I recently purchased a new bed from Kalusto after seeing them on twitter, the customer service was brilliant and the delivery was within the quoted timescale.
Once the bed arrived I was amazed at how wonderful it looked, This is so sleek and really makes our new bedroom look stylish, I did wonder if we would suffer comfort as we went for style but I can honestly say I have had the best nights sleep!
Such a wonderful bed and the pictures on the website don't do it justice! highly recommend
We purchased this table after moving into our new house towards the end of 2012 and having never ordered from Kalusto Furniture before, must say we were cautious about delivery etc.
The service we received was superb, the delivery time frame was quoted as 2 - 5 weeks and it arrived after 13 days and was exactly as described on the website. Kalusto Furniture also remained in constant contact with us throughout the order and delivery process which completely reassured us 100%.
We have since ordered a matching sideboard and have to date received the exact same professional customer service. We would hugely recommend this company to any body looking to buy furniture for their home.
I recently brought a new bed from Kalusto and found everything about the experience to be excellent.
The bed was quite expensive so I was initially very nervous about buying on line but needn't had been. Although delivery was a week later than quoted it was worth the wait. The sales team kept me informed at regular intervals and the delivery crew were fantastic (they called me when 30 minutes away from my home and even assembled the bed for me, even though I hadnt paid for assembly). The bed (Cubic leather bed) is absolutely stunning.
We are looking to decorate our dining room soon and will definitely be using Kalusto.
Steer well clear of buying anything from Kalusto, their customer service is appalling. I ordered a TV stand early July, which the website stated to be in stock. In the first week of August, I called to enquire about delivery to find out that it wasn’t in stock at all. I was also told that their supplier was unavailable for the remainder of August and that I could expect my delivery in September. I didn’t want to wait that long so asked for a refund. Since end of August I have put in several emails, which didn’t get any response, and 2 phone calls to ask about when to expect the refund. I was told both times: it will be processed this week. Guess what: it wasn’t paid.
