I visit the kiddisave shop more then the website I prefer to buy a pushchair in person I get a tutorial and I know I've got all the freebies such as raincover etc. the staff are polite, it's a nice store never had an issue with them.
Terrible company. Website says that item I ordered was in stock. They gave me a delivery date of 10th August and so I stayed in to receive the delivery which did not come. When I tried to phone the company I could not get through as nobody was answering the phone. Had to eventually phone the shop number to get someone to phone me back. They then told me that the delivery date was in error as the item was still not in stock but they were having a delivery later on in the week so the item would be with me on Friday 17th August. This date came and went and stll nothing. Again tried to phone the company and nobody was answering the phone. Eventually got through and spoke to someone who told me that even though they had a delivery the item had not been delivered. I cancelled the order!! I cannot understand how a company can run itself like this. There was no apology and no honesty. As a customer you expect to told the correct information and for it to be up to date. Will never ever order anything from them again and I suggest that nobody else does either!!

My wife and I ordered a pram as a preorder and were given a delivery date and paid in full. The delivery date (1 month and a half after we ordered it) came and went - no pram, we are due our baby any day now. We are now told that it will be another month at least despite what was said on their website when we ordered and paid.
The customer services comments to my wife (IF you can get through on the phone which is a herculean feat) where that we should have ordered our pram earlier and were disorganised! which left my wife feeling bad and in tears. I am sure they sometimes do make timely deliveries sometimes of preorder products but I wouldn't take the chance. The experience of others here seems to very much concur with ours.

As I'm a new mother I've been looking for the cheapest deals around and I found that kiddisave was really good on price against other companies. I ordered with them And received it sooner then I thought. Good company will be using again.
Ordered a Tripp trapp from kiddisave i went to the store to have a demonstration and they offered to help with any problems if I had any. Item arrived early and was the. Cheapest around great staff and excellent communication would recommend
We ordered a Babystyle Oyster Stroller with Grape Colour Pack from the Kiddisave.co.uk website for my sister's expected baby. I looked at the product details and there was a green tick for stock so I went ahead and ordered. I knew it would take a while to arrive as these kind of big orders take time. I placed the order on the 2nd May and the baby was to arrive in early June so I thought that should be plenty of time. Someone else had ordered from Kiddisave a car seat and it arrived in 4 days so I didn't worry.
Towards mid May when nothing had arrived I contacted Kiddisave by phone to enquire about the order. I was told they were awaiting delivery from the manufacturer and that until that delivery came they could not dispatch. I was shocked and told them I thought it was in stock. I was told that if the item is in stock with the manufacturer then they state it as in stock. They await delivery from the manufacturer then and will then dispatch it to my sister. I was upset as I didn't realise that was the case but asked when the delivery from the manufacturer would arrive. I could not get a straight answer - we're expecting a delivery next week I was told but no date given or any kind of reassurance. I took them at their word and waited.
At the end of next week when there was still no delivery I contacted Kiddisave again. This time I was a bit distressed as my sister's baby had actually arrived early and was now born. I expressed my urgency to Kiddisave and explained that now the baby was here the stroller was needed very urgently for my sister to get around. I was firmly told that they had no control until a delivery came from the manufacturer - there was no further solution given to me other than to wait and nobody would confirm to me the manufacturer's delivery date! I don't mind waiting but until I have some idea of when it would arrive I could at least rest easy...but this way I was very uncertain and had to keep explaining and apologising to my sister. She managed to get along by using the car seat but in the first week of June it started to become too difficult to manage without a stroller. I phoned Kiddisave again and although they apologised for the inconvenience I was still told to wait and was again told a delivery was expected next week.
That was the last straw for me I'm afraid; I couldn't believe them because they had previously told me it would be delivered next week and it wasn't. I then had no way of knowing if it would be the next month or longer! I searched online for another babystyle stroller on the internet. They were out of stock in many places but I came across another seller called Groovystyle. I phoned them up and explained my situation. They were very sympathetic and calming. I had phoned on the Friday 8th June and they told me if I put the order through in the next 30 minutes they would personally see that it was dispatched immediately and confirmed it would get to my sister by Monday 11th June. I did as I was told and placed the order, phoned them up again and they dispatched it on the phone with me. I kept receiving texts to ensure me the order was on the way and it arrived with my sister on Monday as expected.
I just felt it was such a waste of time stressing over the order with Kiddisave when I could have had such an easy time elsewhere. They had explained they only show if the order is in stock with the manufacturer which is fine but if you cannot confirm properly when it will reach the customer then it causes a lot of unnecessary tension. I don't think I will be ever ordering with Kiddisave again even though this could have been a one-off incident. I didn't really like that nobody tried to understand or help even when I explained that the baby had come and we were having difficulty, if you sell baby products then I would've thought they'd had a little sympathy.
Sorry Kiddisave I don't normally like to give bad reviews but after that experience I really felt compelled to share my story.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
Placed an order on 15 June for an instock item. Sent an email saying it had been dispatched but it had not. Item still not received.
I tried to chase it up but got emails from a very rude customer service representative stating that I was in the wrong despite me presenting them with their own emails. They have said that we had to allow upto two weeks for delivery which has long since passed.
My wife tried to call today and as soon as she gave the order number they hung up and now will not answer her calls. This is shocking behaviour. I have instructed my credit card company to recover the funds.
They have lied to us at every step of the process and falsely advertise items as in stock. They are then rude when you highlight their wrong-doing.
The prices advertised are excellent but like most things that appear to be too good to be true they are in fact not!
Only gave 1 star has it will not accept 0 stars.
I placed this order on the 19th of June.
As of today I have sent three chase up emails and made two phone calls. Each time I was told it would only be a few days before my order would be ready to be sent out to me and alas I am still waiting. I have ordered several things from other sites since placing this order and I have received all of them.
Also when trying to use this reference for tracking I always get the following message "Tracking Information Expired
The tracking data on this shipment has not been updated in more than 10 business days by Parcelforce. Please contact Parcelforce for more information" which is quite alarming considering the money has already been paid
Today 3rd July something arrived! But I'm still missing two items! Kiddisave did not state they were making a partial delivery they just said my order was on its way. Now I have to wait until morning before I can talk to anyone
I initially called to enquire about the item and was very impressed with the friendly service received. I ordered the item online and the process was easy and delivery was quick-the communication about delivery was excellent.
When ordering with Kiddisave be aware of pre-order (out of stock) items. Prices are very competitive on the site, but be careful it you need an item urgently.
I order 2 items, 1 in stock, 1 pre-order (with delivery planned for end of May). By early June still no sign of either item, as the first items also went out of stock after I ordered it.
After 2 chasing phone calls to the helpline, the staff could not guarantee a delivery date, so I cancelled the order and reordered with other websites. One of the items from Kiddicare was delivered the next day!
Refund was received promptly and staff were helpful as much as possible.

I ORDERED A PRAM FROM THE WEBSITE ON THE 1ST MAY 2012. WAS TOLD ON THE INTERNET 15TH MAY DELIVERY. AS OF TODAY 8TH JUNE 2012 THEY HAVE LIED NO END BLAMING THE COMPANY OF THE MAKER OF THE PRAM STATING ITS THEIR FAULT WHEN I SPOKE TO THE FIRM OF THE PRAM MAKER TODAY THEY HAVE ACTUALLY TOLD ME THAT KIDDISAVE SHOULDNT HAVE TOLD ME 15TH MAY THE DELIVERY WAS FOR THE 31ST MAY WHEN STOCK WOULD BE IN THEIR WAREHOUSE. IT IS ACTUALLY THE MAKERS OF THE PRAM WHO ARE SENDING THE PRAM OUT TO ME. IM AM REALLY DISGUSTED WITH THE WAY MY ORDER HAS BEEN DEALT WITH, AND THE ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF AT KIDDISAVE THE NEED TO HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING.
Item was delivered within a couple of days and I was really impressed with the text messages and emails confirming the day the delivery would be made, also a further one on the day of the delivery confirming the time it would be made, which was spot on time.I wish other companies were this good.
Very happy with the service from KiddiSave. Delivery was bang on time and a surprise for us what that assembly of cotbed and drawers was included which saved me some hassle.
Kiddisave also beat mothercare on prices and stock whereas Mothercare had sold out and had no info on when they would have new stock, Kiddisave had our products in stock.
I ordered several items from the babystyle oyster range. I had struggled to get them anywhere else as babystyle are having problems with keeping up to demand so I was over the moon when I found them in stock at Kiddisave for such a great price. They did turn out to be a problem with the delivery they were supposed be get from babystyle but when I contacted them about my order the customer service was fabulous and aeven though it wasn't their fault they went out of the way to get me my items which they ended up getting sent from their store and they arrived with in 3 days of speaking to them. Will definitely uses Kiddisave again in the future.
Having checked online that the item I wished to purchase was in stock, I went ahead and placed my order. I was very pleased to receive an email the following day confirming that my item had been dispatched from your warehouse and was now with the courier. Somewhat concerned 2 plus weeks later when I still had not received my order, I rang "customer services". I was told that the item was not actually in stock and they were awaiting delivery. "Are you aware that your website is still showing the item as in stock?" I said to the representative, "they are not in stock" the representative repeated. "When are they expected in" I asked, "don't know maybe in the next few days" I was told. What a waste of money on the phone call. Needless to say I cancelled my order and went elsewhere, where incidentally I received the item 3 days after placing my order. It makes a mockery of internet shopping when delivery dates and stock levels are not correct and up to date.
Looking back to my pregnancy earlier this year, I realised it hadn't been as easy to buy all my bits and pieces for my impending baby that I remember it being the first time round. There are so many suppliers out there fighting for business, and I was truly confused with all the internet searching trying to find the best deals for the best products I needed.
I was recommended about kiddisave by a friend as apparently the prices were very good compared to the high street shops. Needless to say I had to have a look.
I ordered items adding upto a total price of £69.99 I really couldn't pass this offer up. Kiddisave website said 3-5 days to deliver.
You can pay for your order with all the standard cards, Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch. They only accept card payments and wont therefore accept cheques etc.
In the next twenty four hours, I received a confirmation email from Kiddisave to let me know my order had been placed, another email to let me know my order had been dispatched, I also received the delivery (by Interlink Express ) before lunchtime the following day. It was all packaged well and the driver brought it into my house for me. My signature was required and job done.
I ordered the Britax B-Mobile buggy after a recommendation from a friend and had no problems whatsoever. I received an order confirmation when making the order and was also able to track the package delivery on their website. The product came in fantastic condition
We ordered the Cosatto Arlo changer in white on Kiddisave which showed the item as "In stock - delivered by supplier". Having read some of the negative feedback, I added a note when ordering asking that Kiddisave contact me immediately if the item turned out not to be in stock. I received a standard email saying that the order had been 'processed' but no word about delivery date so phoned them 3 working days later to have an update. The operator phoned the supplier while on the line with me and found out that the item was discontinued. He said however that they were going to try and source it from elsewhere, that they would give me a call back. The next day, not having heard anything, I call Kiddisave again and there, the same thing: operator calls supplier because I am chasing. In the end, supplier was not able to source the item and I had to get a refund - which was processed swiftly but the question is why was I charged for something that was never available in the first place? And why don't they advise customers when there is a problem with an order?
I don't normally write reviews but i thought i would because i am genuinely really pleased with the service i have received from Kiddisave.co.uk. I ordered a cot bed, mattress and a bedding set on the 2nd of May and i received it on the 4th of May. I had a text message telling me what time it would be delivered. I have set up the new babys room and it looks really nice. I will use Kiddisave.co.uk again. Thankyou very much.
We are expecting our 2nd baby in a couple of weeks, we ordered a Stokke xplory. We emailed them to make sure we could get the item quick enough as we were in a bit of a rush and we were very impressed with there response. Delivery was with us the very next day
I had to wait three weeks for goods although it was noted that goods in stock. Do not trust them, its a lie...all goods in manufacturer's stock...They charged me for the goods immediately after purchase but the goods arrived three weeks later
Also their email or phone does not respond. I will never buy from this website again. I recomend you to find a different website aswell.
Kiddisave has a huge selection of items - everything you need, from toys to buggies. They continue to beat the market on both variety and price. Their continued efforts mean that their prices are hard to beat by their competitors - and customers return time and time again as they feel that they are getting the best possible price compared to all other retailers.
I recently brought a Stokke pushchair from Kiddisave I am so pleased with the service I was given. I brought all the accessories for the Stokke and it was all at a great price compared to other stores. They give me a estimated delivery time it came when they said with no hassle. I would use this store again.
