Exceeded my expectations, very happy.
Replaced the base units and work tops but reusing the wooden doors as I really like them. Purchased flat pack and pre assembled units. The flat pack was really easy to put together and is sturdy and looks great. The pre assembled is also well made and looks great. They are now in place and I am over the moon with them. We are doing this work ourselves and it has been a great help that the units have been so easy to put together and install. From start to finish the customer service has been excellent. The order arrived on time and delivered by a very helpful and friendly chap. The price was so reasonable and I have now placed a second order for phase two of our kitchen project. Can't wait for it to arrive!

Excellent quality, professional company
I've just used L&L to replace my tired outdated kitchen cupboard doors. The new doors came exactly as ordered, made to a high standard and to exact dimensions.
I made one mistake in my order (forgot to request hinge holes in one flip up cupboard door, but was able to cut these using a special drillbit that cost me a fiver.
It's made a huge difference to the look of the kitchen for a fraction of the cost and effort of replacing the whole cupboards. Comments from my friends have all been positive.

Amazing Quality, Fantastic Service.
I found the quality of the work to be fantastic, the outcome of the project far exceeded my expectations. The quality of the products is amazing, I can't believe how little it cost. I feel that the service I was given and the help provided was beyond how I would view great service. I will have no reservations in recommending this company to anybody looking for a new kitchen.

SUPER COMPANY, SUPER PRODUCTS
The whole process of working with Lark and Larks was simple. From the great website enabling me to build a kitchen quote, made to measure doors and limitless options through to the helpful staff its been a pleasure.
The team are great and sorted any issues promptly and efficiently and I have already recommended Lark and Larks to many people.
I'm even considering making some cupboards upstairs now that I know I can get fittings and doors that easily!

I wish all internet retailers were like this!
I wanted some plain white doors for a barthroom vanity unit. None of the commercial units were the right size inevitably, so designed one to fit - with doors and panels sized to fit the gaps - all one-offs in odd sizes.
Ordering the sizes I wanted was straighforward, and delivery was stated at up to three weeks - they were actually made and delivered in about ten days (it is January!)
The order arrived on the delivery day stated, well packed and intact. The doors are excellent quality, perfectly finished, and all to size despite all being one-offs in odd sizes. I had sensible emails on ordering, and on completion giving the delivery date. I had some door handles too, and again they arrived separately as stated.
I'd happily use this company again....

Excellent product and excellent customer service
I would highly recommend Lark & Larks. When I was looking to add more storage to our kitchen and update the look, I found their website and they fitted the bill. After initially ordering some carcasses from them to increase my storage space, I then also used them to replace all the drawer and cupboard door fronts. The carcasses where of superior quality and the doors were solid, well made and durable, and they had such a variety to choose form, plus added extras like soft close hinges, and pre-drilled carcasses, made the DIY element much more feasible. I asked lots of questions and received lots of helpful advice and great customer service back. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Fantastic products and brilliant service.
I ordered some kitchen handles and needed them really quickly. The ones I ordered were out of stock but I was informed and told I could choose alternative ones or receive a full refund. I found some others I liked and they were delivered really quickly and I'm really pleased with them. Top quality product - much cheaper than I've found in stores. Also top quality service from really professional and friendly staff. Would definitely buy from them again. The replacement handles I chose were actually a bit more expensive but Lark and Larks covered the cost. They are brilliant.

Excellent quality
Ordered 7 doors for my breakfast room, Very please with the quality and customer service. On line ordering very easy. Doors did take just over 4 weeks to arrive, but worth the wait. Would highly recommend

As good as it gets
Ordered online with no problems. Goods arrived as stated and on time. Much much cheaper than elsewhere and quality just as good. Only slight niggle is the standard charge for any flat pack goods as my order was fairly small (only 2 items), if it was a large order for the same delivery price i would probably not even mention it.

Have used them twice now for a total kitchen re-fit and recently a bathroom fit out. Everything was superb.

None better!
We've just had new (replacement) kitchen doors fitted, supplied by Lark and Larks. We cannot recommend their service and business enough. From my first phone call Lark and Larks staff were extremely knowledgable and very helpful.
This is genuine; Lark and Larks, rang my door manufacturers to see if they'd make 27 doors in a colour and finish Zurfix had removed from their range - that's 'above and beyond' from where I come from and the (specially made) doors look fantastic.
All items arrived on time, status updates via the website and prices that were great value.
Don't go anywhere else.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
We were very impressed from start to finish, they could not have been more helpfull. We had to ring several times for help with some of our measuring queries, were delighted with the sample door. The delivery of the doors was much quicker than anticipated, even though our cupboards were over 20 years old we were amazed we could get an up-to-date look in our kitchen within a few weekends work, without the turmoil of ripping everything out, all our friends are impressed and everything fitted perfectly, well done lark and Larks.

Vert poor
Over a week after I placed my order this company called to advise me the item was no longer available. They advised they would refund my card & confirm this by email. Had to wait another 2 1/2 weeks to get the refund. Had to chase the refund twice & was about to start proceedings through credit card company to get money back before refund was eventually made. I never did get any refund confimation email. Avoid.
