GREAT PRODUCT

Cheapest price, fast and friendly.

My item was half the price it sells for on Amazon. Service was friendly, communication was clear and consistent and delivery was not only free but fast. Only slight issue was the mangled packaging of my item, but this is probably due to my postman shoving it through my letterbox!

I would shop for everything online if the service was as good as Just for babies

It really was a very efficient service and arrived next day. I even received a telephone call checking I had ordered correct cot mattress size. How many suppliers would go to that trouble - not many if any!

Toddler friendly product

My three year old enjoys putting this on by himself. It is the only way I can get him to put any cream on his lips or cheeks without protest. Easy for him to hold and easy to apply.

brilliant value for money and swift delivery service from a UK business

Was one of the cheapest UK retailers of baby products online and with swift delivery (which is free by the way!!) I will always check this site before trying the 'big boys' of the internet!!!!!

Very helpful

I ordered a new nappy bag (koo-di), there were 2 or 3 in the range and unfortunately the wrong one arrived. Paula replied immediately to my email, was very helpful and the error was corrected within the minimum amount of time. Just several days later the correct bag arrived.....and I love it! Although she's not really a baby anymore, I can see it coming in very useful even if/when she's not in nappies. The bag was also very reasonably priced compared with other websites. I'd gladly recommend Just for Babies.

First class. I would happily use Justforbabies again

I wanted to buy a changing bag for my wife for Mothering Sunday. Site was easy to use. A few minutes after placing my order, Justforbabies rang me up to confirm my order. I got a couple of emails to confirm payment and dispatch and the bag arrived 2 days later. That is just about as smooth as it can get. Great Stuff. The phone call especially was something I appreciated. Great customer service. Great price too as I found a voucher code.They are now saved on my favourites list!

The best customer service experienced from an online company!

I would not hesitate to recommend Justforbabies. Not only are their products good value for money, the team provide exceptional service.

I needed to get a product express delivery and outside work hours and within minutes I had a quote and confirmation that delivery could take place for the coming Saturday! (this was agreed on the Thursday before!)

In the future all baby products I need will be purchased from this website! Outstanding!

Fast communication and quick, free delivery

I found a baby sleeping bag on here, cheaper than elsewhere and better choice. Also had free delivery. There was a problem with my paypal account and they contacted me immediately so I could rectify it and then they let me know when the order was dispatched. It arrived within 2 days, quicker than expected. Would use again and recommend.

Very impressed.

Excellent service.

I have just used the Just For Babies website for the first time and wwas really impressed with the way they do business. I had a small problem with the Paypal website, left a telephone message and got an immediate response to say that only unusual high rate of activity was causing delay. Completed next attempt in minutes and the goods that were exactly what we wanted were delivered in record time. All in all a good experience.

Just for babies - Perfect for mums!

I was slightly apprehensive about ordering from 'just for babies' as I had never heard of them before, but after finding a changing bag on there cheaper than everywhere else on-line, I took the plunge and am happy to report that I received my bag very promptly without any problems at all.

Great, safe bumpers in gorgeous colours

This order came so quickly! I ordered 2 packs of the small bumpers to fit round our cot. 2 packs fitted the top end and the majority of the 2 long sides. 3 packs would have covered the whole cot but as they are fairly pricey, I stuck with just 2.
They are so easy to fix to the cot bars-they wrap round 2 bars and have 3 Velcro strips to secure.
The bumpsters are expensive compared to some other cot bumpers, but I felt they were safer. My baby is now 6 months and as she is only in a cot rather than cot bed and moves around a lot in the night, I was having to go in to her room
Several times a night to move her from the edge where she had banged her head. As she is so mobile, I was worried she get stuck behind the traditional bumpers or even use them to climb on in a few months so these are worth the money. They come in baby pink, baby blue or neutral as I chose so I can reuse! The packs have a variety of spots and strip patterns and look great on the cot.

Efficient and Speedy

I found Justforbabies very good. My order was dispatched the next day and the communication was spot on, always keeping me updated on the status of my order. The item i ordered (Okiedog Changing Bag) was resonable priced compared to other sites. Item was as advertised in every detail.
The only moan would be that most sites delivery free of charge within the UK but i had to pay a few pounds for delivery within mainland UK.

Brilliant Service and Products!
