How banking should be for SME's!
Highly recommend IWOCA. Needed to be reassured about data confidentiality before allowing access to our online e-commerce platform but very helpful (Nick) by phone and email in providing this. Loan agreed and in place same day. EXCELLENT SERVICE and 'traditional' banks should learn from IWOCA as to how to embrace e-commerce clients and recognise that 'we'll get back to you in a few months ' is not appropriate in the digital world.

Brilliant,when most are not lending iwoca came to the rescue.
As lenders are shutting up shop iwoca came to my rescue.There are so many stock bargains at the moment for sellers and when I have been offered good quality stock at great prices but did not have the funds one call to iwoca and the money was in my business account fast.

Outstanding service and communication well done Iwoca
Having used Iwoca on a number of occasions over the past 9 months in order to help me grow my recently formed ebay business (still not yet 1 year old) i would highly recommend them to anyone in my position who has an idea but with relatively little capital to give them a go.

This is how lending should be done.
for 10 years I have struggled with credit for being naive when I was young. Iwoca was the first company to take ME and my business in to consideration and not just my credit score but to look at my business and see how I have got potential. With the funds made available I have secured a business deal that will see me through the whole of 2013 and now the stress of finding good stock has gone. Who knows what's next

Professional, easy to talk to, quick response, no hesitation to recommend
We had been looking for short term finance to help us make some improvements to our growing business, we approached a few companies including our high street bank, although the finance was approved the terms were a bit grey and did not read to well. We approached iwoca by email, after a returned response telephone call from iwoca, our account manager was called James. James spent some time talking to us, James took some detailed information about us, our company, and the amount we were looking for, the one thing that stood out apart from being polite and easy to talk to, James took great interest in our company, we had found other finance/bank companies spent more time talking about terms of the loan rather than us and our company which can be a bit of putting. James advised us that he would put forward the proposal to the underwriters and would telephone us the following day. The next day morning we had a response as promised, the finance was approved with the terms of the loan accepted by us, we supplied the further information requested and the loan was in our bank account within a few hours, great service.

Easy to deal with, no fuss, quick helpful and friendly.
We had a short term need for extra funding. Our online business us rapidly growing and after spending £80,000 during the last month was struggling with cash flow. IWOCA, were brilliant, I was expecting all sorts of catches and hidden pitfalls, but everything went through quickly and smoothly. The same transaction with a bank would have taken forever. So far so good.

Providing a service the Banks dont
Did exactly what it 'said on the tin' Interest rate is high but if you plan for it and use sensibly this is worth considering. No charge for setting up and early repayment is not penalised. Would use again if the need arises.

Measured sucesss thanks to IWOCA

They Do What Banks Dont

Amazing From phone call to bank 3 Hours !!!!
Would highly recomend iwoca , i joined a while back but never took a loan until i was offered some great stock that i did not have the money for so i telephoned them took out my first loan for more ebay stock (After giving up with banks ) and the money was in my bank account within 3
hours, no awkward question, all i can say is the quickest friendly service ever, real people that understand what it takes to run a business, thank you iwoca for giving small business people like me a chance.
These are not payday loan sharks, yes you pay a bit of interest , but not that bad and you can pay back before the end of the loan date, so time to sell stock turn it around and pay the money back simple.

Fantastic!!
I could not believe how helpful these guys were - filled out an application in the afternoon on a Friday, and the money was in my account at 6pm the same day! They simply check your Amazon record, and lend you money based on how well you've been doing. This is 100% genuine, and I couldn't believe how easy it was - they are very helpful on the phone, and very straightforward about what they can offer you. I can't thank them enough or recommend them more highly. Absolutely brilliant!

Amazingly Brilliant

fantastic to deal with

Excellent Service, Extremely Friendly & Helpful Where Others Don't Seem To Care!
I don't usually bother leaving reviews for anyone, or anything. However, credit where, credit's due!
When I read reviews as glowing as mine online, I automatically think "yeah right - this has been written by the company themselves". I assure you, I am a genuine top-rated eBay power-seller, who is just extremely happy with the service.
Iwoca are an extremely friendly and helpful bunch. As an online seller, it is extremely difficult to get business loans - as most (if not all!) banks / loan companies still don't consider you as a 'real' business entity. This is clearly ridiculous, considering that online business is booming and the high street's in decline.
Never having had credit card / loans in the past (and having, applied for, but been refused business loans by the banks) - Iwoca judged me on my proven track record on eBay. Without Iwoca's help, I would probably have had to close my business.
The interest rates are very reasonable, money was transferred very fast - and Iwoca took a genuine interest in my business.
The bottom line..........the banks left me for dead (whilst investing heavily in 'the high street'). They were completely uninterested in how much money was going in and out of my Paypal account, or my earning potential.........only what my bank balance stood at (when I hardly ever use my bank account).
Iwoca took enough interest to see my obvious earning potential. They saved my business from a very sticky situation, and I am now completely self sufficient.
