did not. After a further 2 weeks I emailed again. They re-iterated that they would need to do a restore and that it would cost me £10. Why? I had already done this and it had made no difference. They said I had not done a full restore as there was still music on the ipod. This was because I had re-synchronised the musical content of the ipod AFTER restoring the software. How was I to supposed to test the ipod if it had no music on it? It was at this point that I started to realise that this company had very little knowledge of their supposed subject-matter! I asked them to return the ipod as I no longer had any confidence that they would honour their warranty agreement. A week later the ipod had not been returned so I rang them. I was told that unless I paid £10 for them to restore the software they would be unable to investigate the problem with the replacement screen. I re-iterated that I wanted the ipod returned. An hour later I received an email saying they couldn’t find any problem with the replacement screen. That’s strange! An hour before they were saying that they wouldn’t be able to check out the screen unless I paid £10 for them to restore the software! They said that the problem was with the software and was, therefore, non-warranty and I would need to pay £9.95 if I wanted the ipod returned. ARE THEY KIDDING? The last thing I did before returning the ipod to them was to restore the software from itunes. Are they seriously suggesting that there is a fault with the software on itunes? I informed them that I had no intention of paying them any money, that I wanted my ipod returned and a refund of the £37.99 I paid for their bodged replacement of a screen which was now un-usable. It seems to me that this company: • is totally un-professional with non-existent customer service • has a poor knowledge of their subject-matter • has no post-repair testing regimes • offers worthless warranty • is only interested in taking money off customers This company has a professional-looking website and seems to put a lot of effort into replying to the myriad of appalling reviews their company has received on this website. If only they put as much effort into conducting proper repairs, testing the devices before sending them back out to the customer and rectifying their own dreadful handiwork! My daughter has now been without her much-loved ipod for 3 months whilst this company hold it to ransom. What an appalling experience!
Over the moon with service recommended by a friend for iPod screen replacement went in the post sat night so wouldn't have left until Monday we received it back Thursday . Received email comma confirming receipt and despatch couldn't really ask for more and the price was quite reasonable.
I sent my Iphone to them because it wouldn't charge up. I was informed that the problem was with the charging port that needed replacing. There was a huge delay becasue they said the PIN number would not work ( but it did) . I asked them to replace the battery as the phone was over 3 years old. Then more delay. Eventually I received the phone back after about 3 weeks and noticed it was about half charged up. It worked ok until that evening, by which time the battery was flat. I attempted to charge it overnight, but it would not charge up. In other words, after 3 weeks and £47 of expenditure, the phone was exactly as I had sent it to them! I was quite cross because it was obvious that they had not tested the phone before returning it to me to ensure that it would charge. I rang, and [name] asked me to send it back for repair under guarantee. There was no acknowledgement of receipt so after 3 days I rang and spoke to [name], who said it was being diagnosed and that she would let me know what was wrong. After 3 more working days I had heard nothing so I rang and [name] told me that there was a software fault which would be £20 more to fix.! I am not paying them any more money and have asked them, in an email to the manager ( as yet unanswered), to either fix the phone or refund the money for the charging port and return it to me so I can get someone competent to fix it.
I am writing this as they are obviously a very bad company to deal with, and clearly do not care about customer service or even the quality of their work. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid them at all costs.
I live in Corby and took my iPhone (that I'd dropped in the toilet) into the store. Within a day, they did the water damage treatment for my phone and it was working as good as new. I can't believe for £9.99 I had a phone worth a lot of money that wasn't working at all and is now working perfectly. Friendly staff and the turn around is so quick. I've told friends about it who have used the company now too and have had the same quick turn around. One friend getting a new screen in PINK, all done in an hour! I'll definitely be using them again! Thank you for saving my phone!
Wish I had taken phone locally for repair now. This company have had my phone for 24 days and still no sign of it. Originally they said it was never received, but when I could produce the date time and signature of the receipient, it was found and logged onto their systems. Since then nothing. I WANT MY PHONE BACK!!!!!!! I am now looking into contacting trading standards and anybody else that will listen. This company should be stopped. I only checked reviews on their website before sending my phone off, and can only think that they made them up themselves. Wish I had checked this one first.
and they still owe me £175 refund for unrepaired phone despite being promised i would not be charged. After telling me 3 times that my phone was repaired and they were sending it back to me a week later i was told the phone was " beyond economic repiar" but they never processed a refund and guess what no response to emails since queriyng this, A nightmare from start to finish to be honest im surprised they even sent the phone back
