INCREDIBLE SPEEDY RELIABLE SERVICE A**************

My fiance ordered 30 miniature bottles of Bucks Fizz for our Wedding Reception - they arrived in less than 24 hours of ordering - very well packaged - we're completely happy with the service and would highly recommend! Thank you!

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Did not inform me that the product I had ordered was out of stock and that my order would not arrive until MUCH later. On their website it said my product was in stock! Kept my money for ten days, and it was not until I called customer services that they agreed to refund me. RUDE response on the phone. Would not recommend Just Miniatures to anybody.

Poor customer service

Customer service is lacking, they seem to pick and choose which emails they reply too. Having said that, I've never had a problem with any of my orders/bottles.

Outstanding Service

I have organised a annual dinner in London over the last 16 years and we like to give a personalised gift to those who attend. Engraved whisky glasses etc. this year we thought we would give a miniature personalised bottle to go in the glass.

Ordered in good time but on the day of the dinner nothing had turned up. After talking to their helpful staff it turned out the they had not been shipped due to staff sickness. I was expecting that nothing could be done to get the delivery to us before the dinner in the evening.

They got a member of staff, who was on holiday, to bring the bottles and hand deliver them.

Most companies could have just made an excuse and walked away, they did not. I got my miniatures , our dinner attendees were happy and the dinner was a great success.

Excellent service - will use again!

The miniatures are perfect and I loved how you could choose as many or as little of each as you required. The packaging was excellent, well protected and delivery time was great. I also really appreciated the email when I wasn't sure of the date of delivery. I was very impressed with how much care had been taken to bubble wrap everything. I don't understand the negative comments on here, this company has been great!

Would order again, but delivery could have been better.

I placed an order with JustMiniatures on the last weekend of January 2013, where I was quoted 3-5 working days for delivery. On Thursday January 31st, I checked my account to see that the order status was locked at 'Payment Received', and had been for the majority of the week.

Considering this was now 4 working days after the order had been placed, and the fact that I hadn't received a confirmation email, I contacted the company to ask them what up. I was treated to a reply the very next morning in which I was told the order would be with me on Monday.

Cut to Monday morning: I opened my door to find that the delivery had arrived earlier in the day, and that one of my housemates had signed for it. The items themselves were well-packaged and appeared exactly as described and shown on the website. Very pleased with the delivery itself, and am now looking forward to enjoying one of my all-time favourite drams in front of a film or two this evening.

To summarise: I had a decent shopping experience with JustMiniatures. They are reasonably priced and well-stocked with a fantastic variety, including some rare tipples that I have found difficult to obtain elsewhere. Delivery didn't cost the earth either, which was a nice bonus. The company also responded to my queries with haste. The only downside for me was the extended wait for my order - you shouldn't advertise a 3 to 5 day delivery service if you can't fulfill it!

No Customer Service

My review would be very different if one of the items I ordered hadn't arrived broken. I order quite a few miniatures for Christmas stocking fillers most were packed okay and survived but one of the items had been packed with a heavy Disarano bottle and were smashed. I ordered on the 2nd December, well in time for Christmas, they arrived a week later so I contacted them immediately about the breakage, initially via the online contact form, after a week I still hadn't received a response so I tried calling them, no answer, I held on for 30 minutes one day with nobody picking up. I still haven't had a response over a month after, nor have I had a replacement or a refund. If your order arrives safely then that's fine but any problems that arise afterwards don't expect to hear anything from them. Very disappointing as a new customer I won't be returning.

Their customer service is non-existent

Their customer service was ****. 'Wish I'd read some of the reviews about this company before ordering. My order did not arrive in time for Christmas, even though I ordered it in plenty of time. ('Not their fault, of course! It's easy to blame the Post Office) And when it was delivered, it was one item short - they claimed that they had notified me of this by email but this wasn't the case. I emailed them twice to request a refund of postage by way of compensation for the poor service I had received - no response. When I eventually phoned them, they refused to offer me any compensation and neither did I receive an apology. If you can find an alternative company, then do so. I will not be using them again!

Great Fun

Bought a good selection of these as a fun gift for my son. Was a a good surprise and a big hit. Will most certainly buy some more in the future.
Items were as described. Arrived quickly and well packaged.

Do NOT bother with this company

After waiting ten days I sent an email enquiring of the whereabouts of my order, only to receive an email saying "as per the email my colleague sent you the product you ordered is out of stock"....I have never received this email they claim to have sent.
Do NOT waste your time on this company.

Great Selection - Great Focus of Customer Care

Just Miniatures has a great varied selection of products available. I ordered an assortment of vodka and was impressed by the choices they had available.
I placed an order which was lost by Royal Mail and Just Miniatures kindly re-sent the order without hesitation.

VERY GOOD SERVICE-WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED

I should have received the items before xmas and did not receive any correspondence,i emailed to see where my order was and I got a reply after xmas saying they were out of stock of some items and so did not send and did i want a refund?,As it happened i did require some of the items for new year so said I would keep the order and I then received this the next day.

Unacceptable customer service!

I was really excited when I stumbled across justminiatures.co.uk as we have a lot of parties and thought it would be the perfect place to get the drinks for them. Unfortunately their service did not live up to my expectations. My order took 11 days to be delivered instead of the promised 3-5 days. I chased twice and on both occassions I was lied to, being told that my order had been dispatched the day before which later turned out to not be true. My order was also incomplete and despite a telephone call and an email I have still not had the refund for the missing items. Overall I am really disappointed with justminiatures and cannot see any reason why I would order again!

Ruined my brother 18th birthday presents and caused hassle over Christmas!

I was really upset by the treatment I received from this company.
I ordered many miniatures for my brother 18th birthday present.

I payed £5 for P&P,

I Ordered on the 15th December and did not receive my order till the 31st of December even though the order specified 3-5 days.

I e-mailed with a complaint as I had not received it, they did not even apologize they just said that they could see it had been delayed! And that I should receive by the following Monday. I feel completely let down. and matters were made worse when 1 of the items i ordered did not arrive as apparently was not in stock, however they did not e-mail me to let me know! I then had to go out and buy extra miniatures from my local supermarket to make up the gift.

Completely gutted! didn't even get a refund on my P&P let alone a discount for my inconvenience. I will NOT order from them again!

Cheap, fast delivery, good quality!

Excellent service, delivered very fast and great quality! they'll be fab favours at our wedding! :)

Would not use again

I ordered goods from Just Minatures on Thursday 27th December and did not receive then until 3rd January, although goods were supposed to be sent out 1st Class which is what I paid for!! I also sent two emails and have not received any acknowledgment. Bad customer service.

This customer ordered 2 miniatures which were shipped the day after receiving her order, so well within the time-frame we specify. The customer chose to use Royal Mail as her shipping service.

Unfortunately, at this time of year, some items can take a little longer to arrive.

With regards to customer emails not being responded to, the emails were received only yesterday, 1 hour before close of business and are a queue to be responded to today.

Just Miniatures shipped well over 20,000 orders between November and December 2012 with 99.7% arriving safely and in a timely manner.

Misled and charged for the privilege

We ordered the miniatures on December 21st and paid £7 extra to guarantee them arriving within two working days which meant we would receive them on Christmas Eve as we wanted to put them in our home made crackers for Christmas Day. The reason we ordered them so late was that we were expecting to be able to buy them in the supermarket but this turned out not to be an option. The miniatures arrived on the 28th (4 working days) and will probably stay on the shelf till next Christmas. Thanks guys, enjoy the £7

Rubbish customer service do not use

I ordered a selection of miniatures for my boyfriend on December 10th for a Christmas present....... And I'm still waiting for them! (Its now 3rd january!!!!!) when I rang to complain I was asked have I checked with my neighbours or been to the sorting office, when I said that no card was left I was told that " sometimes the couriers that we use don't leave a card!" SERIOUSLY!?! You're posting out alcohol to people and you use couriers that don't leave a card to say where they've left your package!!!!!!! Bad choice there I think, after voicing my opinion on this matter I was told that there was nothing they can do until 7th January when they can claim it from the post office as its been missing 15 working days!!!!! I would seriously look elsewhere and use a different company if you expect your delivery to arrive!! Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This customer ordered 5 miniatures from us that were shipped using Royal Mail, this being the shipping service that she selected during checkout. A courier service is also available. The items were shipped within the time-frame that we specify.

When the customer called to ask the whereabouts of the package, she was advised that the Royal Mail service she chose is not trackable and that the item may have become lost or delayed in the post. We advised that during the Christmas period, Royal Mail take on a large number of temporary staff and that we have had some experience of them not always leaving a card if delivery is attempted.

The customer was advised to wait until 15 working days had passed (Royal Mail stipulate that an item is only lost after this amount of time) and that a replacement shipment or refund would be offered.

Anything you could possibly want!

An amazing stock of minatures. Great for making up Christmas hampers and for favours for weddings or other events. The bottles arrived well packaged and in good time I have saved "Just Miniatures" to my favourites as I will definately use them again.

Order hasn't arrived

I ordered several items as Christmas presents from Just Miniatures at the end of November and they still haven't arrived nearly 3 weeks later. There has been no response to my emails and it's now getting too late to seek a replacement.

Cute gift but took too long to be delivered.

I ordered a personalised, miniature bottle of whisky and paid extra for the box. It was a nice gift and arrived in good condition. However, delivery took a long time. It was sent first class by Royal Mail but it took 5 days to be delivered after I received the e-mail stating it had been dispatched.

I have not yet received my package when I should have so am a little disapointed with the service.

I'm a little concerned that I got an email to say that the package was delivered on the 7th of Dec, its the 11th and I still have not received it. I have sent an email querying this and have had no response.

Easy, quick and well packaged

The information on the website stated that the product wasn't in stock but hopefully available shortly. I was very surprised but very happy that 2-3 days later it arrived in the post -fantastic servce, and well packaged - just what I was looking for.

Product not delivered as promised!!!

Despite explaining that my purchase was a Christmas present, and after waiting 2 weeks for my order to arrive I was offered no alternative but to wait 15 working days until I could do anything about my missing order that. 15 working days will take me to the 19th December, not a lot of good for a Christmas present to be posted then! Under the circumstances, they could have been a little more lenient. Will not be purchasing from this company again!

A little of what you fancy...!

Just Miniatures was the perfect answer to my dilemma - what to buy somebody who fancied "trying" Scotch. They didn't know what flavour; i.e. smoky, peaty, floral; what brand or what age appealed etc etc. So to buy a selection of miniatures covering a cross section of the above was ideal. The parcel arrived very quickly and was extremely well packed with each miniature in either a box or bubble wrap. I am delighted with my purchase and I'm sure the recipient will be too.

Took longer than I expected for dispatch. One item I ordered was reduced, although I don't recall seeing a reason why. When it arrived it was clear - the labels on the bottle were a mess - all peeling off/soggy etc. Shame as was for part of a hamper I was making and looks a bit crap, to be honest. Overall products were as expected and well packaged for transport.
