I placed an order in good faith with Kiddisave on the 31st March 2012 for goods showing as 'in stock', and was most dissatisfied by their overall service or lack thereof, they dispatched some of my items but not all of them, by the 20th April I still had not received all of my goods, which were paid for IN FULL on the 31st March 2012 so I had to query with them as to why my items had not been despatched within the 3-5 day time frame as per their instructions on their website. Again I re-iterate I only ordered goods that were showing as "in stock" on their website.
I had to telephone them as my numerous emails went ignored, to ascertain what was going on with the remainder of my order, only to be informed by their customer service agent Claire that they were 'expecting a delivery in" the next day and my goods would be despatched immediately and I would receive my confirmation email. How can state on their website that they have goods in stock when in actual fact they are waiting on a delivery in, is this not false advertising?
Yet again I received NO COMMUNICATION from them. I paid for goods and they failed to supply them. After all the stress (Im 8mths pregnant) my husband phoned and demanded a refund which I got several days later.
I must say I find it most surprising, given the current financial climate, that they would conduct their business in this manner, when there are so many similar business out there, vying for my custom! I would never buy anything from Kiddisave again, its not worth the hassle!
