I was unsure which machine to go for and after hours researching on the internet I decided to call Jtx Customer Services. They were most helpful and I placed my order.
Confirmation e-mails were speedy and the item was delivered on time. (one lady driver who needed a lot of assistance unloading the very heavy machine). Fortunately I was able to help.
The machine was put together quickly and up and running in less than hour.
So far the machine has been used every day and no problems at all.
Would recommend that maybe more information is provided regarding the pre-set programmes. DVD useful and information chart also helpful.
DVD suggests using a mat on platform (I wasn't provided with one) maybe this has to be ordered separately?
So far very pleased with service and product.

JTX Sprint-5 Motorised Treadmill

Great service, brilliant product and I am having lots of fun using it. It was very easy to put together and was up and running in no time at all. It is a good sturdy treadmill with an excellent range of settings. The only thing I would say is that when they say you need someone strong to help unload it from the lorry you really do need to be very strong, it weighs a ton and I felt distinctly weedy in my efforts to help the delivery driver! However that is my fault for thinking I am stronger than I am, and by no means the fault of JTXFitness. Perhaps I should have bought some weights first to build my muscles :-)

Good product faultless service

My first treadmill experienced a fault. When I. Contacted jtx fitness they could not have been nicer A replacement was delivered the next day. I am more than happy with the service and product.

One of the best and friendliest company's I have dealt with in a long time.

My wife and myself have retired now and we were both looking for a way to keep slim and toned up. After looking through a lot of web sites on the computer we came across a firm called JTXfitness. I found a vibrating and oscillating machine that looked to be what we were after. Before purchasing the JTX6000 machine I decided to phone the company first to make sure it was what we wanted. The lady that answered the phone was polite and extremely helpful, she could not do enough for us, At this point I had made up my mind to purchase theJTX6000. I ordered the machine at 1230hrs and it was delivered the next morning at 0900hrs in two packages. The items were packed really well and the very polite TNT driver carried them to my house. It took me about an hour to put the machine together with the help of very clear instructions. We have been doing 2 x 10min exercises each day for the last three weeks and have noticed a change already to our fitness and toning. To this I would like to thank JTXfitness for the excellent service they gave us in purchasing this machine and I will highly recommend them to anybody who is looking for similar equipment. JTX Smart Stride 23 Elliptical trainer is very good product

JTX Smart Stride -23 variable stride elliptical cross trainer is what I was looking for, because the York cross Trainer I had before broke twice within 12 months of using it every day.So this is ideal for what I want. It seem's to appear strong and good for workouts.

Took about two hours to assemble and I am so pleased with it so far. Hopefully within the next 12 months I will know if its up to the job. Thanks

Excellent JTX Sprint-7 Motorised Treadmill

I bought this a few weeks ago. Great Treadmill which I use once a day everyday for 45 minute since I bought it, so far so good.
A great company, and I would certainly recommend it to anyone. I'm glad I choose JTX.
Customer service was EXCELLENT!! I Highly recommend.

I have only one complaint. the courier service they use, TNT could not find my address twice. TNT are useless!!

Ordered the JTX Cyclo-1: 2-in-1 Exercise Bike and Cross Trainer and received within 48 hours which was fab. I was looking for a cross trainer within £150 that was strudy and would last me a long time. This product was a bonus as it came with the exercise bike too. Love using it in front of the TV in the evenings! Thank you!

Excellent Company with Quality Products you can Buy with Confidence

I was searching for a treadmill and after looking at various different suppliers and reviews I came across JTX Fitness and I pleased that I did. I had to wait a couple of weeks as the machine I wanted was out of stock. But it was well worth waiting for. It was delivered the day after it was dispatched and within 10 mins of it arriving I was using It. There is nothing to assemble, just unpack from the very sturdy box and away you go. It is an extremely well made machine and I am delighted with it. I did have a few questions before I ordered the treadmill and Simon and Libby could not have been more helpfull. So if like me you are looking for a sturdy well made machine that comes with excellent customer service then go to JTX Fitness.

Good quality products

Jtx fitness a good company with excellent, good quality items. Shame delivery was so bad, they firstly delivered to wrong address and when got correct address would only leave on a pallet outside door!! Good job i dont live alone or items wouldnt have moved from outside!!!! These are very heavy items!!

Escellent Company, shame about the courier service.

JTX are a very proffesional company. First class service. Very pleased with the Treadmill.
I have only one complaint. The courier service they use, TNT. Are useless.
They refused to deliver the item because it was too heavy. I took two days off work to take delivery, but they never showed up.
In the end it was deliver by two men who were very helpful and polite.
If you order I would Opt for the 2 man delivery service. Do not use TNT.

Great Product and a Great Service...........

This is the second time I've bought from JTX.
The first machine I bought was faulty but when I called them to complain they offered to either replace it or refund me in full.
I opted for a full refund and the machine was collected the next day and my money was back in my bank within hours of them receiving it.
This time I went for a different model and again it was delivered promptly and has proved to be an excellent buy so far.
I have used it twice a day, every day since I bought it and so far, so good.
Very friendly and approachable people who offer a great standard of customer service, what more can anyone ask for??

A great company to deal with

JTX website gave so much information on vibration machines. All the questions I had were answered. The company was a pleasure to deal with. They even discounted the courier charge to Northern Ireland for me. Libby in customer services was brilliant. She told the time to answer all my questions. I ordered on Friday and the machine arrived on Monday. My husband set it up very quickly and it is so easy to operate. I have problems with heaviness in my knees, and the machine has helped very quickly to ease this. I would recommend this machine and JTX to anyone.

I ordered my exercise bike on aTuesday afternoon, and it came, as promised on Thursday. We tried to assemble it on Saturday, but a part was broken. I contacted JTX on Monday, and on Tuesday morning, the replacement part arrived. Customer service was excellent, and very friendly. The bike, now it is fully assembled is great. Lots of different programs I can use, as my fitness levels improve, and it is very comfortable to use - no need for a replacement gel seat! A great company, and I would certainly recommend it to anyone considering purchasing decent quality exercise equipment.

Sturdy build quality...much more than i expected!

After a two week delay my sprint 3 treadmill finnaly arrived.(to be fair, jtx kept me well informed about the hold up and the delivery slot.) the machine was very well packed,and 90% preassembled..after tightning a few more bolts the machine was ready for use.on switching the unit on i found there was no power being recieved at the console.i ended up removeing the motor cover and had a look ,only to find a wire had come loose...reattached the wire and bingo,all systems go.
A great piece of kit at a decent price point.im glad i chose jtx... Would highly recommend.

Two dodgy machines in one week! But good customer service and fast delivery.

I bought the JTX 6000 and was very happy to hear it was being delivered the next day. When it arrived, I asked my dad to help me assemble it. This was pretty easy but despite the fact that it's quite simple to assemble, the instructions were not very comprehensive and we struggled to find allen keys to fit the parts as they were all different sizes. When assembled I tried one session on it and thought it was very good. Having used much more expensive commercial machines in the past I think the power it offers is on a par. However when I went to switch on the machine that same afternoon for my sister to try it out, there was clearly a problem. On the setting which alternates between collation and vibration, there was no vibration at all. I called JTX and they were sympathetic but said I would need to take the machine apart to check the connection between the column and the base plate. On inspection I could see nothing wrong with the cable. However, I had noticed when it arrived that the cable had been knotted for some reason and I had to un -knot it before I could connect it. When I re assembled, it was now on constant full power vibrate and the control panel was no longer working. JTX apologised and sent a replacement which arrived the next working day. However, when the replacement arrived (in what seemed to be re used packaging), we found this time that the cable inside the column was nowhere to be seen! It appeared to be jammed up inside of the column, with no way of releasing it to connect it to the base plate! Furthermore, this machine came with a set of allen keys which made me annoyed that we had struggled putting together the first machine because they had clearly forgotten to pack them originally. I explained the problem with the cable to JTX, they apologised and sent a replacement column. This arrived swiftly and now we were experts at assembling the machines, it went together with no problems and it works! I enjoy using it and think the machine is very good. However the whole experience has left me wondering about the quality of the machines and how long this one will actually last.

We bought a JTX Smart Stride 21 Cross Trainer because it is compact, high quality and has variable stride length. We haven't been let down. The whole process was managed with absolute finesse by the company and the product is strong and delivering the desired effect. I'm 6ft and 90kilos and it manages me with no problems. One simple change and the stride length can be shifted from 17" (wife size) to 21" (more my size). The instructions are a little baffling in places and we had a squeak or two after a week which was solved by a careful tightening of all the nuts. Great product, great value. Go on - get one!

JTX Vibration Machine is the best piece of exercise equipment Ive ever owned!

I have had every piece of equipment you can name - this is by far the best JTX 600 oscilating andvibration machine - fantastic power, solid piece of equipment,not too large to store. fantastic quick delivery. No problems - highly recommended

stop looking for your new Cross Trainer.....you have just found the best !!!!!!

We were looking for a long time for a cross trainer that will be strong, sturdy, rear flywheel, compact and with a long stride. After much research on the internet, I came across JTX Fitness, and after reading all the excellent reviews from other users we have decided to order the Smart stride 23. Delivery was super fast, when the box arrived it was big and heavy and when I opened the box I got cold feet, I thought I won't be able to put it together, there were many parts and it looked complicated, but slowly and gradually I have managed to put it together without complications or problems. By building this cross trainer you get to know that it is made of strong materials. We have been using it for the last three weeks and we are very happy with our choice. The machine is sturdy, stable, well made, not even a small squeak and I am 5ft9" weighing 103 kilos. a few minor annoying things:

a) The plastic pedal plate is not rimmed all around, sometimes during exercise our feet tend to slide outwards and without a rim I have to keep moving my feet back inwards.
b) The photos in the instruction manual could be a lot sharper and clearer.
c) The box included a "MOVE FIT" Wireless heart rate system as an extra but there is nowhere to fit the wireless receiver on the machine.

Don't think twice ,this is the machine you have been looking for.... compact, strong ,build quality, with variable stride size......well done JTX Fitness!!! (I just hope your after sales is good as your machine....)

Superb quality treadmill at a great price

Having bought a excercise bike from JTx before I knew I was dealing with a good company and was happy to return to them when we wanted more kit. I got into fitness late last year on doctors recommendation and its turned my health around. I can now run 6 KM non stop and feel so much better. We ve now set up our own gym in the garage. The most important piece of kit to me is the running machine. I didnt want a flimsy treadmill that would break within a year. I wanted a heavy duty gym one with a heart strap that can take heavy use from me and the family. I use the heart rate programme H1 to run at 50-70% of my MHR, careful to not overdo it. Strong, quiet ,solid and sturdy build the sprint9 is a very good product and i can happily recommend it to anyone wanting a high quality treadmill for a good price.

Thought the service was extremely good with plenty of communication. Hadto contact them to say that the DVD sent with my powerplate wasnt working and a replacement was sent immediately

Starting to lose weight

I would recommend the JTX, three people are using it in our house. I have one reservation that is the size it is a quite big, but it is like one you would use in a gym. I would fully recommend.

Lovely, honest, helpful company

I bought a piece of fitness equipment (The JTX Pro 10 vibration plate) which I am absolutely thrilled with. It looks and feels just like the plate I have used at the gym that cost £7000!
When the courier made a balls up JTX could not have been more helpful if they tried. A lot of large companies could do well to follow JTX's lead. Very happy indeed.
