Incorrect information on website and unknowledgeable and unhelpful customer service staff.

Having checked online that the item I wished to purchase was in stock, I went ahead and placed my order. I was very pleased to receive an email the following day confirming that my item had been dispatched from your warehouse and was now with the courier. Somewhat concerned 2 plus weeks later when I still had not received my order, I rang "customer services". I was told that the item was not actually in stock and they were awaiting delivery. "Are you aware that your website is still showing the item as in stock?" I said to the representative, "they are not in stock" the representative repeated. "When are they expected in" I asked, "don't know maybe in the next few days" I was told. What a waste of money on the phone call. Needless to say I cancelled my order and went elsewhere, where incidentally I received the item 3 days after placing my order. It makes a mockery of internet shopping when delivery dates and stock levels are not correct and up to date.
