Sound advice . Thank you, Graham Moore-Grundy
We needed advice regarding equity release. We had wondered whether or not it was the right thing to do considering our age (57) Mr Moore-Grundy gave us very sound advice and if anything tried to advise us to reconsider as other options were open to us. We know if the worst case senario happens we have always got this to fall back on.

I've got the money so now the work can proceed!
The procedure was straightforward and uncomplicated and I have no reservations or regrets This house has nearly quadrupled in value since purchased in 1989 while I have been keeping it up together. Therefore, I could see no reason why I shouldn't draw on that capital growth to carry out some improvements instead of using savings which were accumulated through sheer hard work, apart from a couple of legacies,.and they do produce some income, pitiful though it is while interest rates are so pathetic. I only have one son and he will inherit well from his father and in spite of the fact I have taken money from the house for improvements, he will still do very nicely from my estate. It was a pleasure to deal with Jane B. too.

Very friendly and patient service where everything was explained in detail
The specialist was very friendly and patient when dealing with my mother and I. He didn't hurry us at all when we need time to think about our answers. He explained everything in detail, in a way that was easy to understand so that at the end of the conversation we felt that absolutely everything had been covered.

Relaxed Retirement
I was very pleased with all the information that i receievd from Martin Hewitt at Key Retirement, it was laid out in lay mans terms, easy to read and helped me make the correct choice to suit me, he even put little stickers on where i had to read carefully and sign. He was very easy to talk to and didn't try to blind me with facts and figures.

Retirement made Easy!!
I saw Key Retirement Services in a magazine and because I needed some advice on my pension I contacted them. I am so glad I did because it was an excellent service from start to finish. I received expert information which allowed me to make the best decisions for my retirement. My advisor, Leanne Smith, was excellent, very friendly, helpful and kept me in touch whith everything which was happening. At no point was I left wondering what was happening. It saved me a lot of time searching around for the best annuity, which frankly I would not have known who to approach. I can't believe that in a short time my pension has been sorted and due to begin. I would recomment Key Retirement Services to everyone.

Having heard adverse reports, we were delighted with a product which suited us perfectly.
Having done a lot of research we possibly received too much information, but this is no bad thing. We built up a great deal of trust with our adviser Mick Maunder and were very happy with how we were looked after. The lawyer being in Exeter we felt was a drawback but in fact worked out well, very impressed with the surveyor who both knew the local market and was knowledgeable and efficient. All in all a stress free experience.
Does everything for anyone,who needs it.

A comprehensive service is provided covering financial matters relating to mortgage/equity release and relative legal apects.
The periodic mailshots and occasional contacts on telephone and through Seminars provide useful and up to date financial information of importance in what appears to be an increasingly complex legal world. Whilst I have not so far used the company for Equity Release or Mortgage finance I have every confidence, developed over several years, to recommend the Company and Advisors and will certainly use them, if, as and when need arises.

Jacqui from Key Retirement Solutions provided an invaluable service which enabled me to have extra pension.
Jacqueline Adams was friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was very thorough and always made sure that you understood what she was doing on your behalf and gave regular feedback on the state of the progress of the changes that were being made. She was always available to talk to if you needed clarification. She did all of the hard work in chasing up parties, making sure the correct forms were sent to me, making sure that I properly understood the process and at the end of all of this she secured me the best pension offer which made me substancialy financially better off.

Excellent service!!!
After my first enquiry about buying an Annuity, the service was dealt with extremely well. Scott Lewis explained everything that I needed to know and nothing was too much trouble. He kept me up to date with the progress of my Annuity and if I needed to know anything I was able to ring him directly and if he was not there he would get back to me ASAP.
Overall all was dealt with expert advice.

I NEARLY MISSED THIS ONE.
I TRIED KEY RETIREMENT SOLUTIONS OUT OF CURIOSITY.
BUT WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY KIM WILSON LAYED ALL THE
PAPERWORK OUT IN EASY TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. ALL I HAD TO DO WAS FOLLOW THE ARROWS AND SIGN AS INSTRUCTED, SO SIMPLE.
MY PENSION ANNUITY WAS SET UP IN NO TIME WITH NO HASSLE,

Exceptionally professional,informative,helpful and friendly from beginning to end.
Having discussed our financial situation with each other we decided to look into Equity Release. I (Mrs Middleton) saw an article in Yours Magazine and made the telephone call. The first contact girl was very helpful, and sent out the necessary information for us to read and discuss. We then dealt with Martin Sloan with whom we were exceptionally pleased. Martin made us feel very relaxed, comfortable with what we were doing, it was as if we had known him for a long time. Throughout.the whole process he as FIRST CLASS. Thank you Key Retirements.

Billy is definitely THE KID!.

Kind, helpful and very supportive.
David Walls was efficient and patient when explaining the product. He kept in touch at
regular intervals as the papaerwork arrived and all queries he answered in a language
we both understood. He encouraged family and friends to take part in discussions. and
nothing was too much trouble for him. This is an important decision for us to make in our life but we feel with this product we have made the right choice.

An excellent company.
This annuity is not my main one and is tiny - paid annually - but I never received the impression that this made it any less important.
It is also an enhanced annuity because of a health issue and I was extremely surprised at the difference between Key's offer and that of my original pension provider.
The paperwork was copious and could have been daunting but was all clearly marked where my signature or any other information was required.
Phone calls offering help if required were polite and unobtrusive.

MOVE OR IMPROVE,LET KEY TAKE YOU ALONG.
From the moment we met with KEY advisore Les Garbutt, he put us at ease with the
clear and helpfull advise, as he explained in detail all we wanted to know about equity
release.Les was in contact with us during the various stages, in finding the right plan
provider, surveyor and solicitor on our behalf. We were amazed that all went through

Great service with clear explanations which we felt we could totally trust.
For some time both we and Key felt that equity release was not for us.
Then circumstances changed and, when we both felt it was right, Key made it happen quickly and efficiently. We were kept fully informed of status and costs and would, we're sure, have been kept informed of any problems. There weren't any!
We were particularly impressed that there was never, at any time, a sense of pressure and that all potential problems were raised for discussion by Key themselves.

with KRS no stress
it was a big step into the unknown and with my daughters support contact KRS and applied for the KRS
brochure...this arrived within days .... I was pleasantly surprised how compact and easy to read and more importantly not left confused as to how equity release worked....I soon contacted KRS and
my journey began...I was fortunate enough to be given Mr Ray Brown as my financial adviser...the appointment was made for him to visit me at my home...naturally I was nervous and apprehensive...after getting to know a little about each other I was soon feeling more confident and relaxed thanks to Ray's easy manner....he went through the process and not once was I unsure or puzzled ...Ray laid everything out to me with out bogging me down with jargon i was not to understand....our next meeting at my home was with my daughter present..she was able to get answers to her questions and was shown spread sheets and comparisons...we were now ready to continue with my journey...Ray linked me up with Ashfords Equity Release Solicitors....a few weeks passed and I was now ready to meet with Peter Barton from Ashfords to sign the legal documents.....all along the way I was kept in touch by Ray and also Ashfords on the latest developments of the Equity Release.....all I had to do was wait for their calls..leaving me stress free and not having to make umpteen calls on the progress.......I would recommend KRS without any hesitation my personal experience with KRS isdue to Ray for being totally professional easy to talk to and for giving me the confidence and trust to continue with KRS .......I also have also used KRS Will Service.....my contact their is with Elizabeth Moody and who as i expected treated with me with professionalism and dignity......I have found each and everyone totally professional and trustworthy

Stress free and more money - not often you can say that!
This service was exceptionally efficient and helpful. Key solutions really helped me out with finding the best pension provider for me. the process was dealt with in a very friendly but professional manner. Kim Wilson was exceptionally knowledgeable and I was able to feel that no matter what my query was, she knew the answer and was able to solve the problem. She kept me fully informed through out the process and it was a pleasure to complete forms! Everyone I spoke to on the phone was exceptionally helpful and helped to take away the headache out of the whole process. FANDABIDOSI........... FAN DABI DOSI
People would talk to me about pensions & annuity and it would go straight over my head.You just have to say Retirement or Pensions to me & I come out hot & colds all over, its like a minefield to most people like myself. I kept putting looking at my retirement solution off. After Speaking with Gemma from Key solutions she put me at ease straight away & nothing was a problem. She didn't act as if any of my questions were stupid ones although I'm sure some of them were. I'm glad I chose Key Retirement Solutions.

Always willing to help
When I undertook looking for an alternative annuity provider I did not know what to expect, however, I should have realised it would be a 'bit of a minefield'. Key Retirement Solution's 'agent' was always helpful and, not wishing to sound demeaning at all, wasn't brash or sounded 'as if he knew it all'. That's not to say he wasn't fully aware but I would have been put off if the person at the other end of the telephone had been too 'cocky'. His approach was very settling and he was able to put my mind at ease when I wasn't sure if my interpretation of something was correct. He was very prompt in sending me information and it was very helpful when he went through the paperwork that he had sent me so that I was fully aware of what was being asked. I would recommend Key Retirement Solutions over and above the alternative firm that I also contacted at the same time.
