Good products but customer service so so
Great products and quirky ideas. Good things for stocking fillers and presents.
Customer service not so good. I wrote to them, their answer was useless and proved they had not read my query. I wrote back - they never replied.
I have an item to return now as the packaging is damaged. I have been away for Easter hols so just picked up their instructions. We'll see how it is handled but I expect it will be good.

Poor customer service and delivery times, do not use this company!
I thought I had purchased some unusual gifts from this company to give on Christmas Day.
I placed the order on the 14th December, I also placed some orders through Amazon on the 16th December which were delivered on the 18th and 19th. (Great service as expected using Amazon)
By the 21st I started to worry about my order so I tried calling them, this was a complete waist of time as I was put on hold for 45 minutes as there automated service kept saying that they were receiving a high volume of calls (Probably customers like me panicking because they had not received there orders!) Had no luck getting through so I sent an email instead, on the 24th I had to go into my home town to get replacement gifts, sent another email as I had not received any correspondence, there tracking system was a waste of time as it just said on the 20/12/2012 : Your order has been scanned at the Origin Depot for export. On the 24/12/2012 : Your order has arrived at the carrier's central hub.
I will never use this company again and I warn others not to either, unless you don't mind a really long wait for your order. (Perhaps they will arrive in time for next Christmas?)

Quick delivery and great product
I ordered a Christmas present on Wednesday and it arrived on Friday by royal mail (not tracked).
The packaging was really good, very protective and the product itself seems really good quality.

The worst customer services - ever!
This company has great stuff on their website but the thing is when you order them they don't arrive! I ordered items for Christmas to the value of £97 on the 4th December 2011. They did not arrive and I emailed and called IWOOT several times - no response. In the end I bought stuff my sons probably did not really want as Christmas gifts. Early January 2012 I complained and they sent me a claims form - I filled it in and sent it back - nothing. I called them and did it again - nothing. I telephoned them and they said they would send me a refund cheque - we are now almost 5 MONTHS LATER and still - NOTHING!!!!!!! Grrr their Customer Services is dreadful - I am STILL WAITING to get this sorted out!
