Hello! Order #1535 status is still " waiting for a payment", I`d payed by paypal, and order was completed. I`d payed 2 th of August, but my order status ia still "waiting for a payment". Just for baby didn`t answer me about my question "Do you ship to Kazakhstan?' If you don`t ship to Kazakhstan please return me my money or I will report it in the resolution centre of Paypal
I ordered the ‘Tippitoes Girl About Town Baby Changing Bag Animal Print’ to then receive the ‘Tippitoes Girl About Town Baby Changing Bag Zebra Print’. Now if I hadn’t of contacted the customer service about this they would not have done anything about informing me about their mistake. I expressed I needed the bag asap and although I had apologies this is not acceptable as the bag I originally ordered somehow then was out of stock then. The bag sold out after your order was placed and the wrong one accidentally despatched, hence the reason why I do have a replacement to send you.
I am currently not able to give you a collection time but will email you with an approximate time on Monday once the route for the courier has been worked out.

I would not recommend justforbabies to anybody and I will never use your service again! I am very annoyed at this, and feel the communication was such a poor standards, although I received an apology I’m still very dissatisfied.
Yes I must point out that, although I am unhappy about my experience the service was prompt in delivery, collection and response to my emails.
Overall this website offers excellent value for money, it was a lot cheaper than many other websites and the service I received was excellent. Delivery took just a couple of days and I was informed via email at every stage.
Justforbabies was the only online shop around that seemed to have the pop up blackout blinds that I wanted. There price was the same as everyone else, with free delivery! They sent an email to say when they expected the delivery to arrive, and it did! Will not hestitate to order from them again!
Great product, looks amazing and i can't wait to use it. It's got everything as described and also a decent size for all the baby essencials. Brilliant value for money when compared to other changing bags on the market. Arrived quicker than most other stores advertising. Very pleased with the product and service provided.
My item was half the price it sells for on Amazon. Service was friendly, communication was clear and consistent and delivery was not only free but fast. Only slight issue was the mangled packaging of my item, but this is probably due to my postman shoving it through my letterbox!
It really was a very efficient service and arrived next day. I even received a telephone call checking I had ordered correct cot mattress size. How many suppliers would go to that trouble - not many if any!
