Really impressive service and delivered ahead of schedule

I have to commend you on the quality, speed and price of your service. The Nike shirts look fantastic and the numbering is spot on or 'bang tidy', as I believe they say in some parts of England!

Mostly I have been impressed with your communication and the fact that the whole ordering process and arrival of shirts took only 14 days to go from England to Australia.

I will be recommending your business to the other teams in our grade.

Supplier issues compounded by a series of oversights

We ordered jackets and trousers from Kit King. Their prices are very competitive and they were prompt about getting in touch and sorting the order. Unfortunately Adidas kit appears to be in short supply which heavily delayed the order but it was only when asked that they offered to split the non-Adidas kit and send it on.

When the Adidas items were finally in stock I had to badger them to ensure a delivery deadline was met and twice errors were made leading to a delay in items being sent out and ultimately the deadline being missed.

Would I use them again? If the price was right then yes but would suggest keeping in regular touch to ensure they keep on top of things.

Shocking STAY AWAY at ALL COSTS

Well what can I say, phone through an order ''Yes sir we have it stock and can print it all and you will have it within 10 days''.
After 10 days and NO kit I decided to phone them to see how the order was progressing!! ''Unfortunately sir we seem to have lost your kit that has been picked and printed - we apologies and have repicked it and it will be with you within a few days''.
Giving them the benefit I left it a few days still no sign so called them again......''we don't seem to be able to find your order again'' by now I'm starting to lose the plot especially with 10 eight year old lads waiting for their new kits!!! 'I'm picking the order again as I speak to you'' I was told by Jason.
Again leaving it a couple of days I called again only to be told that the kits were never in stock in the first place!!!!!!
Of course I asked for an immediate refund to my card of which the response was 'no problem I will do it now for you' 5 days later still waiting for the money I called them again only to be told 'sorry we have been so busy it hasn't been done' what the F*&K!!! (what busy picking imaginary kits??)
Finally got refund after threating them with legal action from the bank etc.......Please do not even think about using them.......USE www.newitts.com they are fantastic next day delivery of ALL items. SUPERB.....

Awful Experience....Stay Away..!

After an initial decision of choosing KitKing we placed our order worth £500. With great intentions we eagerly awaited our order which they informed us would be at the very most 17 working days. We had planned this in advance of a summer league football starting the week after they said the kit would arrive. Oh how we would regret that order.

A week after our kit should of arrived I had to call them (They didnt contact me) to enquire about our order to which they informed me that it hadnt even been sent because of a mixup in the company. I kindly kept the argument at a tone whereby i didnt explode with rage because the guy said he would phone me back with a possible gesture of goodwill from his company. Needless to say I never received that phonecall and I contacted them again to clarify what they would do about this mixup, their response was basically "Nothing".

In summary we are very dissapointed with the handling of our order.

Couldn't Be Happier!

I emailed Kitking late on a Friday evening with a request for an order of eight shirts that I need for the following Thursday. I received an email back the same evening with all the pricing and info I had requested. The communication was prompt, courteous and told me eveything I needed to know. The shirts arrived, all as arranged and on time and the team are delighted with them. I would highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I am happy, Why did that happen to the other reviewers?

Ordered on-line, received a friendly telephone call a few days later advising of one size shirt out of stock, I agreed with alternative suggested and received a very good value kit ( kit king`s brand) the very next day . The kit is also colour fast in the wash too. great quality socks much better than our old erea and nike. I was sceptical to buy after reading the other reviews but took the gamble at these prices...No worries...Very pleased.

Awful, avoid at all cost

Totally unacceptable: supposedly order long sleeves shirts instead of short sleeves, then when re-ordered, supposedly Nike was out of inventories ...

Then they were supposed to deliver the long sleeves but we never received them, supposedly because they did not put my phone number on the address.

They barely answered after 10 days when I try to reach them.

Not a bad company to deal with,we had a problem with a supplier but to be fair Kit king were more than good to get it sorted. I will use them again.
