As a new mum I wanted a pushchair with impeccable features as I chose a Britax B Smart. After searching high and low for a model in 'purple rain' (2011 model) Kiddisave had one in stock. Even better - it had a free carrycot! Perfect for keeping my baby daughter snug and warm as winter approaches. Kiddisave were prompt in confirmation, delivery and service and all for a great price! My pram arrived yesterday and I am thrilled. Can't wait to take my little one for a stroll.
I have ordered a Bugaboo Bee plus pushchair last August and my item never came til about 10 weeks after. Although they quote that for Bugaboo products it usually will take 4-6wks but I never expected it to be as late as 10wks. I have done all the follow-ups I could think of every week after the 6th week, good thing they always reply to my msgs just to lessen the anxiety I was feeling that time. I was so worried as I was due so soon & I dnt want to deliver my baby without it yet. When it finally came, I'm just surprised they gave me a refund of about £49 for the inconvenience which I'm so glad about.
Looked at a few sites selling the Uppababy footmuff and this was the lowest but with it being the lowest price, it wasn't the best in terms of delivery and took about 4-5 days to arrive and also no notification as to what time it would arrive like other baby companies. Otherwise it was great service and I like the idea of receiving points to potentially get a further discount next time.
I ordered a Jane Strata car seat. It was in a discontinued colour and had a whopping 63% off. There was no confirmation of dispatch when I expected it, so I wrote and asked how long it would take. Kiddisave wrote back informing me that they didn't have any of that particular colour in stock and offered me another, more recent version. I accepted and it arrived within 48 hours (not including a weekend). I half expected ex-display stock, but no, the seat was absolutely brand new, sealed, with tags, just as it had left the factory. They even honoured my original discount when they could just as easily have cancelled the order. Excellent service.
I was very pleased with this transaction. The pushchair I purchased was at the best price I could find anywhere! Delivery was quick with a text letting me know the date and delivery time to the hour. Will definitely be using Kiddisave again.
Ordered this balance bike after lots of research. It appeared to be the best one which would suit my son from the age of 12 months old. The bike is very well made and should withstand a boistrous young boy! The item didn't arrive within the 5 working days, however after one call to kiddisave they rang the suppliers and confirmed it would be with me by the end of the week, which it was.

I bought a Moses Basket from this firm. I had previously ordered the same item from a well known Glasgow supplier of baby things and was later told it had been discontinued and they would refund my £125 in 3 to 5 working days!!! They said they had phoned Silver Cross and tried everywhere in the country to get one - obviously didn't try very hard as I bought one from Kiddisave and it was delivered within 2 working days. The item is beautiful and the delivery firm DPD were fantastic texting me a one hour delivery time. The driver (Lee) was like a breath of fresh air. You also get loyalty points. I would highly recommend Kiddisave and will certainly buy everything I need from them in the future.
Overall, I am very impressed with the Kiddicare shopping experience. I e-mailed customer service about a price match for the footmuff I wanted and with a couple of additional questions. They replied promptly the next day and answered all my questions fully. Having placed the order today, I am just waiting for my footmuff to arrive now!!
This is about the fourth purchase from Kiddisave and I would highly recommend them to others for their value and customer service. The staff in store are also very helpful and pleasant.
Placed our order on a Sunday website stated if we ordered within the next 20 hours we would receive the product on Wednesday when placing the order and we would be notified of despatched via email, received no dispatch email so I contacted kiddisave via email, was told that the item would be with us by Friday the latest but there was no tracking information available at this time, received an email from DPD on Thursday to confirm a tracking number and confirm delivery for Friday.
Would use again but there is a lot of room for improvement before they reach a customer satisfactory level of there competitors, customer service were helpful and accurate but should it come to the point where we need to contact them if they just for fill there promises?
I fould the item I wanted on the web site - andy Warhol Cars set for the Bugaboo , The item was listed as out of stock so phoned the store to find out when they would haave more stock the person on the phone comfired that they had just recieved another set in and as I could not order on the phone and get the loyalty points I would have to order on the website However they also agreed that they would hold the item in my name until the end of the day so I would not miss out , I was kept updated with emails I had an email to say my order was complete ready for dispatch an further email to confirm it was going to be out for delivery the next day and then another with a 1 hour delivery time . The next day the courier delivered my item within the given 1 hour slot , the item was well packed with no damage to the packaging , The set its self looks great on my Bugaboo . The service was 10 out of 10 and I for one would be happy to use Kiddisave again.
I ordered my item on Saturday and recieved it today with free delivery exactly at the time they gave to me. The item was the cheapest from kiddisave and I would definitely recommend, happy customer :-)
Ordered a high chair with a next day delivery. A week later turns out it's out of stock, took my whole week to make a contact with customer services, emails would bounce back, no one was answering the phone. Appalling experience when I needed a chair urgently.
I ordered a bugaboo bee in pink at point of ordering it said 2-4 weeks. 9 weeks later it arrived after 3 complaints. Blamed on manufacturer delays on particular colour which I accept but only after I'd complained did they actually let me know a new timescale it was never off their own back. Customer service team were however very friendly when they did contact me.
I ordered a bugaboo and accessories last night. After reading the negative reviews I started to panic bit and called the company this morning. I was only on hold a couple of minutes and then the phone was answered. I spoke to Karen who confirmed what it said in the confirmation email that delivery would be 4-6 weeks but she offered to check the stock room to see if the items were in the warehouse. Most of them were and she said she will arrange for them to be send out next day delivery for me. The item that I would have to wait 4-6 weeks for she offered to refund back to me at order value. The response was really quick and helpful and so far I cannot complain. I just hope the refund will happen as I was told and the order will arrive on Thursday as discussed. Fingers crossed but so far I cannot echo the other people's bad experience.
