I have bought pretty much ALL my studio gear in the last few years from KMR: MacPro fully installed with Logic, RME converters, Dynaudio & Avantone monitors and various leads and software. They beat EVERYONE including Digital Village on price, were a lot of fun to deal with and always help me out if I have an issue of any sort. Adrian & Stefan are the guys I usually deal with. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
KMR is a fantastic Music retailer, the service is unquestionable and its based around service number 1, I had an issue with a Mixing console I bought new in November last year, the short story was, I had 3 in the space of 3 months, whilst I was between consoles being taken back to the manufacturer, KMR where like a rock for me, dealt with everything the politics etc etc and kept me working with a Soundcard of my choice "the prism Orpheus". I have to say through this period.. and "I can't stress this enough" it was evident to me, the sale wasn't the important thing and i wasn't left hanging ! the important thing was that i was looked after and catered for in whatever i need. do remember this when you are tempted with a cheaper price from a competitor, that reassurance is worth so much more when your left with faulty gear and you have sessions arranged. Fantastic company and great staff with amazing knowledge and advice.

I m super happy with KMR, the guys there definitely know what they are talking about and they are not trying to sell you something you don't want. On top of that they are very patient and you don't need to haggle to get a good deal.
I will definitely shop from KMR in the future, I give them a 6 out of 5.
Absolutely one of the best pro-audio suppliers in Europe.
Excellent service from Nick for an online sale of some Lindell 500 modules. Everything arrived when he said it would, tracked all the way & they sound fantastic in the rack. Very pleased, thanks!
These guys have helped me out countless times and if they can they will always get the item to you asap , even on the day in a cab if needed !! And unlike many of the other dealers they are actually interested in building a relationship with customers.
I have purchased audio equipment from KMR on several occasions. Plenty of good, informed advice available each time. Will not be the last time I use their services.
I bought a couple of black Audient strips and forgot it needed a lunchbox. When the lunchbox came,as I ordered,I realized I was sent the API one that doesn t fit. When I asked I needed the Audient lunchbox and not the API I was told they don´t make them anymore and that I had to look in the net to try and find one.I did ask if I could send back the strips, keep the API box and buy some API strips.I had to send back the API box but had to keep the Audient strips and I still don t know if I´ll find the Audient lunchbox. If I don´t ,it should be around 800 pounds down the drain...Nice,huh?
Having taken full payment for my order (£900), I was then informed that the compressor was not in stock (contrary to the website listing).
I was promised that they would be in stock and shipped within a week. Three weeks have passed and I still have no delivery, and only one more email to say "They will be here this week" - which also didn't materialise.
On top of this, the website fails to send emails, so I cannot even check my order, or confirm my account.
Poor and inaccurate communication, £900 out of pocket... and I'm still waiting...
Perhaps KMR if you are reading this you could let me know (honestly) when my order is likely to arrive?
No problem, go ahead. Compare prices though.
