Easy Process, Great Price
Pleased with the service I got from The K&B Warehouse. Ordered a Franke sink, purely based on the price they offered. Was delivered once I'd agreed a date with the delivery company - didn't know this was going to be the procedure, but a nice way of doing it.

Nice company to deal with
Ordered a kitchen tap from them. Arrived a few days later but was faulty. An email was sent and James promptly answered and promised a replacement during the same week. This arrived as he'd promised. The best way to judge a company is by how they deal with any issues and in this instance it was dealt with in a manner that did not inconvenience me. Almost forgot, excellent price!

Slow delivery due to incorrect online stock count
7 days after order and still not received goods. No contact from sales dept to inform me of non stock, had to call them after 6 days and un-answered email. Site states 2 day delivery, very disappointed as has delayed installation, if stock had shown correctly, I would have ordered elsewhere.

Highly recommended, great customer service
I would definitely recommend this company, they provided great service especially communication when my parcel went missing with the courier. James arranged for next day delivery before 12 on a Saturday to send out a replacement ensuring my bathroom refit would not be delayed.

First class service and products.
I had already researched which of the many online sink and tap companies had good reviews and reputations and chose K&BW. I was not disappointed. The whole procedure was excellent from the initial communication on placing the order to the continuous update until the products delivery within 48hrs.
The products were all competitively priced and delivery was free. I would recommend this company to others and will be using them again myself.

Excellent Friendly Service
I ordered the Franke Mythos Fusion sink and tap set after speaking with one of their sales persons on some technical aspects. I would highly recommend this set as it is good value for money and excellent build quality.
The staff were very knowledgeable about their products, polite, friendly and not pushy at all.
Their delivery times are very quick and their delivery costs are some of the best around.
Their impartial advice together with one of the best prices on the web makes this is an excellent company to purchase from and would highly recommend.

Helpful sales people, efficient service
I ordered a range of items, some of which had to be ordered in especially. They arranged multiple deliveries and only charged me for one. Their communication was very good, they were very helpful and the delivery driver even rang me half an hour beforehand to give me warning. All that and the price was very competitive too, would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic service with courtesy
I received an incomplete order from the supplier but this was sorted out immediately with courtesy and real service which one rarely receives today. I will definitely use this company again.

Unbelievably quick response
Fantastic company. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Rang them on a Friday afternoon at 5pm to see if they had a particular Franke sink in stock. They checked their warehouse and rang me back within half an hour to confirm that they did, and it was with me by 8.30am on the following Tuesday. Sink was in tip top condition and obtanied at a very competitive price. I had previously been let down by a "big-name" internet plumbing supplier who kept my money for a month before failing to fulfil my order, so to get it supplied by Kitchenandbathroomwarehouse within 2 working days like this was nothing short of miraculous. The ability to communicate with them over the phone was most welcome and I was treated with immense courtesy.

Excellent - right from the taking of the order to delivery - first class.
I had to check that the sink I wanted was in stock as Franke indicated that it was discontinued. The guy (in Somerset I think) was great and overall the service was first class - delivered as arranged.
