Code didn't work, account disappeared

I decided to use Kumbaso as I wanted to download The Sims quickly rather than going to the shop. Firstly the code took much longer than the stated 15 mins however this was acceptable. Then the code allowed me to download the game through Origin but I could not activate it with the given code, I contacted Origin and they didn't recognise the code at all. After trying to log into my account on Kumbaso to see if there was a refund option, it said that my email was not recognised, even though they've emailed the codes to that email!

Great company fast and responsive customer service via email.

OK I was skeptical at first but I looked up some reviews and all were positive so I went for it.

In less than 15 minutes I had 2 keys! I logged onto steam and bam had my game.

I accidentally purchased 2 keys and I couldn't think of anyone to give the second key to so I emailed them back telling them what happened. He immediately sold the other key and refunded me the money the very next day!

Keep in mind it's always a chance they key is from another country that's how they sell it so cheap, but I believe based on my experience with them that they are straight up!

Great Price and Worked without any issues

I will purchase again from Kumbaso.com. I was sent three emails and the final one contained the activation code and instructions on how to activate the product over the VPN connection. Fantastic service!!!

DO NOT Give them your money...

They are intentionally unclear about the VPN requirement for activating your game until after you've purchased the software.

The instructions for activation are less than perfectly clear, and if you make a mistake during your attempt to activate, the activation code you are provided will be invalidated and will not work. You get one shot.

Kumbaso will not help to resolve these problems if you do not get the installation right on the first try, and Steam's response is that they are well aware that Kumbaso is ripping people off, but they will not help either.

Find another place to buy your games.

Shame on you Kumbaso.

How am I intentionally unclear that it requires VPN if it says in big red letters Requires VPN activation!!! And then it shows you a link to instructions ON THE PRODUCT PAGE. And on all the other product pages if the game requires a VPN it will say so. And there's no limitation on how many times you can try to redeem your key.

DO NOT BUY FROM KUMBASO, AS I HAVE LEARNT THE HARD WAY...

Long story short, I bought Skyrim for PC thinking, yes, great price, then I found out the hard way, having to download the game through Ukraine servers and it only working through that way.

You'd of been better off just pirating the game.

I contacted steam support and they informed me that KUMBASO.COM is not a legitimate company, simply using keygens as well as other software.

KEEP AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

The warning that Russian VPN is required is there on the product page and it's always been there. And no one can use keygens to generate valid keys for Steam, so my keys are not generated by me, but are bought from official game distributors.

The product key arrived when schedule. The game it’s awesome (C.O.D Black Ops). It’s a lil tricky to install it and activate it. It turns out you have to download the game using a torrent client (I used uTorrent), after that, you have to connect to a server that they send you with the key so you can activate the game using Steam client. If you are not connected to the server they sent, the game won’t activate on Steam, giving you the error that the game” it’s not available in your country”. The good thing is that the also provide instructions. Overall, I think its great cause I saved over 60% of my retail store, the key arrived on schedule, and the game work perfect.

Not too hard to sort out

activation key came quickly - about 16 hours after payment (it does say it may take upto 36 hours, so relatively...)

Followed the instructions and after a lengthy download, I was playing bf3.

Exactly what I wanted for half price

I paid. They delivered within one day. I followed their directions and it worked. They kept their promises. Pure awesomeness for half price. Give it a try. You might like it.

Good pricing, slow delivery.

-2 stars only because of the wait on delivery. The game was very, very cheap and worked fine through Steam (need a VPN though). Could be fast on delivery as it took two days for the key which is "meh" for a digital game download. Similar shops took only a day at most, a couple hours at least.

I might order again.

Really Good Service Saves Money

At first like every one else I was sceptical but I ordered, received a receipt and the next day received my key and it worked!

No communication and no delivery

Ordered in good faith and payment was taken straight away.

However I recieved no communication at all from the seller, and 48 hrs later I'm left trying to cancel the order.

Avoid.

Exactly what I ordered: BF3 for 66% off!

It looked to good to be true, but he delivered! I got my code the next day, and it worked.

The Game Doesn't work

I paid, waited a day, got the key code and only a black screen pops up. After asking for help, he offered none. I told him I was running Windows 8 and he said it was MY FAULT. So, I did a total Hard Disk wipe and re-installed Windows Vista. Now it gives a different error. Kumbaso won't give me a refund, EA can't seem to find what's wrong.

One of the other reviews was right. You get what you pay for.

I told you that Windows 8 is not compatible with Battlefield 3. This game works for everyone else, except for you.

They were very fast and super cheap. Would definitely reccomend them. I will be using their service again in the future.

Battlefield 3 for $34? YES!

To be honest I was totally skeptical when I first saw kumbaso's website. Looks like a scam. BUT, I did some research, and out of the very few reviews there are, they were all positive. So I figured I'd give it a shot, and it paid off! I ordered on Friday, waited 24 hours, then got impatient since my game key wasn't here yet. I emailed the company and they said my key would get to me on Monday. 5:45 AM on Monday my key came in! The game was in Russian, but they provide full instructions on how to get it in English. It works like a charm! Happily playing for about half the price. :)

I got what I paid for!

After a couple hours I received my working game code for Battle field 3. Followed their directions to set it to english and it worked like a charm.

Awesome, but could use improvement.

I was skeptical at first, but it actually works. However- putting the game I got- battlefield 3- into English was kinda a chore, and almost didn't happen. You see, part of the dll files that were needed to make it work were on Megaupload. It was just my luck that Megaupload had been taken down about a week before I purchased the game. An intermediate-difficulty google search later, and I was in the clear-but I found it just a tad unprofessional (although I assume this was done to avoid copyright liability).

Overall though- can't beat that price! Almost a $30 discount and only 20 minutes worth of frustration. I would use this service again, but I'd want to make sure that the English coversion was possible before I bought.

I bought Battlefield 3 for 1/2 price than anywhere else on the internet. Really quick on receiveing activation key. Only thing I had to change acouple files to English. No biggie, they had the the detailed instructions on how to do it. Told some friends n brothers about the service. They are Going to buy also, I will definitly be back for more. Thx

Proven Wrong.

Anyways, I saw the price of Assassin's creed revelation for nearly half off. I was initially afraid of trusting a company, I never heard of. I spent a good 30 minutes doing research about the company and I only found a couple of things related to kumbaso.com. Needless to say, I was ready to have Paypal pull the plug, but I was totally wrong. I order it at night downloaded the game in less than an hour and the next morning I received my CD-key and everything was great. I would highly recommend this site to anybody.
