J'ai commandé un kart à pédale pour l'anniversaire de ma fille....
Et le délais de livraison est de 35 à 60 jours....
Commandé il y a plus de 60 jours, et toujours rien...Donc, j'ai demandé à ce que l'on me rembourse, car le délais de livraison n'est pas réspecté...
Il me rembourse donc dans les 30 jours !!! (parcontre quand j'ai payé cela a été retiré dans les 2 heures suivant l'achat!!!)
Je ne recommande pas ce site...il ne tien pas ses engagements !!!

j'ai commandé il y a 2 semaines un scooter électrique, j'ai reçu ma commande une bonne semaine après le carton semblais convenable, donc j'ai signé le bon de livraison. Au déballage je constate que le plexi glass du compteur est cassé, pas trop grave cela n'empêche de fonctionner. Au montage cela se gâte, il manque un roulement de roue et là impossible de se servir de l'engin. Aussitôt je contacte la ste
join2buy par messagerie. Plusieurs messages, plusieurs coup de fil mais aucune réponse. Le téléphone qui n'est disponible que de 16 à 18h sonne et au bout de 5 sonneries un répondeur en anglais. J'en déduis que cette société est bien plus attentive aux commandes qu'à résoudre les problèmes. En ce qui me concerne j'entamme une procédure pour faire retirer l'agrément de cette société, et je déconseille vivement de plus acheter sur ce cite PAULO

je ne commanderais plus jamais!!

j'ai commandé en fevrier 2013 une cabane pour mon fils, il etait affiché 30 jours pour la livraison, a l'heure actuelle, je n'ai toujours rien.
Malgres plusieurs tentatives de contact, on me repond toujours pareil, on a pris du retard vous serez livrée dans 15 jours, cela fait un mois passé que je serais livree deans 15 jours!
je commence a avoir peur de m'etre fait arnaquer!! de plus, les avoir au telephone releve du defi!!! avec des horaires plus que reduits ( de 16 a 18h)!!!
je ne conseille ce site a personne!!

Accredito annullamento ordine non ancora ricevuto

Ho acquistato merce, pagando con bonifico, sul sito www.join2buy.it, in cui garantivano 30gg per la consegna. Al trentesimo giorno in cui non è arrivato nulla, mando mail chiedendo chiarimenti anche perchè nel frattempo l'account per il login al sito era stato disabilitato. Mi comunicano che la spedizione ha subito un ritardo e che la merce verrà consegnata non più a 30 ma a 60/75 giorni dalla data d'acquisto. Mi propongono sconto del 10% e coupon sconto per prossimo ordine.
Male per il disservizio ma restano i prezzi migliori, decido quindi di stringere i denti e attendere...
Dopo 75 giorni la merce ancora non arriva. Chiedo informazioni. Mi comunicano che la spedizione subirà un ulteriore ritardo di 15gg. Decido di annullare l'ordine ma dopo 8 gg non ricevo nessun accredito (non avevo ricevuto neanche quello di 10euro di sconto).
Ricevo invece una mail in cui mi comunicano che la merce è stata spedita. Poi una telefonata con audio molto disturbato in cui non si riesce a capirsi. Quindi invio nuova mail in cui dico che non avendo ricevuto accredito ritirerò la merce. Solo in quel momento mi indicano che è stata disdetta la spedizione. Chiedo ancora circa l'accredito. Non rispondono.
Ricevo accredito dell'intero importo versato il 17/05/2013.

Am Ende Januar entschieden wir letzlich, welches Geschenk unserer Tochter zu machen. Wir fingen an, nach ein schönes Spielhaus zu suchen. Das schönste (und das günstigste - im Vergleich zu anderen Webseiten) war das Kunststoff-Spielhaus von Join2buy. Ich wußte nicht, daß der Preis für solche schöne Dinge so niedrig sein kann. Laut dem maximalen Liefer-Termin sollte das Haus nicht später als in 30 Tage geliefert werden, und wir fürchteten uns ein bißchen, daß die Bestellung nicht rechtzeitig ausgeliefert wird (etwas soll ja schiefgehen, wenn der Preis so gut ist). Zu unserer großen Überraschung wurde das Spielhaus ein bißchen früher ausgeliefert. Die Tochter war so froh!!!

Dit is ons zeer goed bevallen. De levering is oke.
Wij kozen voor de snelle levering. Hier staat dan max 7 dagen. En inderdaad na 7 dagen was het dan ook geleverd. Aangezien hun magazijn in Spanje zit, duurd het natuurlijk een aantal dagen, maar dat wisten wij niet van te voren en hadden gehoopt dat het er al na 2 dagen ofzo zou zijn.
Ondanks dat zijn wij erg te vreden met onze ladder, en als het product eenmaal verzonden is, wordt je ordernummer het tracking nummer voor DHL, die de producten dus leverd.
Wij zijn te vreden.

very disappointing experince

We bought a product with them last December, presumibly sent in max 45 day. Well, the time passed and they never call or update the status of the package on my account. When I contacted them they said that there was a probem, so they will be able to send the product in April. The other option they offered was to chose any other product that they had available. I find that solution really unaceptable, I was counting on the product that I did not get, obviously I have asked for a refund. Tough the disappointment of not being able to get the product that I bought, the very rude treat I have received from the company, and the not enough solutions are still there.
I wouldn´t recomend this web to anyone, unless you are interested in buying something you don´t want to receive.....
