I didn't choose this company. I bought a couple of items off ebay and the buyer used this cheap courier.
The driver thought it was acceptable to leave my delivery on my industrial unit doorstep. Please note this is a unit without a front yard or anyway to hide the item. The parcel must of been in plain view of everyone passing by.
I didn't even know I'd had a delivery until I complained to the ebay seller a week later! That was when they provided me with the tracking number and "parcel left in secure location (DOORSTEP OF UNIT). They must have a different idea of a safe location in their staff handbook if they have such a thing.
I took this matter up with ebay, well the buyer did when I was requesting a replacement but ebay ruled in the buyers favour because they had tracking information. *note left on doorstep must be acceptable to ebay*
ipostparcels claimed they sent me an email with a delivery slot. I recieved no such email. If I had, I could of ensured my business partner was available if I wasn't to take the delivery. I also have good relations with local business'. So my parcel could of been left there as many items have been over the past couple of years.
I'm going to pursue this with ipostparcels but I'm not going to hold my breath. They're a shocking cowboy outfit with shoddy standards and no customer service.
I used this company to send a parcel for next day delivery. Midday came around and my parcel was collected - all well and good up to now. Next day (being today) I check the tracking statues by logging into ipostparcels.com I am informed that my parcel is delayed! I then decide to ring up (from a number I managed to get on the uk mail website (which is part of ipostparcels.com) I didn't get an apology when I rang up, instead I am told due to heavy traffic in Exeter it won't be delivered today, instead it will be delivered tomorrow! I then proceed to fill out a claim form as I am certainly due some form of compensation for this. I am then messaged back and given compensation.
The compensation being 90 pence!
What a joke. I will never use this company to send parcels again. I prey the parcel I sent gets delivered tomorrow.
We ordered something for next day delivery. It wasnt collected and no one contacted us to let us know. Three days later I am still waiting, and keep getting emails about the collection address which is correct and on google maps?
Theres no one to speak to, so I have to wait 2 - 3 hours to receive an email, which doesn't even help. Unhappy!
My parcel was delivered to 2 nether court instead of 3 nether place signed for by next door neighbour named Mckenzie and given to a miss laura douglas next door. My partner works for Royal Mail and delivers in this area that is how he worked out who the Mckenzie was . He went to this door to find out wether it had been delivered there at 4.20pm Thursday she informed him that daughter had signed it and told her it was for next door, it took him 20 visits and had to go to the young lady's mother to eventually get it back late sun 6/4/14 this is beyond a joke quite clearly your driver is incompetent, I reported this to the company and he told me he won't be using you again. Ps even a satellite navigation system would not of taken your driver to the address he delivered my parcel to!
Heed to this!!!! And DO NOT use this f*c*ng service.
A monitor I have had for over 2 years. Perfectly maintained, dicontinued. BenQ super slick, thin monitor, massive screen. Could you believe I sent it using thier next day delivery service. Not only were they late 2 - 3 times to pick the package up. This monitor of mine came back damaged.
I regret i used the standard insurance, with a couple more extra pounds, I could have insured the whole damn thing. I didn't. Now I'm kicking myself. Figured it would be a very nice service. IF only I did some research first.
When I received the box and noticed the handle is broken, I panicked and to my worst fear, the monitor was indeed damaged. Try to get it fixed, got told I might aswell get a new one. But this monitor has been discontinued.
If you have to use this service to mail expensive, fragile goods. Insure it to the full amount of your item I urge you or don't use the service at all!!!!!
You have been warned!
I'll attach pics but on a different computer. Will give zero stars if I could...heck negative!
Don't use this company, on first time of using them still waiting for parcel to be delivered weeks after sending it, no communication from them. Eventually an email asking for phone number of recipient (which I had supplied them with at time of order) No email address to reply to, then had to spend ages trying to email them via their website which wasn't working properly, what a waste of time
Companies who treat their customer this badly shouldn't be allowed to be in business AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, Never Again!
bought 2 phones online, which this company delivered. the delivery man ask me to sign keeping the box on him (nicely arranged), as soon as he gave me the box i could see it wasn't right but i can't explain you how fast he was to get back in the van and drive of. the box was damaged, first delivery label was damaged with the box, so they just printed a new one and put it on the least damaged side of it. and that's how i got "tricked". now, the phones inside were broken, phone was folding under the screen, imagine holding your phone upright, and smashing it with a brick, but with a very very strong glass screen, it was just weird.
WE send over 100 parcels per week and have to say that after giving ipostparcels ukmail a go we will never do this again, we had an issue with a delivery and we have been trying to contact them 5 days now, they keep emailing saying a note has been left on the account but when you sign in it doesnt let you see the note and no way of replying to it unless you go through the whole process with new case number, we have been calling them from our office for 6 hrs solid ring time in 4 days and no answer. We can provide proof from our logs. All in all, If you have an issue you will then and only then know how awful this service is, Nor do they tell you who the carrier is on overseas shipments, Truly the worst service ever, Phone still ringing off as we write this, currently been on the line for 48 mins,,,,, so make that 7 hrs ring time after this attempt...STAY AWAY SMALL BUSINESS, THEY WILL LET YOU DOWN.
Parcel was not left at my house, number 35, but in alleyway between 33 & 37, who work away during the day, i work from home and usually in all day, it was only luck that i had to go to corner shop and saw parcel otherwise it may have well dissapeared before 33 & 37 came home. We never leave any items in alleyway as they have been known to go missing on occasion, I.E. theft. Other delivery people come to my door, i even take parcels for 33 & 37, why your delivery person just dumped it in alleyway i have no idea. Dave.
