A very happy shopper!!

Excellent & polite customer service on the phone, which gave me confidence to order online with them for a Lian Li Computer case. Went for standard 2 day delivery, was very suprised when 3-4 hours after ordering, I got a email stating the order had been dispatched, and whats more the delivery eta was for the following day!!!.
At this point I thought there was a mistake as I had only paid for a 2 day service to save a couple of quid. Next morning the email proved to be correct when the Business Post courier arrived with my brand new computer case.

I don't think there is much more to add, other than I will 100% be using KSN again in the future.
