Outstanding customer service and product quality.
The Celtic design pocketwatch was beautiful and well made. I had it engraved and it looked great. I ordered from the United States and the shipment took about 10 days. The cost of the shipping was very low (about $6). The only thing that I would caution about ordering from the U.S. is to call your credit card company first and tell them you are processing this order to the U.K. They will flag this purchase to go through security checks that all the credit card companies have. My Visa purchase was rejected because I didn't do this. But, Kiltmakers contacted me via email immediately, and I worked with my credit card company and Kiltmakers to get this order through. The customer service folks at Kiltmaker's are fantastic and keep their commitments to follow up.

We required 20 Quaichs to be engraved within 2 days and you supplied this brilliantly! The detail on the Quaichs were correct and you called to confirm that they were available so that we knew when to collect. Very happy with the service and would definitely use again.

Wonderful
Nothing has changed since my last order except there is now a delivery charge. A sleek, efficient and prompt service. Although I ordered over the bank holiday weekend, my goods still arrived by the next available post. Outstanding Service
From start to finish I have really felt that this was a company who truely care about their customers. Think i sent for my wifes anniversary pressie at the beggining of may for the 21st, as we went away on the 15th i missed the delivery,we got back today 29th may still not seen the pressie,it`s stuck in the main post office in the next town to us. I hope!

They know the meaning of customer service
I ordered a tie and bow tie in my tartan. The website stated that there could be a delay in making up the bow tie. After placing the order, a representative from kiltmakers.c.o.uk called my home and left a detailed answerphone message to explain when the order would be fulfilled.
The items arrived on schedule. Excellent service.

Good value and great service.
Looked at many sites which were all very overpriced. I particularly liked the Scottish element of adding the Scottish whiskey and the other wee extra. It's a tiny quaich but I really like it. The couple are going back to Australia where they live and didn't want any gifts to carry but I thought this fit the bill perfectly as we didn't want to just give a cheque. It is really good quality and I know I'd be very grateful to anyone for providing this gift.

Quick, easy, reliable
Very fast and efficient service. The product was carefully engraved, and was of good quality. Only down side was that the "presentation box" was rather large for the item, so as a gift it didn't look as good as it could have. I would definitely use kilt makers again.

The web site is easy to negotiate. My order arrived quickly, and in good condition. The Harris tweed purse I ordered is just right, and has already been remarked on several times as being very nice, and unusual. Without doubt one of the best presents I have ever given!
The whole experience I received from Kiltmakers was exceptional from start to finish. From efficiently sorting out my own mistake at the ordering process to receiving my order within days was superb.
