Awesome Service!!!

I can say after looking round the shops etc there scooters are the best priced models was going to buy a second user scooter locally but ordered a new one and its so cool.

great service

i contacted the office via email as the clip on the front mud guard had broken off and ive only had my bike 2 months. I got a quick response asking for a photo. I sent two photos and again a very quick response saying the replacement clip would be sent out on Tuesday. well to my surprise it actually arrived on Tuesday. very good service no complaints from me. happy with my little chugger and happy with after sales service, for me spot on!!!!

This is my second scooter from this company as the first one got written off by a lorry parking.
On both occasions the scooter was delivered within the time frame quoted on there site. My daughter dropped the second scooter after just two days only broke the left mirror was able to get this from them the nextday.
Yes this company is OK for reasonable price scooters by the way we bought the Zhen 125.

I`ve been riding bikes for over 16 years and have had most bikes from sports 600`s to a Harley 1200 Been. Without a bike for 12 months due to an ankle problem so thought I would get a little 125 scooter to commute on. Had my 125cc scooter for about six months now and I think it’s great, makes me smile just as much as my big bikes. It handles great, it fly’s in and out of the traffic OK I except it’s never going to be great on the motorway but for day to day use is a great scooter which I find as much fun as anything I`ve ever had plus it cost next to nothing to run Getting 100 plus mpg £16 to tax and £200 to insure (46) living the dream.
As for the company Learnerlegal no gripes turned up on time just had to screw the mirrors in and add some fuel.

I bought a bike from this website for my son's 17th birthday as he had his eye on a Skyjet sports model in white for quite a while. It seemed very cheap compared to branded models we had seen such as a Honda, which were unfortunately far too expensive for us and I think would lose a lot of value quickly (we wanted a brand new bike for him as it will be kept for a few years while he learns). The bike arrived ready to ride the next day, except for the number plate of course as the bike was not registered with it being new. Bare this in mind! We had a plate made up at Halfords for around £10 in a matter of minutes though. Back to the bike, my son loves it and his friends do as well. He's not had any problems with it in the 3 months he has had it, but the extended warranty we purchased has provided peace of mind for the small cost. Overall I would recommend buying your bike from here if you're looking for something cheap and reliable to do the job.

Was on the look out for cheap transport as got a new job and no buses that early in the morning so decide to go for a scooter bought it for just £499 it was delivered all ok.
To be honest I concern about what I was going to get for £500 it was great.
Had the scooter for seven months now just one service need guy at shop said it was good for the money and nothing to worry about.
It seems to do more miles to gallon now than when I first got it.

DO NOT BUY YOUR BIKE FROM LEARNER LEGAL

I bought my brand new bike from Learner Legal 5 weeks ago, very polite on the phone before i bought my bike, i went on a monday to buy my bike and was told i would be delivered on Tue, about 9pm on monday night it was delivered, i couldnt really see it in the dark, and put it in the garage, when i went to look at it on Tuesday the paint fron the bottom panel had pealed off, leaving the white fibreglass exposed, it has taken me 20 phonecalls, they keep promising me they will put on a new panel, and told me they would be there on Tuesday with a man to fix the panel, he did not arrive, i got a text it would be done on thursday, i waited all day nobody turned up, the lady i spoke to just hangs up on me, and will not answer the phone when i call,she is so rude as soon as i say my name she hangs up, when i phone back she does not answer, Learner Legal has only one phone number, no head office, you cannot speak to anybody but her, and she is so rude, i have never got angry or sworn at her, but she does not want to help, i paid £725 for my bike, and it had only done 1 mile when all the paint peeled, i have been told to sort it out myself, if it breaks down they would not want to know, the warrenty means nothing to them, she just hangs up on me, buy your bike from anyone, but not from learner Legal, they take your money and if you have a problem they dont want to help, i have never experianced such bad customer service, i am now left with a bike with all the paint peeled off a big crack in the panel, and have to fix it myself, ( if i could turn back time)the woman should getr some customer service lessons , and for rudeness NIL POINTS this is now 4 weeks later, my bike is still not working i have pushed it more than ridden it, Learner Legal now has had my bike for over a week they will not speak to me on the phone they hang up on me every time i ring, they have my money and my bike, i have to go to court to sort this out, buy anywhere but not in Portsmouth NEW UPDATE
Learner Legal pickup up my bike from garage where it was being fixed, they gave me £600 for it, and i paid £725, i also registered it £50.00 and they will not return mt Tax disc which i paid for, i have written to the director of the company but hace had no reply, please do not buy from them.

Good service and quick delivery

I bought a 50cc scooter from this company but through eBay not the website. Was delivered on time within 48 hours and as described (already assembled but needed to register it as it was brand new). Have since recommended to friends and colleagues.
