Fantastic range of products at amazing value
Despite a hiccup on delivery times (our mis-understanding) Specialist Instruments Services handled our order quickly. Product just what we needed and at an excellent price. Shame about the choice in courier who let down an otherwise five star purchase.

I believe this is a bit previous I have not received the item I orders. I was advised mite was delayed by2 days, I week later I Still have not received it.

I'm sorry you have had a less than satisfactory experience with our company. The fuses you ordered were late delivered by our supplier.
We should have notified you of this extended delivery and for this we are sorry. They came into stock today which is the 13th May. You order has been dispatched on a next day service. They should be with you tomorrow.

I wish I could rate this product but not having received the items it hard!! I would say that I am very disappointed that I was promised twice it was in the post only to find out a week later it in fact hadn't even been posted ..... very poor service not even worth one star.

We always try and give the most accurate information we can about delivery times and our intention is never to misinform. We can see that you ordered 2 items that we don't carry in stock. A delay from our manufacturer slowed down our delivery process, you should have been informed about this and for that we are sorry.
You received one of the items on Wednesday 1st May and the other is still awaiting delivery from our supplier. As soon as this is in stock it will be sent out on a next day delivery. Any questions regarding your order please feel free to get in touch.

Very slow delivery!
I ordered some products on a Saturday, I requested a next day delivery, obviously I didn't expect it to be delivered on the Sunday, but the order wasn't delivered until Wednesday, which I thought, given the price I had paid unacceptable. No other problems were encountered.

Quality products badly packaged.
Items arrived in good time, however they were in a box that was far too big with inadequate wrapping, resulting in a corner of the rear casing being broken, this is not seen after being fitted, but in a different position it would be on show and I would have had downtime while waiting for a replacement, thanks.

I bought the fluke T100 and this was the cheapest price i had seen anywhere .It was with free delievery if i was prepared to wait three days.I ordered it on wednesday and it came on friday

Fast Reliable Service

Website informative, clear, helpful and easy to navigate.
Placed order on thur 21st March (late afternoon) - Package arrived Monday 25th March at 8am. Take out the weekend, thats a two day service - Excellent.
Only one minor negative, was told would be emailed a parcel tracking no. which never happened, but considering the speedy service, not a problem.

Ordered item at 1.00pm on a Thursday and paid extra for next day delivery. When item did not arrive on Friday I emailed isswww to be told it was dispatched on Friday for a next day delivery. No excuse and no apology. I presumed that next day delivery was from day order was placed not from date they decided to send it.

Good product, good price, poor web experience
I had to phone three times to get any info re delivery . Once I had ordered, the acknowledgment screen arrived telling me my order no., my card had been debited. and that I would receive despatch info with a UPS link. It never arrived. Two phone calls promised the info, nothing happened. Eventually one chap took it on himself to find out. I hung on and a few minutes later he came back to say it was being despatched now. It arrived yesterday.

Was this item second-hand/refurbished....
When I opened the package, the packaging inside looked as though it had done a few rounds in the hands of Jim Carrey as the delivery driver in "Ace Ventura". On examining the contents further, the test leads plastic bag had been torn open.
I began to think this was a second-hand or refurbished unit as the condition did not look pristine. The test leads were also not what I had expected so wondered if they had been switched.
I was not particularly impressed with ISSWWW.

I'm sorry you've had a bad experience with our company but I must stress we have never and will never sell 2nd hand or refurbished goods.
Saying that, with a warehouse holding a constant stock of 2000 product lines valued at around 1 million pounds, it is impossible to check every product sent to us by our manufacturers. If you would like to send the item back to us we can review the products condition and send you out a new tester as a replacement.
