Dan's the man
Danny arrived in good time for our interview, very smartly dressed and really helpful. He mixed business with chatting, and had exactly the right balance between being friendly and business-like. As I had studied the very comprehensive booklet Key had sent me, we were able to dispose of some of the basic stuff.
I informed Danny of all my assets, and he was able to advise me what my next step should be, even though at this stage it is not to take out an Equity Drawdown Policy. However, it is still very much on the cards, but just delayed for a few years. I understand Danny has at least 5 more years working, so I shall make sure I approach Key Retirement Solutions in good time to ensure he is my adviser then. I cannot rate him too highly, top notch chap!

Key Retirement Solutions fitted my lock!
After investigating several other options, I decided to try Key Retirement Solutions, as their's seemed the better deal. After a speedy reply to my query regarding a further cost of £130 per LPA for registration, I went ahead. The process was quick and efficient and cheaper by far than any other quote! Professional and friendly.
Never have had the opportunity before to purchase annuities I was apprehensive in using an online broker.
I found Key Retirement Solutions online and after speaking with them and in particular Jacqueline Adams I went ahead with the policy whch seems to fill my requirements.

Now at ease with my life as I get older.
Right at the beginning when Sarah Jane Ions came to visit me I felt very much at ease with her. She explained everything very clearly to me, which was so helpful as this was such a huge decision and step to make. She was always at the end of the phone when I had a question and always returned my call with an answer. Excellent service from her all the way through.

EQUITY RELEASE FOR BEGINNERS
I watched happy couples on TV and newspaper adverts who had obviously found money through Equity Release but how did it really work? The consultant gave me over 30 minutes on the phone and explained the pros and cons. I was able to ask many questions as we went along and by the end I felt very informed about the whole process. He took my details and a week later came back to me with some actual figures from various providers for my situation. As it happened, I will be delaying the scheme for a few years because of age factors but I have filed my notes and the information (in a colourful folder) so that I can resume where I left off and feel confident in making the correct decisions. A marvellous service and FREE!

Golden Key
Having decided to consider equity release we contacted Key Retirement Solutions who sent Ray Brown to visit and explain what was involved. We found him very pleasant, courteous and well informed. He explained all details in language that was plain, clear, and unbiased. At each stage of the discussion we were given time to think and ask questions so that we knew exactly what we needed to make an informed decision.
Ray fully understood our equity release requirements and carefully selected More 2 Life as the mortgage company offering the best package to suit us. He also stressed that we should discuss what we were doing with our family before proceeding. When we received an offer from More 2 Life he put us in touch with an excellent solicitor, Peter Barton of Ashfords.
The whole procedure took just under three months and Ray regularly kept in touch with us to ensure that everything was going smoothly and to answer any questions that we may have.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Key Retirement Solutions to anyone who was seriously considering equity release.

Confidence With Key
We were a little anxious about releasing money from our home but after two meetings with Jeff Major from Key Retirement Solutions the anxiety was dispelled.
The first meeting identified our requirements and financial situation and the final meeting showed us precisely the details of our equity release .

An amazing experience!
I found Key Retirement Solutions representative Ivor such a nice helpful person.
His explanations of the whole procedure were very straightforward and succinct.

Very easy no pressure and very understandable information

Totally professional and independent advice from start to finish
Throughout we have been under no presure but just given the facts and figures to enable us to reach our decision on equity release without any fear of later reservations. Furthermore the assistance being given by Key in selecting an annuity, granting Powers of Attorney and amending our wills has ensured that any previous financial uncertainties and concerns have been resolved which hopefully ensures that we can enjoy our retirement to the full.

Elaine made the process easy to understand, items to consider and questions to ask were answered, and papers to read into an easy step by step understanding. Worried about which annunity option to go for - take the weight off your shoulders and enlist the help of Key Retirement Solutions
After spending the last 30 years of my 43 years full-time working life helping people with the various problems they had, it was quite strange to all of a sudden to have to myself ask for help in sorting out what seemed to be a complete minefield but I had no need to worry for -luckily for me - Gemma McDermott from Key Retirement Solutions answered my call for assistance and it wasn't in a way that you find a lot of organisations operate, very matter of fact and clinical almost in their approach that you almost feel you are being a nuisance and certainly not at ease in asking what are simple and perhaps irrelevant questions to them but of the most important to you. . From the very beginning, when she so quickly responded to my initial on-line enquiry, I immediately felt like I had made a new friend because of the way in which she spoke to me, reassuring and patient in explaining what would happen, I just knew I was in good hands and when she said to leave everything with her you just knew that you could - it was a huge weight off my shoulders and I came away with more money into the bargain!

A confused situation made simple
We were contacted with Key Retirement Solutions via a search engine. I was expecting to get illustrations but instead had a telephone call from an advisor, Mr Rob Saunders. I was then expecting a "hard sell" but in fact it was the very opposite anf we were grateful for the unbaised advice we received. and for the assistance in guiding us through the process. There are no costs to us and the complete pension pot is transferred to an annuity. We would certainly recommend Mr Saunders and his company to others

Retirement decision made easy
We thought about this long and hard prior to asking for our first meeting. Elaine Fletcher put us at our ease and helped with all the paperwork, questions, fears and details. The actual process was fairly easy and completed within the timescale discussed. The only downside to the whole process is that many adverts show cashbacks etc, but when we sat down none of these applied and I believe the cost to be excessive for what is achieved. Almost 10% of our drawdown figure? You need to look at this area? I beleive that if you are going to offer incentives that this should apply to all products and not just selected ones that draw people in? Regards
