In today's day and age, they seem oblivious to technology, and every single person there is trapped in a box sized to house an M&M.
When you sign up for e-bill, you, do, in fact get a bill by email. You can do NOTHING with it, but you DO get the bill by email. There is NO link by which to pay your bill or schedule your bill. This, of course, would NOT matter, because when you DO go to their website to pay, or schedule, your bill, you CANNOT. Their "Wal Mart" 3rd party billing company does NOT receive the data to populate the bill until some 2-3 days AFTER you receive your notification. THEN, once you continue to check back for 2-3 days and are actually able to access your bill and schedule the payment, you must re-enter your payment information EVERY, SINGLE time.
For over a year I addressed these issues with them. "Add a link to the bill pay site in your email bill notification." We can't. "Delay the sending of the email bill notifications until AFTER the data has had time to populate your third party billing company's database." We can't. "At least retain my info so paying my bill is a simple click of the mouse?" We can't.
These may seem petty, but they are petty BOTH ways. Simple fixes to make the customer experience more pleasurable AND their cash flow more flowing. They CAN'T.
I had such a great experience with just energy. I was able to call and get exactly what I needed right away. I didnt have to wait on hold very long which was extremely wonderful. It was get to the point and all my questions were answered. My approve took only a few day. And I Appreciated all the outstanding customer service. Im looking forward to dealing with this company:)
I recently enrolled in Just Energy, based on good customer service from the team members I was able to talk to, face to face, and those I communicated with on the phone, there is no doubt, Just Energy is really committed to solving people's problems through providing affordable energy rates to both commercial and home consumers. I would recommend this company to anyone tired of high energy bills and some times hard to comprehend.
Order #: 8518472 I decided to choose Justenergy because it offers me a more affordable gas and electricity package than ConEdison. So far I have not been disappointed. I also like that the direct debit option was so easy to set up. It is one less thing to have to worry about. Interaction with your employees has also been a pleasant experience. Dan Johnson, in the marketing department, was especially friendly and personable. The one thing that remains to be seen with Justenergy is how much it will cost to keep my apartment cool in the height of summer. If this is affordable, then I will certainly be staying with Justenergy.
